Clean and well maintained. I like that you can use the DexterPay app so you don’t have to have a bag of quarters and deal with them getting stuck in the coin slot. The apps great!

I have been to this place almost weekly for the past 6 months and have recommended it to coworkers and friends. I would normally give this place 5 stars, but today, Id give it one star but I didnt want this one day to affect their overall score too much. Its not anything the owner really can do, but today there is a couple that has piles of clothes on the floor in front of several machines. They also have 2 little dogs running around. They are treating the laundromat like its their home and not a public space that others are using. Its extremely busy and only myself and one other person is wearing a mask.I will still come here unless this keeps happening.

Well, truthfully Ive only been to a laundromat once before in my life, when I was a kid in the 1980s with my mom when our washer went out. I hated the experience. I never ever had to go back to one until a few weeks ago. I didnt know what to expect. But I was very pleasantly surprised with your store. It was much faster to get laundry done there than at home. I spent a small fortune but you get what you pay for. It was worth it! Very convenient! Thank you, Ill be back!

Usually come randomly, place is clean, customers are nice and to themselves, prices are fair. Just know efficiency with your clothes, walk around to see different machine options. Restroom and Wi-Fi are pretty cool.

I havent gone to a laundromat in a long time. I had to go because my washer and dryer werent hooked up at the time. I like that uou have the ability to pay from your phone and you dont have to carry a whole bunch of coins. The place was nice and clean.

I was coming here for a while since my washer was broke! I loved coming here at first it was a hassle but then I got into a routine and loved the time I got to spend with my significant other! We usually made it into a little date, I actually miss coming here now that I have a new washer!The washers are fair priced!They dryers as well as long as you go to the wall that are lower priced! The higher priced dryers are a little too hot for my liking!They kinda seared my microfiber blankets so I learned that the hard way. Other than that the place is clean they have someone constantly cleaning.They have a wide variety of different size washers-which I loved since I am always washing dog blankets!For a 2 people / 2 dog, home we typically spent about $10-15 a week. Not bad considering I am very OCD about my laundry! I would definitely recommend them! Plus the owner is VERY nice!OFC I always had to do photo shoots while waiting LOL(Oh and the spots surrounding the laundry mat are open late so you have choices on things to do while waiting)

Clean unless there is a large volume of people and they are disrespectful by leaving stuff on the floors and tables. Nice having a sink with towels so the tables can be wiped and the machines I use when Im done. My go to laundry mat instead of the dirty apt ones.

I have been to a lot of laundry mats all over. I was even willing to drive to Rocklin to see if that place was worth the drive. I need to feel safe, I need convenience, I need a place that takes credit/debit, and of course working machines, and I have all of that here, so I will be coming back!P.S This place has dexter pay. It is an app on your phone that makes it super quick and easy to pay (it uses Apple Pay) and you can watch how much time is left on your phone. I love it 🥰

I love it! Always clean, always washers or dryers open. Today I went in and my first load was free to wash, why....Idk but ill take it. Sierra Laundry, doing their part to keep us clean and healthy!!!

A very nice laundromat and cheaper than the one that I normally go to by three or four dollars. It is also very clean neat and organized. But I did notice that there werent as many baskets as the one that I normally go to or carts to put your clothes in. So I think they could get some more carts that way when you take your clothes out of the washer or dryer you can transfer them much easier. Other than that its a very nice laundromat.

Came to Sierra Laundry today and it was very clean and feels safe. It is pretty quiet and has places to sit inside and outside while you wait.I downloaded the Dexter app and it qas very easy to use.The washers and dryers are clean amd well maintained. There was no waiting for washersnor dryers.

I just LOVE this place... I will travel 30 min to come here. SERIOUSLY! Its VERY clean, opens up super early and it is centrally located to EVERYTHING!!! The Sunrise Mall, Target, Smart and Final, JoAnn Fabrics and lots of yummy places to eat!

Free WiFi and app to download to pay with a card. Have washers up to at least 6 load size. Decently clean and safe feeling, came at night and felt safe because there were other people around. Good hours, open early and late.

Ive been going to this laundry mat for months it is the cleanest one Ive been to. The lady who works there is super! I left laundry there she bagged it up and when I called I was able to go get it. Honest customers go there. I highly recommend it

Floors are really dirty, the compartment for the laundry soap was crusted with old powdered soap. I dont know if there was someone attending or not. Also, my husband took our child to the restroom and said he was pretty sure someone was smoking meth in it. It would not surprise me with the crowd this place had while we were here. Someone smoking pot right outside the front door too.Only good thing about this place is the price, but even that I wont be back.

Live in a nearby apartment complex and the machines are often taken. When I dont feel like waiting for people to free up a machine, I just take all my clothes here. Clean place. Good prices. There is always an employee there whenever I go in.

Theres no attendant and no bill breaking machine. Definitely do not need a purse full of $20 worth of quarter. Put $1 in the change machine and only 3 quarters came out. No notoce that theres a fee for using the macine. Floor is dirty.. Will not be back.

Cleanest laundromat Ive ever been too! An attendant is there to help with needs. A safe place at night.

Updated: On a hot Saturday afternoon in August I was here to Help a friend do laundry while there I noticed how clean the establishment was and how conveniently close it was to his home and other businesses in the area. You are able to get several things done while doing your laundry and still have time to eat something.

I just moved into town and even though i have my own washer and dryer, i needed to wash my queen size pillow top pad. I went to one laundromat on Auburn, went in, walked around and seen a woman using all the big washers so i turned around and walked out. Found Sierra Laundry on Madison so i went in and found even a bigger washer than the one i was just at. Got all my quarters in hand, put in soap and started putting in quarters. After first quarter, machine was not accepting it. Put in a couple more, than nothing happened. Pushed button and it dispensed the quarters i put in. I felt disappointed and thought.....now what? If i take out the pad, and put in the other machine, i have no soap because i used all i brought on that load. I looked around and saw no on-site attendant. I decided to call the number posted on the inside door. The person who answered the phone (assuming it was the owner) was so nice. She tried helping over the phone and came to conclusion that possibly a bent coin is lodged inside. She took it upon herself to start the washer manually. I asked her where she wanted me to leave the $10.00 worth of quarters. She told me dont worry about it, this was on her. Now that is Customer Service!! I would definitely be back again. On my way out, ill be putting an out of service sign on the washer.

First time at laundromat. Very clean, washer cleaned wonderfully, driers were in top shape, sink to rinse if needed, payment on app offered, because clean friendly people go there.

Formerly Larrys Laundry. Place is clean and well lit. Wide variety of machines to meet most needs. Repairs do seem to take some time but figure thats due to new owners figuring out the routine. Signs saying remodel in 4 months!

It is not clean. It did not feel so safe. I only saw an attendent around for like 10 minutes. But we did go on a Sunday night around 7:00pm. I dont think I would go back. It is way to expensive like $6 or 7 a load to wash. It was packed. I did 7 to 8 loads and it cost me $60 in quarters. It is the only one I know that is around since Froggys in Orangevale closed.
