Have a hard inquiry on my credit score from them and have never heard of them, call to handle it and no answer ever .

Have called every number, been on hold for over 31 minutes, they just thank you for holdiing. Not a very good company, plus they are the ones that did my taxes at the county and supplied the WRONG PROPERTY TAX amount to my mortgage company. Try fixing this yourself at age 73!!! Loan company is as dumb as they are, they dont understand either, that they have been given the wrong information and really dont care if it is corrected or not, so... how do you get these people to repair the damage they have done????
