Usually 1 or 2pm theres not a lot of people in here. You can choose from a number of washer and dryers. The place is generally clean and accessible along Greenback Ln. The area is generally a bit scary at night. You could also tell as there are notices in the wash area that says you must go out by 9pm as the alarm will be set off by that time. The place closes a bit early due to some burglaries around the area.

No one on site to help you with your issues.Pay range app doesnt work very well. It automatically put $25 on my card when I only needed 12. I wont be coming back

Nice machines all good working condition, pretty cost effective, good size washers never very crowded, like coming here.

Place is always clean. Machines are in new shape. Owner is smoking hot 😬

I would have given it 5 stars but there is no bathroom. My wife had to go across to Taco Bell so my daughters that are 2 & 3 to use their bathroom. NEEDS A BATHROOM

I like this laundromat because its upgraded and clean. Coin and soap machines always work and when a washer or dryer come out of order it usually doesnt stay that way for long. Ive never had any damage to my clothes. Ill keep going there.

New Owners are the best. Before this place used to be very bad, but now everything is being remodeled, and it is looking great. New washers, they even got a super washer that fits 6 loads in 1 . The dryers are the biggest i ever have seen you can fit an adult human inside there. The Owners actually care about the place, and you can leave & shop around come back and nothing will be stolen. I left my smart phone their once came back, & it was still on the table. Please dont listen to bad reviews give it a try.

New machines and always clean ! My only place ill take my stuff. The staff are always helpful and kind! So glad its under new owners they really saved this place!!!

Visiting my son early and decided to get some laundry done.Happy machines worked at a good price.Laundromat was very clean and not busy.

Not very clean and always has two machines not working (dont know this until you put your money in.) But the parking is easy and there are other stores (grocery, pet, liquor, coffee, restaurants and fast food) so its convenient. Two stars without the convenience. The change machines always work.

Very clean and impressed with the service of the owner. They are working hard to upgrade the facility. I will definitely keep using this laundromat.

Place is well taken care of and clean everytime I go. Any machine that has issues is always fixed the next time I come in.

Affordable washers and dryers clean, its on the smaller side though so best to come early before it gets crowded.

Had a great experience here the last few months. well maintained, clean, open wifi-networks =) one of the machines ate my money, I called the number and was told I can get a refund during closing between 9-11.

Recently purchased by the same owner of Paradise laundry in Roseville, which I love, its getting new machines.

Not very clean garbage on the floors. I had my coins get stuck in one machine, no hot watER in two others. But most frustrating was the dryers, a lot of them didnt even get hot.

Inside is clean but the old man that’s there is very rude . Makes it uncomfortable how he just watches you put your clothes in and he’ll try to tell how to do your laundry. Very rude to the homeless people outside on public property.

With himself, male owner, using the terms wont harass me about getting change if I prove my clothes. He was so rude and loud embarrassing me about getting change I just left. I did have laundry. Ive been to this one before but wont be back.

Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time and money in this dump.

The worst,,,, put wash in at 800pm at 850 ..The employe of the new management.came and told me we close at 9 ...I told her the ch ange machine ate 10.dollars.and washer was leaking running for 50 min I was told to take my wet clothes and leave..
