While renting an apartment through The Renken Company, my family and I had a very positive experience. When there was an issue or something needed to be worked on, the property managers, Anton and Kim, were very responsive. They were very easy to get in contact with and matters were dealt with in a timely manner.

I’ve been at the village glen apartments for over 4 years and I love my property manager Kim! She’s always trying to bring us together with different activities so you really feel a sense of community to our place. She also decorates for the holidays to make the place feel more festive. She is very nice I can always reach her personally with any questions I have. As well as any repairs I need for my place get taken care of in a timely manner. She really does put in a lot of work to make this place nice for her tenants. I really enjoy living here because of her!

I have been with the Renken company for 2 years and it’s been a great experience. I live at a property they manage called The Sussex house in Temple City California. My family’s quality of life has improved because of my complex’s awesome manager Anton. He’s always so friendly and extremely professional. He works so hard to ensure we are comfortable and living in a safe environment. My favorite is our tenant appreciation days and holiday decoration competitions. He has definitely made a huge impact on the complex in such a positive way and I am grateful. I recommend the Renken company to anyone looking to rent or lease.

I’ve been renting my apartment from Renken Company for almost 6 years. Everyone has been very nice and professional. Here at Village Glen apartments in Glendora... Our manager Kimberly has been one main reason I’ve enjoyed living here. Her communication is as good as it gets. She is very personable, friendly, helpful, understanding and really tries to help any way she can help. Any question I have she will respond and be very helpful. She also goes the extra mile and organizes tenant appreciation days, decorates the apartments for holidays, little tenant contests to win money off next months rent and much more. She makes living here very fun and comfortable. I could not ask for a better apartment manager. In my opinion, I think Renken company is the best company you can ever have working for you. All of the staff workers are hard workers, never do a bad job, and always leave satisfactory for an outlook. I especially accommodate Anton Russel who manages (The Sussex House Apartments). Hes a young man who manages and maintains himself in a very well conductive order. He exceeds, also succeeds in all of his work and always, always gives it his all.

My girlfriend and I have been tenants at The Sussex House Apartments for close to a year now and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience. She is so great with moving you in with a peace of mind your safe and sound with all you need. I’m a resident at the Sussex complex and I’ve had a great experience with not only the company, but the apartment manager. The manager is quick to respond to my apartment concerns and he is appreciative of the tenants. They have improved the apartments inside and out. I’m overall an extremely happy tenant and I wish I had moved here sooner!

I’ve been living at the Sussex house apartments for over 2 years, very clean and peaceful place. Great value for what we pay for and if we ever need anything Anton the property manager is always around or just a text away, very professional and friendly with all the tenants. He makes sure the building stays in great condition and when holidays are around this place really feels welcoming with all the lights and decorations. If a friend is looking for an apartment I would recommend them the Sussex House.

Ive lived in Temple City, CA (Persimmon Address) for a little over 2 years now and so far so good. I havent had to request repairs yet, but, when I needed to address my noisy neighbor and also had to be let in my apartment after locking my keys in my car I had both issues resolved without fuss. Since I moved in there have been continued upgrades; front gate code updated, parking area lights added, guest accommodations, and most importantly new windows throughout. The property manager Anton is exceedingly professional and has also arranged a few contests for decorations and tenant appreciation days and whenever I cross paths with him hes always working. I actually had my vehicle vandalized parked off of the property and he went to incredible length to gather the info about the criminal so I could report it, she was a non-tenant BTW. I have no complaints here and plan to continue living here.

Ever since Anton moved in as the on-site manager at Sussex House the apt. became cozy, clean and quiet. He is on hands manager. Anton is very professional, proactive, responsive and reliable. We are very happy to have him as a manager. He is the best manager that I ever met.

Since Ive lived here at the Sussex house apartments complex for the last 4 years and renken came in with Anton Russell becoming manager Ive never felt safer and had more friends. At this complex whenever anything is needed it is done right away. Anton is a very special person that anybody can count on, when anybody needs something done its done within a 24 hour period. The improvements that have been done throughout the courtyard and the units itself have been fantastic and very professionally done that I can actually see myself living here another 4 years plus.

When I was looking for a place last April, the complex manager Anton really made my choice easy cause he was very friendly and very accommodating. You hear some horror stories about other complexes but Im glad to say not Sussex cause Anton is on top of everything. And who can be angry at his festive side, never was big on decorating for the holidays but I think after seeing what he did for the complex last year, I hang up a light or two to join in. Very friendly and passionate and caring, whenever we had a problem may it be the appliance or parking issue, he’s quick to jump onto the problem and have them resolved. The Village Glen apartment complex itself is really nice and well kept. Prices are fair and the units are updated. The manager here Kim is amazing, she is super attentive and responsive to her tenants!

I live at the Sussex House apartments, when Anton came to manage the complex my living experience has been greatly improved, as he cleaned up the complex both by apperiences and the tenants. Should I need any maintenance he is right on it. I feel very safe on Antons watch.

It was time for a larger space for my wellness clinic. I searched on Loopnet and emailed 4 agents. There were 3 ideal locations within a short distance from each other and Brad at the Renken Company was the obvious choice: (1) He offered a competitive deal. (4) He’s an excellent listener and communicator who handled the contract negotiation with ease and precision. (5) He was genuinely interested in my business and took pride in knowing that my clinic and the medical building he represented were each going to increase value for the other. In other words, his motivation wasn’t simply to land a deal. He sought to set up the right partnership for long term growth and success of everyone. It was important to Brad that everyone felt like they were winning. I am a tenant at village glen. I have lived here over 15 years. God willing another 15 years is in the future.These are well constructed homes I guess they would be duplexes. But the vibe is kind of retro- I have a little back porch and it really feels like home.The grounds are well maintained. We have had many upgrades.What am I leaving out??? Oh I know- Kim Jones 😄 kim is a complete gem. Her turnaround time in responding is typically within a couple hours- she is THAT good. issue is resolved within a day or two. She truly cares about the tenants and the property.Kim and Renken go all out at christmastime decorations. Kim started last week putting up lights. Her logic? 2020 has been a rough year - Christmas lights cheer everyone up.If anyone was looking to move I could not recommend village glen enough.
