I am a college student who was looking to buy a house for the first time. Without hesitation, Perry showed me all of the in and outs to buying a house, what to look out for, and basically did everything for me. He was always available to look at houses at any time and always made sure we were looking at places that had characteristics that I’d love. We found the perfect home and I have been living there for about 2 months. We had some trouble with water backup and I am completely illiterate when it comes to plumbing, so Perry came by and checked everything out and helped me get everything fixed. Not only is Perry an amazing realtor, but he is also a great friend. I’d recommend him to anyone I meet!
