My experience with the Yuba City office was only by phone. I didnt purchase my policy from this office, but I will only do business with this office because of Shako Adams. She was more then helpful and very knowledgeable. She was what people like myself want in customer service. An actual friendly person who likes her job and conveys a relaxed but professional tone. Trust is an extremely rare commodity in business these days. Cost U Less should learn from her and try to infect all of their employees.

Andrea is great! She handled my policy and took care of me. She even set up my ex with a quote! As an insurance agent myself, i kind of want her to work in our agency! She is knowledgeable, charismatic and professional. All the things you want in a good agent.

Yesterday I went to this location off Sunrise Boulevard, the Branch manager Ashley Stein was so helpful and got my insurance started for a great price! She saved me over 80$ a month switching companies, and she is the reason I will be coming back!!!

They say open at 9am. I have been sitting here in my truck. I watched the lady leave the office before I could get out of my truck. Walk across the street to jack in the box and then back minutes after. I see her walking back. I get out of my truck and she walks to the liquor store. It is now 9:18 and she just went back inside the office but has not even turned on the office sign yet.

I go in here all the time to add and remove cars on my policy, can walk in and no lines. They always give me the best rates and Micheal has great customer service. Always leave here satisfied 5 stars

Apparently, this is a sister company to Freeway insurance and Stonewood insurance. Went in to change vehicles since I purchased a new one and got rid of the current one on the policy. These people had no clue what they are doing. It took a half an hour or so before they actually got started because they couldnt figure out how to put in the right password. The guy that seemed to be the supervisor didnt seem to really care if I was helped or not. I wont be dealing with the Citrus Heights Cost U Less insurance ever again. Its probably best that you dont either.

The people here are nice and kind. I never had a problem with them. Its easy to get to and has a nice size parking lot.

By far one of the worst place I been to. From the first time I stepped into those doors, the employees there did not seem too eager to do their job. They didnt seem to understand what I needed in my policy and ended up enrolling me back in the same company. Also, the hours they have on their door are incorrect and they wont even be in on Saturday even though their sign says that they are open. On my actual second visit, my wife pick up the same attitude from the employees as I did on my first visit. I also dropped off a couple of paperwork and had pictures of my car taken to be sent off to the insurance company. Here a month later, I still havent received anything from the insurance company so I decided to give them a call. I found out that my policy has been canceled and all the require paperwork and pictures were never sent. Not to mention, all my mail has been sent to the wrong address which I corrected my first visit there. Never going back to that location again.

Brandon and Mike must not work Saturdays they are never there! Hey lets change your sign and website to reflect your true hours! Third time going by there and door is locked. Main office will direct you to drive there, maybe they dont know its closed?

On 8-14-17 we went in there to switch insursances from one vehicle to our other vehicle. So both vehicles were on the same policy. The guy helping us seemed out of it, like he didnt know what he was doing. We were charged $50. to switch insurances. Come to find out while trying to pay my insurance today. It was never switched over. So now i have to waste my gas and time to go BACK into the office and do it again.

I am not a fan of brokers or broker fees. If you can pay in full maybe this service is for you. As for myself, i refuse to pay $25 extra every month for installment fee + processing fee for inhouse monthly payment.

Bad enough that the door says 9 to 5 on Saturday but when we got at 12:40 they were closed. Looked up hours online and saw that they had changed to 1 pm closing. But I guess thats not accurate either since they were closed before that. I guess they dont want to make money. On my way to buy from a competitor.

They have very poor and fair services. They are so nice when you go there, and they are trying to reap you off. Then letter on when it is time to user your services they stating you do not have the coverage that you asked for.

Horrible experience. Branch manager didnt provide me with the one thing that was mandatory for my car insurance and hasnt gotten back to me after Ive called and emailed. Very unethical practices and not efficiant. Avoid if possible. Moving forward I will work with a local agency.

Great service if their actually in the office... business hrs are posted but not followed, call ahead! I.e.: Saturdays hrs 9am-5pm, and its 12:34pm .... doors are locked and nobodys here. This has happened to me 4xs already.

Received an incorrect quote/policy from here. This establishment does not practice clear and full disclosure which should be very concerning to you considering they are an insurance company. Steer clear from here.
