Its not every day that you can experience quality customer service like the services provided by this store. I submitted a feeler online to ensure that Cincinnati Bell service would be available at the new address we are moving to. Andrew from the store ended up contacting me via text message and took care of the entire process within minutes. Not only did he take care of my immediate needs, he also ensured that I got the best rates Cincinnati Bell could offer and hooked me up with the Duke Energy/Cincinnati Bell process. I could not be happier with my experience from this store and it has furthered my decision to use Cincinnati Bell as my internet provider for years to come.Give this entire store a raise.

This new store is a very modern approach to the older Cincinnati Bell stores. Clean, bright and an outstanding display of products. Phones, Nest, Ring, Speakers and more to add a modern touch on your house or compliment your Cincinnati Bell services.Greeted immediately with a friendly employee eager to help. I was seeking some changes in my fiberoptics and he made everything so easy. What? No hassle....how wonderful.Located in the new store strip center next to McAllisters in front of Anderson Krogers.

Josh was awesome. I called regular customer service number the day prior to schedule installation and I ended up speaking with 2 different reps.. one that placed the order and then he transferred me to someone else to do my soft credit check.. was super weird. Josh handled everything without being transferred and also got me next day installation as the regular customer service line quoted me 2 more days before installation.

Store is great employees are very friendly but stay away from there internet service. They raise rates yearly, speeds are very slow & when you cancel they charge you for days that you didnt even have internet service.

I spoke with Brandon at Anderson and he was fantastically helpful! I upgraded internet and phone service for my Mom, and he made this whole process very easy and efficient. When Cincinnati Bell DSL was canceled a year ago, I switched to Fioptics and received a one-year reduced introductory rate. At that time I was told that the introductory rate would probably be renewed in a year if I came in-person to request it.So I did. But the first representative I talked to wanted to raise my rates by $20 a month. I said I would have to check Spectrums offer and would switch if I could save the money. When another rep heard that, he stepped in, checked my account records and said he would renew my rate for a year and put it in writing.Good deal in the end, but you have to be able to talk to the right person.

I went to the store mainly due to my bill going from 171 to 185 as my promotions were ending in May. I have been a fioptics customer since at least 2012, and wanted to see what could be done. In working with Doug at the store, he was able to keep it at 171 for 12 more months. I also asked about upgrading my router at home. He was able to upgrade that as well. Excellent customer server from Doug at the store.

When my husband and I stopped by the Anderson location this past Saturday we were immediately greeted by Kennedy. She was very pleasant and willing to assist us immediately. She simply asked what brings us into the store today? and we answered wed like to discuss our account. She immediately pulled up our account and noticed our bill was entirely too high! We were pleased as this was the topic of our concern but hadnt mentioned it yet. After a short review and discussion, she was able to reduce our bill significantly and without any hassle. She was even able to issue a credit to our account due to the fact that we had been over paying for a while.Thank you for for making this a very pleasant and hassle free exchange.

Last week, I walked into my house at 7:52pm to discover that the remote had been chewed up into 173 pieces.. ok maybe not that many, but A LOT! I knew I could get to the store fairly quickly because I live near Beechmont Ford, however I know the store closes at 8 and the time I realized I was going to be cutting it really really close to the stores closing time (8pm). So I picked up the annihilated remote and called the store as I was walking out the door and getting into my car. Andrew pleasantly answered the phone and I proceeded to tell him that the dog destroyed the remote, but I could be there really quick and asked if he could hang around a couple minutes in the event I got there past 8… (Which was likely given the lights going down Beechmont). He proceeded to tell me he would. I’m sure he wasn’t entirely thrilled after what I assume was probably a long day at work and I’m sure On some level he probably thought I was going to keep him a lot longer than what I said I would on the phone. However given that I do live so close I rushed to the store and got there at 8:04 PM. Andrew brought the remote to the door and couldn’t have been nicer. I expressed my appreciation to him when he handed me the remote, but I really want him to know how much I appreciate him staying a few minutes after closing meant. I am glad this location has an awesome team member on who is willing to go above and beyond. It definitely would have been easier for him to say no or come up with a reason for him not to stay, but he didn’t. Thank you, thank you, thank you Andrew!

I want to personally thank Allen for his help with my account. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my service was restored. Allen even called customer support for me; after a less than pleasing phone conversation I had made prior to visiting the store. My issue was resolved in a timely manor and I am very grateful!

Definitely NOT service with a smile. I went in to cancel service while we will be gone for an extended period. If you do not fall for their money grabbing little stunts (suspend and pay a reduced monthly charge so they can revoke the promotions you currently enjoy when you return like they did to me last time) they get very upset. Cord cutting now sound even more attractive now!

Walked in the door and Mr. Brandon Housley greeted us immediately with a smile, handshake and how can I help you. We were there to see what we could do to reduce our monthly bill since we are in our mid 70s on fixed income and he understood our plight immediately and was able to reconfigure our bill saving us nearly $50. a month. I had the absolute best experience yesterday at the new Connected Life -Anderson store. I originally went in to get my military discount and was greeted by Maria Maxwell one of the consultants. she was extremely knowledgeable about the product. She was so pleasant to work with I was amazed. it apparently a new day at Cincinnati Bell and are going for old customer retention. Before I left I had increased internet speed, more services concerning my Tv and for less money all without asking. God bless you Maria Maxwell. Great experience!!!!

They are in a hurry to get you out of the store. The supervisor passed us off to another supervisor who could only be reached by email. There record keeping is awful. Had us oweing four different amounts. Eventually things were worked out but it took a lot of phone calls. If you have difficulty understanding modern technology they have no patience trying to help you.

This place is great!! I’ve never met my rep Johnny but he gave me his cell phone number and said call or text me anytime you need anything. He treats me like a friend every time we talk! I say hey my bill is wrong. Within the half hour he’s got it fixed. Or hey I need help figuring something out and he walks me through it! This man deserves a raise!!

I went in to return my equipment and correct my bill. Justin asked me if Id be interested in receiving 500mb internet for cheaper than I was paying for 60mb. I quickly signed up for that! Then Justin asked if Id be interested in saving 10% off my Duke Energy and receiving a free Google mini. Then Johnny gave me a wicked cool spinner pen lol. Great customer service and friendly personalities. Id use this store for all my Cincinnati Bell needs!

Johnny Gillen, Connected Solutions Consultant assisted me. I was immediately re-assured I was at the right place speaking with the right person. Johnny answered my questions, explained several options I was not aware of, and patiently listened to my narrative.In the end, Johnny was able to solve my problem with billing and service.
