Incompetent! Natasha Poroshina has no business selling insurance, or anyone else in their office for that matter. After a collision they had absolutely no knowledge on my case it was like talking to toddlers!!! This office and the insurance they sold me lost my case which i had zero fault in..... Do not buy from them and who ever has Carnegie Insurance be aware.....THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY BBB AND I AM DEFINITELY FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH THEM!

I gave them 1 star because i had to not because they deserved it. The ladys face in the 1st picture says it all. That look is the kinda treatment you get when u walk in. Dont waste ur time plue Geico gives better quotes!

Not sure how they are with insurance policies because I didnt get that far. I walked in to two women at the front desk and one agent helping a customer and waited 20 minutes just to ask a question. No hi well be right with you, no welcome in, no hi how can we help you today. Comes off as a bit rude and unprofessional in my opinion...
