Discovered a leaking toilet & was hit with $13000 water bill after property was shown. Realtor was not responsive with dates & times they entered property & when I did finally get them they denied bathroom was used by them or clients. I could not get the names of the clients to ask them. No one else had access to the building. I just feel there was some responsibility on Realtors part so am not happy with T&C.
