This has been my go-to hair place for the last 12 years. Im inconsistent, and dont pay attention to who cuts my hair, and how I liked it, so Ive probably seen every stylist at least once. 95% of the time I am satisfied that I got the haircut I described. Even more consistent than my haircuts, is the friendly staff that work there. They often remember more about me than I do about them, and Ive always felt welcome even when they are busy. I recommend scheduling, even though they do take walk-ins.

I went to get a cut and color... Cassie was excellent ! I could not recommend her more :).

This has been my haircut place for almost 25 years now, when I am in the area.. Yeah, time flies.. Ive never had a problem with wait times or the cuts themselves.. All the stylists have been great.. The most recent was Angie, who gave personal attention and even gave me some sample items that I could use.. I hope they and I are around for another 25 years!

Needed a haircut after being on the road for nine hours. Most Supercuts close at 8 PM, found this one open til 9pm, barely made it in time. Michael told me he would wait until I got there. Staying late for the last cut when I was in dire need was much appreciated!!! I was super lucky that this all came together, Thanks a ton Michael !

I took my son to get his hair trimmed. He always tries to have Mike cut his hair because hes really good! The others are good, too, and hes never had a complaint, no matter who cuts his hair! Great people and great cuts!! Supercuts!!

The staff here is Amazing. Everyone is really nice, remembers your name, and does a good job for a good price. Many times the customer service at a chain is lacking, but this franchise is ran to perfection.

Great haircut here. Didnt have to wait long - very friendly and skilled staff. Wish I had come here earlier after trying several barber shops in the area.

Looks like they don’t care on what you ask about your haircut. They go with what they know. Awful expereince. Finished my haircut in 4 minutes saying it’s done and didn’t blow dry the hair properly though asked for it. And to say the blow drier looked like they been using it for ages. It may need an upgrade for both the equipment and the people.

To the reviewer above (Amy Johnson), I find it hard to believe your story from start to finish. I have been a customer at that location for well over 20 years and seen employees come and go, but, NEVER rudeness especially any of the other items you mentioned. I know every stylist at the location and no way would anyone treat you in such a way. I have in-turn seen the stylist treated so poorly I was forced to say something. I AM SORRY your perception has you feeling that way. I hope this does not stop any other customer from visiting this location.

Saw all these whiney reviews and figured they deserved a real one. This place is great. Been getting my hair cut here for 10 years and everyone is reliably quick and friendly. Writing this from the parking lot after yet another great cut.

Management reaches out to correct consumer concerns. Thats a plus. Worth another try.

Too busy! I repeated tried to give them my business but they just couldnt accommodate me. With on line check it was no better. They are nice people but ultimately I gave up and went somewhere else.

I love this place, theyve cut my hair a thousand and one different ways, and have never got it wrong. Ill I do is show pictures, and snip snip, I got the style I asked for. Ive been to a fancy expensive salon, asked for a pixie cut, and got a thick bowl cut. Not cute. Went here after it grew out and got the cut I wanted. I never get the same person twice, I have confidence in all the staff, havent had a bad experience... yet.

They cut male and female hair and they are polite.

Went in to get my hair cut and a dye. I keeped saying how I wanted my hair cut but she did not want to go with how I wanted my hair. The dye job looks like it was done at home for 10$ when I paid 90$ She said it would cost more to get it done with how I wanted it even tho I told her what I wanted then it changed. Only signed the paper saying I liked it because I had to rush to work. Put your money for the somewhere els.

You could get a cheaper cut at a barber shop but the quality here is reliable and relatively consistent.

Its Supercuts, not a real salon... so its not like my expectations are high coming here, but their service has taken a real turn for the worse. I dont expect royal treatment for a 5 star Supercuts experience, but the outright prejudice and utter rudeness that was displayed was highly inappropriate and not worth my time nor money.In addition to the eye rolling and rude comments about bringing my kids in for cuts, they told me 20-25 minute wait, go run an errand. Came back 20 minutes later and they proceeded to take 3 men in from of us who Id watched walk in when we had left to run our errands. 60 minutes after I was told 20-25 minutes I approached the girl whod finished and went and sat on her phone a few minutes before sweeping up hair. She literally had no response to my questioning why they were taking other clients ahead of us (I could think of a dozen possibilities... but having zero is telling) I left to take my business elsewhere. Time difference alone would not have been horrible, stuff happens, but the rude comments, and lack of respect? (Particularly from the white, tatted dude.... seriously acts like hes running a high fashion salon. Crying, laughing emoji right here! ) I go to high end salons for myself... the service and respect are top notch. I can get my $20 kids cut anywhere.... and Ill choose someplace that knows how to treat anyone who walks in their doors with respect-- which is a sign of true class and quality.A Supercuts quality cut will be the same wherever you go... theyre required to keep cuts to a limited, approved guideline of cuts.... but you can definitely get different service based on different personalities and attitudes. These places are high turnover so I recognize it could be a completely different experience 6 months from now... but in the meantime Ill stick with another local Supercuts without the attitude.

You can call ahead to put your name in and find out if there is a wait. Pleasant service and no one in my family has ever left with a haircut they werent happy with.

Sheila messed me up, yall. I just came in to have my bangs trimmed and she cut it all off, so now Im stuck wearing headbands for the next month. Message to all POC- NEVER let a white girl touch your hair

Mike screwed my hair so bad-bangs go from bald to untouched. Then they had the nerve to tell me they get training. I tried to report to license bureau but couldnt but I would and still might. Mike cut my hair with a nail clipper it looks like. They have nerve with terrible stylists touching hair making bald. Mike hates women and us out to destroy them. He even laughed. No integrity. If I dont start to like it I will report Mike to the Barber license bureau.

This place was a hair saver. Another place cut my hair and they did a terrible job but supercuts was able to fix it, for a great price, please remember thas t supercuts charges for a blow dry and shampoo it is not included in the hair cut.

I generally call ahead and get right in when I arrive. I have been pleased with the cuts for the most part and the staff will recommend complimentary products without being overbearing.

The worst cut I ever had. I showed the guy a pic of the cut I wanted. And I wanted to have a hair cut for special occasion and the guy messed it up. I dont know much about the ladies but the guy who cuts the hair is useless. Dont cut it from him atleast
