My AC went out and I called on a Wednesday for service and same day they were able to send someone out within the hour. They came out within the hour able to diagnose the problem. They ordered the part and came back out and fixed the problem Friday and now my AC is blowing cool. I highly recommend there services, very efficient and responsive, overall great customer service!!! A huge 5 star shout out to RPM! The company that installed our new system went out of business and after contacting many companies large and small that either couldnt come out for days or wanted to charge an exorbitant amount Tammy had Michael on his way in 20 minutes. Michael went above and beyond inspecting all the components and answering my 100+ inquisitive questions. What stood out the most was his honesty, from the get go he complimented how well the former company did installing our unit. I highly recommend RPM if you are looking for honesty and integrity!!!

Service was excellent on my air conditioner that wasn’t working at all. The problem was quickly identified and fixed for what I considered a very reasonable price. I’d also like to add that I really appreciated how Michael went the extra mile to explain the problem. He was friendly and courteous, worked around my schedule and did a great job of making sure he vacuumed up the small amount of debris that fell when he replaced vent covers. Little things like that are appreciated! I’ve already highly recommended RPM Heating and Air Conditioning to my next door neighbor, and now I’m highly recommending them to anyone reading this. Excellent! They saved us on a very hot Sunday. All the big companies in the Sacramento area don’t truly have 24/7 service. It’s just a ploy to get you to call them and they schedule for several days out. Not these guys! We also weren’t overcharged for an emergency service call. They arrived 1-2 hours after we reached out. The air conditioner was fixed on the spot. Plus they are veterans!

Great experience! Michael was responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. Long story short, our AC unit ended up needing a new blower motor and control board. Micheal ordered the parts for us that we needed, once the parts arrived he showed up the next day to fix it. It’s running amazing now!Pricing was extremely fair.

My air conditioner went out on me at the worst possible time. I had guests coming in from out of town due to the passing of my father. I was in a bad spot in that not only busy planning, and organizing business for my mother, sad myself on top of all that I was uncomfortably hot . Every company was booked out for two weeks at least, even this one. When my wife explained to the woman on the phone our situation I guess the owners heard our terrible troubles. They had scheduled someone to come out the very next day which also happened to be a Saturday. After the repair was done I had went out to pay the technician. I told him thank you for being honest and started to explain what was going on with my current crazy situation. That’s when he stopped me and said that he was the owner and had heard of my troubles. He explained that he doesn’t normally work on Saturday but when he heard what was going on he wanted to help me out. I appreciate what you guys did for us. I know that other companies out there will try to up sale you on parts you don’t really need and don’t have enough experience or knowledge to be working on such an expensive piece of your homes equipment. Our AC unit was about 40 years old and every summer since buying our house, it would cause us major issues in the high Sacramento heat. We knew it was a matter of time before it fully stopped working as our house would not cool down on a super hot day in July of this year. We were freaking out. We called RPM and they sent out an emergency technician right away to troubleshoot the issue. They were able to help get us comfortable and set another appt to come out and quote us on a new unit. The quote was super competitive and we had several options to choose from pending our budget. We chose a unit and had it delivered and installed two weeks later (crazy fast considering the delays these guys are seeing in ordering HVAC parts!) and now our AC works like a charm! I had covid and my AC stopped working. Nothing worse than being stuck at home sick in the heat. All the major AC repair places told me they could not help even though I was pretty sure they would not need to enter my home. The entire crew with RPM was professional and friendly. The installation team made sure that all work areas were clean and returned to they they were when the work was completed. Unfortunately our unit hit a little snag and the owners of the company returned promptly to trouble shoot the problem. They utilized all resources including a rep from the manufacturer and discovered the problem. The unit was optimized and our home is in good shape for the Sacramento valley summers. What a great company! I contacted RPM with a heater issue. Their technician Michael responded quickly.He was very professional and personable and found the problem immediately. Within a few minutes my system was up and running. No new parts just a simple cleaning of a sensor. I will definitely contact them again if I ever have a need for a repair.

Very fair and competitive pricing (no hidden costs at all).They initally cleaned our ducts (great job) and inspected our A/C & furnace. I was expecting them to tell me that our 30+ year old furnace was in desperate need of being replaced, but they did a thorough inspection and let us know it had several more years of life in it and didnt need anything done.Soon after we started some renovations and decided to include a new HVAC system. Again, RPM gave us a great recommendation for the size of our house, gave us a very competitive price, and did a great job with the install. Replacing all our ducts was not in the original quote, but after realizing mid-way through the install that our current ducts werent going to work, they replaced all our ducts at no additional cost to us.I highly recommend RPM for anything HVAC related.

I messaged RPM and they were able to help me get the funding to replace my broken AC and heater. I had been trying to get help with this for four years. They are a company of great Integrity and the owner is a Veteran as well. He could have sold me another $1500 worth of equipment and install, but he didn’t because it wasn’t what was best for me. The guys were clean and respectful the day they installed and they kept every appointment and have been on time. They are also very quick to respond when you message them. I really can’t say enough about this company, they are truly exceptional and the type of company that we talk about from the old days. If you have any type of air conditioner or heater problem call RPM, you won’t be disappointed.

This company is truly amazing. They went above and beyond. I cant thank them enough. I called so many places and they all wanted charge $49-$69 just come out and diagnose the problem. When I called RPM and told them on how I was trying to find help for a retired lady and her blind brother and how they have been staying in their house in 105° weather, with no hesitation they came out the same day and didnt charge her a dime but since they didnt specialize in those units Nick called and found someone that does and even left a mobile AC unit until the other company comes out to look it. Our a/c would not turn on. When the tech (Nick) came out, he found that the a/c & heater would not turn on due to a defective control board. The board was replaced, but it was then found that something else was wrong with the system. He tirelessly worked on the problem and found that another board needed to be replaced. He returned to the shop to retrieve the part, and came back and replaced it. At this point, another part was preventing the system from turning on the a/c, but he got the heater to work. Due to a shortage of parts, Nick could not return to fix the a/c for a two weeks. However, they stayed in contact with me to let me know any updates and plans. Upon receiving the part, he returned right away and got the entire system to work correctly. I truly appreciated all of their hard work and dedication to finding the problem and fixing it.

On the same day the other equipment was removed, RPM installed a new heater and air conditioner and did a quality job. They were very friendly, thorough and professional. Literally, RPM is and continues to be, a lifesaver. They repaired and maintained my heating and air conditioning unit for 2 years, at a reasonable cost, until it finally had to be replaced. At that point, they beat two other bids, saving me a lot of money. Most importantly, their wait time was minimal and I felt like I was a priority, treated like a person, not just another invoice to complete.
