No one ever answers the phone during their open hours. Left messages do not get return calls. Even emergency maintenance calls go to voicemail.

They respond pretty quickly to maintenance requests. They only misplaced or never received my rent check twice in several years. The apartments are very small where I reside. The rent has increased twice over a few years. Where I live, they do a pretty good job of keeping the property clean and well-maintained, although the front building door sometimes doesnt lock like it should. For the most part, the building is pretty quiet. There is an occasional smell of an illegal substance in the hallway. Packages usually dont get stolen when left in the hallway. I dont have a bug problem where I stay. If I did, they would respond very quickly to my request to have someone professionally spray. The place where I reside doesnt have amenities and is very basic. The property manager has changed about three times over a few years. However, the current regional property manager (Tammy Brooks) is very professional and responsive. Overall, I would rent again from this company.

I had a good experience with Balanced Prop, I was at the Robbie Ridge location in Milford. Rent was cheap and easy to pay online.Whenever I had an issue with the apartment, which was twice in the 1 year I stayed there, they sent someone out quickly.Quiet little neighborhood at top of a hill. Neighbors were nice, never a serious problem.Unit had nice, fresh paint, new bathroom redo. Kitchen was older, but perfectly functional. They paid heat and water. Heat was kept at a very nice temp. There were a lot of cats hanging around the building due to a neighbor feeding them, after being told repeatedly not to. This last fall (2018), there was an issue with other residents not picking up after their pets in between the buildings and management put up a dog bag station, which seemed to cut down on the waste.Id recommend the Robbie Ridge apartments to anyone, only moving for more space for my hobbies and future family.

I love my place, theres a lot of space for my son and I. Kudos to Tammy Brooks she has been wonderful since the day I talked to her to look at my place. Maintenance has been wonderful as well. The only thing I dont like is the neighbor constantly plays music throughout the night. Other than that Balanced Property Solutions is a great place to rent through.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE about anything. I’ve been dealing with LOUD neighbors from 3am to 3pm for a year now and they do absolutely nothing about anything. Very unprofessional will be moving as soon as my lease is up

It is very comforting having Balanced Property as the new owners here at Dina Terrace and so is the property Manager Josh. Anything that you may need done, is handled in a timely manner and completed, they have done so much just in the short amount of time they have owned this place. Its more secure now, broken things are now fixed thats been long overdue of being fixed, more friendly people working here that actually care and not just here for a job. I would definitely recommend Balanced Property owned properties, here at Dina or otherwise.

My Fiance and I are approaching our one year anniversary as residents at Machine Flats. From the time we were given a tour of the complex to today, our experience has been fantastic. They are great about proactive maintenance to the building and run their business with great professionalism. I have lived at 3 apartment complexes throughout my life, all of which I would not waste my time to write even a negative review. In saying this, I hope this expresses my satisfaction with Balanced Property Solutions.

I would highly recommend Broadway Townhomes if you enjoy invasion of your privacy on a monthly basis and mystery chemicals all over your food/dishes. They say they need to come in monthly to spray for spiders under the sink. They give 24hr notice which is great but they do not disclose what chemicals they are spraying and the reason for spraying monthly is concerning. If they have a bug problem that requires spraying monthly that is very disturbing. Im all for bug removal but this seems a bit excessive and suspect on lacking positive intent.There is no partition under the sink so anything they are spraying under there is going to be on the dishes or food that you store in the left and right bottom cabinets. With a small child in our home, it is very concerning that they feel the need to contaminate my dishes on a monthly basis and potentially put my child at risk for chemical contact. If you refuse to let them spray they will fine you $50/month.In addition to the chemical spray, we noticed our vanity in our bathroom was unnaturally high up. Upon removal of said vanity we discovered a large (5 inch diameter) hole in the wall that they had attempted to cover by moving the vanity up further. The bath was also unusable due to a revolting clog that was overseen by the property inspection.Please take my advice and try somewhere else. The rent and location is appealing but there is a reason people dont stay here long.

This review is about Josh, the manager at Dina Terrace Apartments in Cheviot. Josh is friendly and respectful to tenants. He is in the office and actually keeps it open so tenants can talk with him the same day when something is needed, instead of having to leave a message and waiting days for a call-back. He does his best to immediately solve any problems that exists in the apartments and the property. When there is something that needs to be done that he cannot do on his own, he is quick to notify corporate so the issue can be repaired as speedily as possible. Its refreshing to have a manager who seems to take pride in helping tenants instead of treating us as though we are a bother. Hopefully he wil be working here a long time.

I have had a great experience with Balanced Property Solutions. When the unit became available Amy was on top of everything to help get me approved and situated in a fast and swift time frame. I look forward to the spring to be able to decorate my patio and have friends over and walk into downtown Loveland. Perfect location and very reasonable rent for the area. Amy is always helpful and super sweet anytime I have questions. So far I havent had any concerns but if I do I am certain they will be addressed in a timely manner.

