The receptionist was knowledgeable about how much and when the would be available, friendly and The tower had great service, good driving, and was quick. First time needing a tow truck and it was a great experience!! Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do I know who to call💪🏽

Even though the website says junk car removal and cash for cars its a lie. This place is a fraud and will steal your money. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The man who answered the phone continued to use profanity when asked about the misleading website. Very unprofessional. Stay clear away from this place they will rob you blind!

Needed a tow - unfortunately - while on a business trip to Cincinnati. Cincinnati Towing was professional, fast, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend calling them when you need quick towing service.

Great service! Made things a lot easier.

Waste of time. Waited an hour and a half for a ‘45 minute’ call and the driver never even bothered to get in contact with me to let me know what was going on. Called dispatch and they told me she was rerouted to a police call after already being late and no one felt the need to inform me. Lack of respect for customer’s time. Hope I’m an exception; won’t be using again. Called Hubbard’s instead.
