Very rude. I went in to pick up equipment and got told that I should of had it shipped to my house then told me while he was giving me my things that if it was up to him I wouldnt get anything. I wasnt rude to him. Dont bring your problems to work
I wish I asked her name because out of the 4 spectrum stores I had to visit to try and get the right equipment she was the most professional and showed empathy! She was a black women in the store on 6/13/21 around 3pm. Very professional and even though she still didn’t have the equipment I needed took the time to check the back even though she said she was positive the store didn’t have it. it’s the effort she took that matters the most! I still didn’t get the right equipment but she made me feel a little less frustrated by taking the extra time to double check and express how sorry she was I had to go to that many stores!
Sales Representative Natasha and Steve were amazing at helping me get my phone up and working. I came in with a FedEx sims card delivery delay and no service provider. Natasha called the spectrum activation line and Steve came over with a new sims card to assist me. During the process, I had issues finding my account info with my previous carrier but Natasha was very patient and I was able to receive a temporary number. Awesome service!!
Giving 3 stars only because the workers at this store location is great. My complaint is on spectrum itself, not this location. I recently just moved and was supposed to have set up my router by Saturday. I could not get it to work. I called customer service and soonest I could get someone to come was Tuesday afternoon.Today is that Tuesday. The guy comes and gets my wifi to start working and leaves saying it might turn off for a few minutes but should work fine after. It doesn’t. It disconnects and reconnects. It does that so often that I don’t have time to even really use the wifi because as soon as it’s working, it’s not.I call customer service again (this is 30 minutes or so after the technician left). “Oh it looks like you’re having signal issues”.. yeah no kidding! “The next time we can get a guy out to you is Friday”. Are you serious? So I’m just out a whole week of wifi at this point?A lot of people would be fine just using their data on their phones, I can’t do that. I’m completely limited on what I can do now because of this. I hope spectrum can get it together because this is frustrating.
Been on hold for over 30 minutes. They trying to wait till they close to keep me on hold. They put a home phone on my account and I didn’t authorized nobody to do this. They are trying not to give me my credit. I will make sure to let everyone know that they are ripping people off.

The rep named Valentin was very rude. Came to pick up equipment and he first off told me I was messing up the enventory by trying to pick up when it was scheduled to be mailed. I tried to explain to him that the phone rep put the order in for mail but I told her I wanted to pick up.

Great customer service! Im not the biggest fan of Spectrum service and would choose Cincinnati Bell Fioptics in a heartbeat if they offered faster service at my address. But the service rep was great and the best Ive ever worked with at a Spectrum store
My internet goes down every day and they said it would never happen, Honestly I do not recommend Spectrum to any of my friends If u have spectrum internet just throw it out of the window tbh Cincinnati bell is better like way better
Went to this store to exchange my modem and to sign up for Spectrum Moobile. The sales person, Valentino, Was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent about an hour helping me set up my new phone and transferring my data. I will definitely go back to the store for my future spectrum needs. The only issue I see is that this is the only person that was working at the store, and the store is understaffed. However, I don’t blame the sales person, Valentino, for this issue.
The place was clean and the service was polite.
The rep was amazing in helping me jump through some hurdles to get my phone upgraded. He went above and beyond keeping in touch with me throughout the week with updates. I will always recommend this location because of the great experience I had!
I didnt even know that location existed! The agent Valentino was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Its a welcome change from the usual. I will definitely go back in the future. 😉

Great customer service very high phone prices must use autopay for purchase of mobile phones phone selection is limited and pricey between $80 to &500 dollars street parking near parking garages but be prepared to pay a meter and walk.
The people in the store are quite friendly and do their job diligently. They are very sincere too. A big shout out for them from my side.

STEVE IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !He made me and my husband and 7 month old feel so safe he provided sanitizer and made sure no one entered without an mask..I WALKED IN WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT I EVEN WANTED OR WHICH WAY TO GO HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND HE KNEW EVERY THING I ASKED HE HAD AN ANSWER FOR EVERY QUESTION AND IF HE DIDNT KNO HE GOOGLED IT RIGHT THEN AND THER. IM SO HAPPY I WALKED OUT WITH AN IPHONE 12 PRO MAX AFTER HE WENT OUT HIS WAY TO REVIEW AND GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS WITH MY ACCOUNT TURNS OUT I HAD HAD MONEY JUS WAITING IN MY ACCOUNT FOR ME TO GET A PHONE thanks steve. There is nothing special I can say about Spectrum. The in-store process for picking up my device was not complicated, nor was it an extraordinary experience either. The Spectrum internet service is, however, horrible and has been a bad experience since the moment of activation. I believe I recieved a turtles walk for the promise of a rabbits pace.
Terrible experience. Was told I could pick up equipment at this location. I went and they were out of stock. Then I had equipment shipped to me. Spectrum tried to add on a router despite me repeatedly saying I didn’t need one. Low and behold they sent me a router anyways so that I would have to accept the monthly charge or take time to return it. I went to return to this location so that I could get a receipt without worrying of shipping issues and they tell me they cannot accept in person returns I have to mai (despite the phone representative saying otherwise). Do not recommend this location please go elsewhere.

Reduced hours. Visited store to return cable modem, had to wait 2 hours (!) because there was only one employee working. Spectrum is a joke of a company.
Kendall and Mark are the laziest children I’ve ever encountered at a store before. Especially Kendall. I would never want someone that unprofessional representing my company. Refusing to help because someone is mad that YOU made the entire transaction difficult, having to call the corporate number to speak to actual adults because they refused to help... not great employees. I would have fired them on the spot. I’d recommend just going to Newport. They are amazing.
My router went down and they were able to replace it with a five minute visit. Super speedy service.
Quick and easy. The manager named Mark made it one of the best experiences I have had at a Spectrum store. He was very knowledgable and made me truly feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend going to this store if you want expert advice as well as great customer service.
After going to 4 other location s without any help transferring data from my old phone to new phone. I came to Clifton Spectrum store and they were awesome. They were able to switch data and answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable about phone system. Mark,manager was especially helpful.

Service was terrible the guy was to busy trying to sell me a phone than getting me the right cord i needed. And he still gave me the wrong cord

I returned my equipment to this store and was told my balance was covered and I would not receive any more bills. Fastforward 4 months later and I am receiving a call from collections that I owe money. I cancelled my account because I was moving which also cancels your MyAccount access so I had no way of receiving my bills by location or digitally and since the rep at the store said I was all covered, I assumed I was good. This is more a review of the whole company but I will not use Spectrum ever again.

A door-to-door salesman was pushy and aggressive, and after 2 visits to my residence where I did not consent to any product or service, they signed me up anyways and delivered internet modem equipment to my home! I had to drive the equipment to a nearby Spectrum store to return it. Absolutely unethical practices...and the 800-customer service agent couldnt tell me who signed me up or resolve anything.

I came into the spectrum store today for a mobile phone. I got everything transfered in store and am leaving happy with my new service. I switched from criket and love having my cable and much better signal bundled in. I would recommend the calhoun store to anyone!