I am a new resident of Twin Pine Apartments the manager Amy is very helpful! The building is clean and its very quiet which I love. My experience has been great so far and maintenance is very prompt with any request I have. Rent is at a reasonable price and its a great central location! The building (The machine flats) looks cool on first walk through. The management team is a disaster, poor follow through on issue like cockroaches / bugs. If you report it they dont say well take care of it - they say well its only one or its wood roaches -- building has ZERO sound insulation. The freight elevator has been broken for years. The room is severe need of repair and replacement. One tenant had serious damage to thousands of dollars in electronics and priceless artwork. I had Windows that came with the building. Breezes would blow through the living room in wintertime. The one hallway smells of dog and dog urine. The parking garage is filthy and smells like cat urine near the elevator. No resolution, just lip service. No desire to maintain the building unless its court order of city regulatory compliance.

These apartments are great. Rent is affordable and the carpets were clean and walls were freshly painted when I was ready to move in. The property manager Bob, communicates in a clear and timely manner and was very helpful.

We gave Balanced our application fee for 2 adults a week ago & havent heard anything back from them. So, I called Dina Terrace to see whats going on & it turns out they are under new management now!?!?!?! We received no phone calls from them to let us know what is going on & still have have no clue what happened to our 2 application fees. This is messing with our move in time & date. Now we have to play search & discover for our money. Also, Joshua, who was the guy there but, runs Falcon Crest Apartments was very unprofessional when we met with him at Dina. Cussing an awful lot & saying that they will walk into anyones apartment at any time & dont care if theyre having sex at the moment or whats going on without a 24 hr notice. This, walking in on people having sex, was mentioned on a few occasions during our apartment walk thru with him. Very unprofessional & totally uncalled for conversations he was having with myself & spouse. Im glad Balanced sold the property to another company due to the fact that I dont have to worry about him walking into my apartment unannounced while Im there or not there.

We were tenants under Harkavy Management for a little under a year, and that was more than enough. Our apartment was beautiful, so we were very upset that we had to leave. But the management was just far below our expectations. Their customer service is an answering service which *may* return your phone call in a few days. It took us over a week to get hot water. Our landlord forgot our names and location two months after showing us our apartment. Fixing anything was a nightmare. Before moving out my wife cleaned our apartment for two days so wed get the deposit back. After calling several times over a period of four months, we finally got a hold of our landlord, who told us our deposit was void because we didnt give four months advance of moving out (We gave three). The list goes on. They were very nice apartments with very sleazy management.

Ill keep this simple: They do not respond to any forms of communication. Phone, text message, email, snapchat, instagram, Twitter, Facebook, passenger pigeon, nothing. Ive been trying for three weeks to get anyone to respond.Nothing. All I want to do is set up online payments so I can give them money for the apartment Im renting. Youd think this would be a priority, but no. No communications whatsoever.Unprofessional doesnt begin to cover it.

One of the WORST management companies that I have ever dealt with. No response to phone calls. Water is turned off with no notice. Apartment is disgusting and not cleaned. TONS of bugs and spiders. Maintenance always goes to the wrong property for repairs or never comes at all. Cars are broken into in the parking lot weekly. Constant yelling and banging from other tenants.

While renting a unit that was built more than 100 years ago, its important to have responsible property managers for when things inevitably stop working. Thats exactly what we have with Balanced Property. We had a bit of an issue with non-tenets using our buildings parking lot, but that got sorted within a week or two by revamping the parking passes.

Shannon Hill said the property in Forest Park Ohio in her own words was a bad area and will leave information on your door about late payments and other things to embarrass you to contact them even if its inaccurate! The secure buildings are so secure that anyone who visits can not get in because of the metal plate over the buzzers. Also, if your disabled and in a wheelchair; its a joke to find a parking spot near your building. When you move in they will promise you anything like a certain spot, but after that they forget or the sales personnel that signed your apartment no longer works for the company. Mantainence requests take months. We have requested every time they call and to not enter the apartment for requests, however they do it anyway and small items such as sd cards and even my mothers jewelry and pearls have come up missing. They let anyone in it seems and as a result my mother was attacked in the hallway by a neighbor. Drug dealers are welcomed here. If you do your laundry you it may not come clean, your playing Russian roulette with those machines at best. Also, dont leave your clothes out there too long because you might end up with special pets such as roaches from the neighbors. Roaches where so much of a problem in one apartment across the hall that the health department intervened. Good luck to anyone who deals with these people and make sure you audio/video record all conversations with them, you will need it.

Patsy, of Balanced Solutions, makes living at The Delmoor really FANTASTIC. Shes always availible and sends appropriate help right away or shes here in person to help. For instance, we had a crazy wind storm this summer and Patsy was out right after, about 11pm, checking on us and if we were okay. She goes above and beyond to help communicate our needs. Weve been here about 1.5 years. Patsy is the BEST!

