I went to this store for the first time. Customer service was beyond excellent, no up sale, in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely make this my store.

It’s closed waste of my time how hard is it to update your listing when you are closing a whole damn location in Clifton none the less it’s hard enough to get here and pay for parking just to get there to a closed sign !!!

A absolute fantastic AT&T location probably the best trip too AT&T I have had ever !!! Without a doubt I had never felt more comfortable in my life. Iam pretty sure everyone of the folks that work there said hello to me !! I only waiting maybe 5 min before I was able to get done what I needed to get done that day. Being a salesman myself I would hire and those guys or girls down there in heart beat !! Im telling you now if your close to this location and you need anything, I would almost pay to get into this location !! I will defiantly make this my go too AT&T without a doubt !!!! Horrible customer service. Store had trash everywhere. Geoffery the manager was helpful until he realized I wasn’t there to spend money and he told me to go somewhere else. Verizon was helpful every step of the way and I’m not even a customer there!

I used to work here so let me spill the tea for yall. The manager has been caught multiple times looking through pictures of girls trade in phones. Disgusting. He also adds accessories (that you didnt buy) to your bill to give him a check. Id never go here for any type of service. Also, the good reviews you see on here are people that work at other branches. Theyre ordered to give struggling stores good reviews. The manager Geoffery spews racially provocative comments left and right and told me to my face Im going to hell because Im gay. When you walk in this store you are not a person, you are a walking wallet.

So retarde. just got 45 mothly plan of my new number， and charge me 10 extra for direct TV. and the sales said the direct TV will be canceled next month， and guess what ？ they still charge me 10$ extra this month.

Very friendly seeming staff, however, How are you not allowed to pay full price for a phone to upgrade your lost phone? What kind of shadiness is this? Saving phones for new lines of service only? 1 star since thats the lowest rating, another star because of the friendly staff member that advised me of the bad news.
