Love this place! I really enjoy coming here and having them work on my nails while I enjoy ‘friends’ or ‘how I met your mother’. I never have a problem explaining what I want to the artists. Of course some nail artist are better at certain types of nails than others, but the one or two times I have had a problem with my gel I walk in and they fix them for free. I moved about 30 minutes away recently and I still make the drive to come here because I like it so much.

Big mistake.I went with my mom and best friend for a girls day. We all got manicures. Luckily we were all sat next to one another, but I think it was pure luck as they send you to whatever nail tech is ready. Atmosphere was very quiet. I didnt like that much as just sitting there in silence for 30 minutes - 1 hour is a little awkward.I wouldnt recommend this place to people as they are not worth the money they charge. My friend was charged $80 and all she got was black stiletto nails with a spider web design on the ring finger. The tech made her bleed twice. My mom got short french tips with some rhinestones, was also charged $80.I got charged $40 for a gel manicure that looks like my nails are already grown out. The gel was supposed to be $30 dollars, but they charged me for shaping my nails which is a service I didnt agree to and wasnt asked to do. The nail tech just did it without saying it was extra. It also wasnt done correctly. My nails were already shaped and they were oval. When the nail tech did them, she made some of my nails almond/ pointy. I personally dont like that shape. I dont understand why shaping had to be done when my nails had already been shaped.I was also disappointed with the color selection. I wanted different colors ranging from beige to burnt orange to dark brown. In other-words, more neutral and earth toned. But the beige was just a light pink and the orange was just a light orange.When I went up to the front desk to be charged, the nail tech did some paper work while I stood there awkwardly waiting for her to tell my the price for the service. 2 minutes went by and I asked her how much it was. Thats when the the surprise shaping charge was brought up. I brought the issue up, but she seemed to not care. I sent the money. She still wasnt saying anything. I showed her I paid, then she said dont forget tip. I didnt want to tip her, but I understand what its like to depend on tips so I did, but I regret doing it as I dont think my nails were satisfactory.These services werent worth the money. I understand this is a really long winded way of saying this was a disappointing experience, but it has such good reviews that I cant believe my mom, me, and my friend were charged such high amounts for average work. I wouldnt come here.If you need your nails done, get on IG and contact my aunt @diamond_skye_nails. Shes amazing.

I had a regular pedicure & it was Great & I chose 2 different colors of brown & My feet felt Wonderful & the woman that took care of Me was Amazing!!! Ill be going back!!!

The quality is superb at a much more accessible price point than other places Ive gone to. My nail tech was super friendly. Will definitely return in the future

Shang nail NEVER disappoints. I usually see Stephanie or Sherry but Ive had almost every girl there and ALL of them do such a great job. This mail salon is one of the BEST in Claremont if youre looking for a spot that knows how to get the art design work done. Theres always a wait time and by appointments only if Im not mistaken.

Cute nail salon that always does a great job. Ive gone to Stephanie and Evonne and theyve both done excellent work that can last for a month (I know I shouldnt wait that long!). Used to get acrylics but now I get Gel x nails cause they feel lighter. Sometimes you might have to wait an extra fifteen minutes for them to finish up the previous person but thats cause they want to make sure everything is done right!

Been going here for years but now Im done. All of a sudden they throw you to just anyone. I Gave a picture of what I wanted, it was simple. The girl did nothing like it- argued that how she wanted it would look good. Then another assisted, very kind but having me there 2.5 hours for a fill is insane! I was charged so much & I am shocked. Too bad they dont appreciate loyal customers who paid top dollar. What a joke.

Decent service, a bit inconsistent as my first time there was marvelous.

I gave 3 stars as the lady who did my gel nails, Mamie, did an excellent job and was very sweet and humorous! The lady who did my pedicure, however, was extremely rough and caused me to bleed twice. The first was a pretty serious cut on my big toe cuticle that kept bleeding and after verbally and physically showing discomfort she continued to be rough and rubbed the rasp/pumice stone so hard it sliced the side of my foot which started bleeding and still hurts 4 hours later. I did not catch the name of the girl doing the pedicure but she seemed young and either in a very bad mood, or not excited by this profession. I was also left with scaly skin on the bottoms of my feet.

Great nail art place.. super cute clean place .. I spent 80 bucks for these bad boys .. Gives u an idea of pricing..

Quality of work is great, it just takes a long time. I had a gel x fill done and I was there about 1.5 hours. I do love the way my nails look and Samnys attn to detail. Just be prepared for a longer process. I had 3 weeks between fills and my nails still looked good and all intact, so overall it is worth the time.

I used to love this place. Went out of my way to come here. I Called this morning to get a gel color change. Was quoted $17. I specified to the girl doing nails just color change. No shaping. She shaped anyways. Checking out I was asked for $27, then charged $28 for an extra credit card fee(?!) She admitted it was her fault for not being clear with the person because it’s busy. So why was I just charged $11 extra for their lack of communication? What a terrible and shady way to run a business. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone (anymore...I used to).

My friend and I have gone there 3 times now over the last 3 months and each time, they do an amazing job! The place is clean, inviting and comfortable. Our manicures never chipped and never peeled; we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much, May, Mai and Jessie for taking such great care of us.

First, the nail salon is clean!! Everyone is nice and I would DEFINITELY recommend Stephanie! She does a fantastic job on my nails and her nail art skills are absolutely amazing, she never disappoints!!! She is helpful and gives great costumer service.

It was a great experience because Ive never been to a nail salon like that before. The service was great, and they paid special attention to make sure that I got what I want, and was satisfied with their work. I will definitely visit again!

Nice place, nice people but they totally rack up the price on you somehow. Called prior to going and they told me $13 for my 4 year old and pedicure for me would start at $18. When I was in the chair they handed me a paper with 2 options of pedicure, $30 one and $40 one. I though whatever because I was going to get my feet scrubbed anyway and they normally charge like $5 for that at another place. I got gel paint and when it was time to pay, they told me $65. $15 for my daughter and $51 for me. Crazy. Never again. I didnt even argue it, they just didnt get tipped. Ive never paid more than $30 for what I got.

Took my mom here to get the delux pedicure and it was so relaxing and so worth the price. They are very friendly and helpful with a very cute building. My mom has bad balance and they were very kind about helping her in and out of the pedicure chairs. I will definitely be coming back to this place and highly recommend :)

Ive been coming here for months and I come in every two weeks. Religiously! Im a regular but the price for nail designs are WAY over priced rock star powder costs two fingers for 10$ and all the other nail places change two fingers for 5$ I ended up paying 95$ for a full set of gel x, two ombre nails and two nails coated with rockstar they were beautiful but I think they Jack up the price for certain people. As soon as I find another great nail place Im taking my business else were.

Went to get a full set gel x nails showed them a picture of what i wanted but didnt get it exactly like the picture and was charged $94 like wth and i took my sister as well and was charged $65update: my sisters nails all came off they started lifting in just a couple of days of having them not even a full week and my nails are as well lifting after not having them for a well i did not spend that much money $170 for gel x full set for them to start coming off

I chose 10 because I really liked the service, I was also very happy with the results. I will come back again the price I paid was worth it!

I love the quality of work they do.I do not like the pedicure chairs, I am a senior and I have a hard time climbing to the not motorized chairs, so I only get manicures here.

Nice place and people but my mani didnt last 24hrs, initially asked for gel a few times but she just went on to paint with regular polish. Most of my nails chipped the following day.