Management of Loveland apartments is unresponsive to the needs of the residents. Turned off water without notification and could not make repairs in a prompt and complete manner. Entered a locked apartment when the tenant was there without notification. Who knows why?? The maintenance person said he was there to repair the garbage disposal when the apartment didnt even have one. Makes you wonder. Dont move there. Youll regret it.

I have lived at Twin Pines Apartments for eight years, and I am satisfied with my apartment. The building is clean. The maintenance crew are excellent and the manager is friendly and accommodating. I currently have no plans to move. I have always liked the community of Silverton and this property is located near Kenwood Mall.

I lived at the Cooper Road Apartments (Montgomery) for 2 years, and I would have stayed longer had I not encountered some glaring issues (e.g. raccoons in the attic for more than a year).That being said, it was not all bad.The Good:The rent was competitive (~$700/mo). My neighbors were mostly elderly, and the 8 unit building was always rather quiet. Appliances were new (not to be confused with updated). Living and bedrooms were spacious. Assigned parking. Onsite washer/dryer. Within walking distance to Blue Ash and Montgomery.Ericka (at the office) was always smiling and incredibly friendly toward me It was always great seeing her behind the counter when I got there.Things to Consider:No amenities. The windows are all VERY old and VERY drafty ($$$). The bedroom door was made of a cheap, balsa wood-like material that did not shut all the way. There were structural cracks on some of the walls.The Bad:At some point after my first year, the parking lot was refinished, but the apartment numbers were never put back onto the parking spaces. This resulted in guerrilla parking for more than 4 months, forcing older residents to have to park inconveniently far away.I had a filthy neighbor (after my first year) that smoked (cigarettes and maybe other things). He and his children were extremely loud and inconsiderate. My other neighbor (beneath me) and his girlfriend smoked out front all of the time, and the smell of smoke would come right into my living room window (even when closed).Raccoons in the Attic: For more than a year I dealt with a family of raccoons (and at least one opossum) living in the space above my apartment. The time between when I first reported the issue, until when it was resolved, spanned a little longer than a year. During this time, I was kept awake by scratching, running, and screaming sounds by these animals. In addition to that, they were using the space above my bedroom as a latrine (where all of the raccoons would do their business). I started smelling the raccoon feces, and it eventually seeped through the ceiling drywall. Even with emails to the property manager (not Kris by this point), no resolution was in sight. I eventually ended up getting a lawyer and taking Balanced Property to court over this. This extra nudge got the ball rolling on resolving the raccoon issue, and Balanced Property eventually got rid of the animals, cleaned the waste from the attic, and replaced the drywall above my bedroom. I won my case against them and we parted ways with no ill feelings (I can definitely say that on my end).Last Thoughts:In my 2 years under Balanced Property Solutions, I cannot speak on how they manage other properties, but I can say that they could have done better with me and my time at the Cooper Road location. Along with the things that I listed above, no one was available for a final walk through of the apartment (which made me question whether or not I would get my entire deposit back). That being said, I do not look back on my time there as miserable or anything like that. I just think that it is important to share my experiences, and to be as comprehensive as possible. As I said, it was conveniently located, the living room and bedroom were both rather large. My building was quiet and was in the neighborhood that I wanted to spend most of my time in. All of the issues that I experienced during my time there have been resolved, and I have confidence in Kris (who is now the Operations Manager). If you are looking for an inexpensive place to live in Montgomery/Blue Ash, this property may suit you.I rated them with 2 stars because of the duration of the negative experiences that I went through. I felt like I was often ignored, and that the management team was insincere and dismissive of my complaints. I hope that they have gotten better at this, and that the next person has a better experience than I had!

I have been a resident at Broadway Towne Homes for about 2 and a half years now and it has been great! I have lived in many different complexes all around the country over the years and can honestly say that living here has been my best experience ever in a rental property. Amy, my wonderful Superintendent, is always quick to return calls and schedule maintenance when needed (which isnt that often). Thanks to Thomas and Dave for their cheerful and prompt service with any service issues I may have, they always do a nice job. The grounds are always nicely maintained and its pretty quiet. Great location too, with everything Olde Loveland has to offer, just a quick 5 minute walk away. All in all, just a really nice place to live and would recommend it to anyone.

I live at Broadway townhomes in Loveland and i am pretty satisfied with them! Amy, the property manager is awesome and friendly and anytime i have had an issue it has been checked out/fixed within reasonable time. They are older townhomes and could use a couple upgrades but overall they are comfortable with lots of space and its a quiet neighborhood i love that!

Worst management company in Cincinnati they are not trustworthy they have violated employees civil rights they have covered up racist acts by there maintenance and didnt fire him didnt write him up or anything the regional manager ms brooks swept it under the rug until it was brought to there attention and then they fired that person for saying something this is the culture at BALANCED PROPERTY SOLUTIONS
