Clean Laundry House. Has nice, big washers to do big loads as well as regular ones. Dryers do a great job too!

All the 5-star reviews are TRUE. This was my first time at a laundromat and it was such a pleasant experience. The facility is clean, there are many washers and dryers, all in working condition. It’s perfect!

I used to use this place years ago and it was filthy and cockroaches running around. My clothes never seemed to get very clean but today I was forced to go to the laundry mat because the place where I live was full. I decided to give it another shot and they have definitely improved. Very clean inside no bugs helpful staff and the washers really cleaned my clothes. Definitely will be back in the future.

Clean convenient selections of different size washers: dryers go in reverse so clothes dont ball up. Free wifi bathroom fluff and fold inside hours for that is 8am to 3pm paradise open until11pm

Paradise laundry has the five load washer and dryers which makes it nice to get in and get out. The only complaint I have during todays visit as the coronavirus surges the one employee was not wearing a mask😣

Pretty chill for a laundromat, its clean, quiet, great prices. 5.75 for a five load wash or 6.00 if you pay with card. Dryers are 1.25 for 35 minutes. And the it seems like the customers are just real friendly people too. Pet friendly laundromat, brought my small chiweenie here.

I do laundry here often, and usually have no issues. For the most part it is kept clean and the front-loading washers are great. Today is the first time Ive ever had to use the top-loading washers because everything else was full. My clothes did not get clean! Ive used these types of machines hundreds of times, it was not overloaded, over/under soaped, and i chose the setting I normally would for this type of machine and particular load of laundry. Then, all the carts are taken and people are hoarding them to set their stuff or their kids or hang their purse or whatever and no one wants to give up their cart. So I go and carry all my wet clothes in my arms over to the dryers where EVERY single one is taken. Never had this happen before but I guess today when it rains it pours. The thing is, theres not THAT many people here relative to other times Ive done laundry here. People are being hoggy and obnoxious! Kids running around screaming! Not really the fault of the owners/management, but it does make me wish there was an attendant on site so these things dont happen. Hopefully this is a one time thing because I generally really enjoy doing my laundry here.

Newly renovated and now they have the option to pay through the manufactures Dexter App. The prices have gone up some since the renovation but overall this place is still clean and well managed. The machines still except debit and credit cards with an up charge but it’s still convenient. I recommend using the Dexter Pay App to do your laundry because it is free to use and very useful. They offer free WI-Fi although finicky at times and clean restrooms that can be used with a weekly code provided by calling the number on the door. In addition they have background music, not to loud, a television for viewing and a wash-n-fold service with friendly staff.

If I could give this laundry ten stars, then I would. To my knowledge they have the only eight [front] loader machine in this area. A front loader saves water, gas, and electricity, and gets the clothes cleaner. The larger the machine, the cleaner the clothes. I also appreciated the legible and informative signs on the walls and hanging from the ceiling. Usually I have to guess how much time a quarter will give me for a dryer, and how many loads a dryer will take, but not at Paradise. Also, Paradise was clean.

I love this place. Well, okay, laundromats are not really my favorite places. I like that all the machines take credit cards so I dont have to go get cash to change into quarters. The place is fairly clean for a laundromat, and most importantly, the folding area is always clean. I do most of my laundry at home, but this is where I come to get my huge comforters done. The only issue I had this morning was that I desperately needed a bathroom and theirs now has a code needed to get inside. Since there was no attendant, I had no idea how to access the restroom. I finally left with semi-dry blankets so I could find a restroom.

They have a real problem with people stealing their carts and their dry machines eating coins all the time and do not spit them back out when release is pressed, other than these things this is a good laundromat.Edit: Nah we are good on the coins getting stuck in the dry but, I do generally use the bigger driers that do 5 mins per quarter, I cant say about the smaller one though. As for the carts being stolen maybe look into those wheel lock that supermarkets use that seize the wheels outside a certain proximity.

My first time in a laundromat....machine at home broke. The owner super nice. Machines hold tons of laundry, which I like from a water conservation point of view. Owner gave us kinda like a mini tour of how the machines work and how much laundry fits into washers/dryers for best results.

Very clean, its not in a very good area in general but they do a good job keeping it nice and making the environment comfortable. As far as laundromats go, this one is as close to luxury as you could get! Prices are a bit high, I usually have a few blankets and at least 2 full loads of laundry, roughly 5 separate loads in a single washer and i can usually dry it all for 3 bucksq

The facilities are clean.Your facility is clean, the staff are always helpful and I love that its well lit (which are the reasons I frequented your business). My 4 star rating is due to my last visit to your facility. It was around 0630; I loaded 3 washing machines and went to retrieve a laundry trolly. To my shock, there was a homeless man sleeping on the bench that separates the washers from the dryers. I was startled by the sight of the homeless person and even contemplated not drying my clothes and taking my items, as is. Fortunately for me, a couple came in and began their laundry routine. I dont want to imply that the homeless man had malicious intentions, but it was alarming enough for me to feel very uncomfortable. I believe you have a: No Loitering sign in your facility, its a shame when the policy is disregarded.

Wish I could give zero stars. Been at this specific location among other paradise laundry locations now and front or top loaders didnt wash my clothes properly(and no they were not overlaoded). Only reason I even came here was due to how close it was to my fiances work. Ive been to better laundry mats in the south area! Trying to call and remedy the situation Im asked to leave my info so the owner can send me a refund in the mail. Only good part is the sweet girl that works here for Aloha laundry called someone and had the situation remedy for me, shes the only good thing about this place. Never again will you be getting my business and I will be spreading the word about your businesses.

Look im giving it two stars because the clothes dried and i was able to fit my laundry in it but another thing is that i have a epilepsy disorder and theres older ladies in there that if i fall cus the floor was wet and the floor is filthy in there.

Great clean nice friendly place to do laundry

Alas, I broke our washing machine at home by putting two blankets in it so I had to resort to going to a laundomat. This place is conveniently located in Chinatown so the hubby and I grabbed some boba tea and snacks before our sudsy date on a Saturday night.As soon as we walked in, the worker greeted us and asked if we needed help. He explained the difference between the different washing machines and was very friendly.The place is clean and the worker was wiping down any spilled detergent on the machines. There is a seating area but the tables are way too far and too high. Arcade games are available in the back but Im not sure if theres free wifi. Dry cleaning and alteration service are also available.Based on the other review on this place, I was scared to use the restroom but I really had to go. To my surprise it was clean although it lacked seat covers and paper towels. Overall this was as decent as laundromats get. Id come back.

After trying 4 different sets of quarters, in 4 different top loading washing machines (#17, 20, 22 & 24), I walked out. No Attendant on site. I am writing this review from Sierra Laundry that is about 2 miles SE of this laundromat. Every machine I used worked....and there is an Attendant on site.
