I have held off giving a review until today, hoping my hair would get better. Ive been to two different salons trying to repair the damage done by this salon.I went in a month ago asking for an Ombré hair dye. Rachel, who did my hair literally went up seven inches with blonde hair dye and made a ruler straight line. Ive had to wear my hair in a pony tail for the last month. Spent over 300 dollar thus far trying to fix. Now Im upset.I will also say that the other two salons I have gone to have done their best to help. They get through the first dye process, see that you can clearly see the line, and try another time. Im grateful for their determination. Im close now but still not there.I was going to let this go, but seeing how much it has cost and knowing its still not right, I feel the need to warn others.Im giving this business a one star because honestly, if she couldnt do it, she should have just been honest and said so. I paid 90 bucks to get a line painted across my hair. Unexceptable.
