Same as another clients experience. Ive been with farmers for 11 years and have never seen this much price hike going on. Glenn always took care of me and I never bothered with going through my bill with a fine toothed comb because I knew he was doing everything I wanted.Since Josh Kline took over my rate has gone up about 20%. Ive actually decided to pay off my car 3 years ahead of schedule just so I can shop new insurance and get away from farmers, specifically because of this new ownership.Old/New Clients beware.
I been a farmers customer for almost 12 years the customer service has gone down hill for the last years. For the last two months my rate was supposed go down do to the fact that I make changes to my insurance plan.For the last two months they been charging me the full price even though I changed to a plan.and every time I call I get a run around with customer service.Unfortunately after 12 years with this company I would not recommend to anybody. I have since change to new insurance provider.
