Tammy was rude and rushed my SNS manicure and left color residue all over my cuticles. When I asked her nicely if she could clean up some of the residue around my cuticles, she laughed and told me to just wash and it will come off.. it did not come off and I went to work with black stained cuticles. My manicure proceeded to break and wear down about a week later..This wasnt the first time that I had a negative experience with T at this salon but after that specific instance, I feel that it was the last straw.However, the young man that works at this location does a great job and has great customer service!

Only waited for about 5 minutes! I forgot to ask my tecs name but he was awesome! He was nice, super fast, and did an excellent job! The inside was clean and well decorated! I’ll be coming back!

Linda was very rude and unprofessional! I have bad calluses on the bottom of my feet and it takes everything in me to not let embarrassment and shame prevent me from getting them done. She made it clear throughout the process that she was disgusted by something I can’t do anything about. The podiatrist told me to get pedicures as often as I can because the surgery I require would be extensive and extremely painful 😣 I need another place to go

I tried giving this place a try and quickly learned why their parking lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon! It was horrible. The pedicures are rushed, effortless, and just all around a negative experience.. No foot massage, leg rubs, hot towels. My feet were hard and dry when I left. I took a friend for her first pedicure and she told me I was paying her back the money that she spent. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid $40 for something I could have did better at home.

I had an acrylic set done. They took advantage of me and charged me 85$ for a medium set not even gel. I didn’t argue about the price because I understand every place is different but at the end of the day it was a scam! Never going again and started chipping within a week and within a week and a half I already had a broken nail. I also asked for a snowflake and she could not do it and I didnt even get gems or anything just a basic v tip coffin nails. My total turned out to be 96 with tip. Don’t come here

I got sns done on my natural nails. First off the lady was very rude and rushed. The sns wasnt feom even oand disnt go from edge to edge of my nail. Also I have had 4 break already and it hasnt even been a week. Wouldnt recommend unless you want poor quality and a rushed job

Very beautiful establishment..I was a walk-in and never been here before..but WOW I am impressed and may have found a new nail technician (Tammy) and shop, Tammy explained what I asked her. She was kind and invited me back..social distancing, masks,and hand sanitizer readily available..nail polish on display to see under beautiful lights.. Beautifully kept shop.. the shop speaks of the Pride of the owners ..they can do many many nail services..great lightning..a awesome experience and hope others check it out

I love this place so much. Linda has been doing my nails for a few years now and she is the best in the business. Everyone there does good job. I highly recommend US nails.alao Family friendly. They always welcome me to bring my 5 year old and do her nails as well.

I have given this nail salon several chances. The gentleman does a great job however one lady does things her way to make it easier on her. Today I went in with long nails and one tip. Upon trimming my nails, they were cut way too short and I walked out with 4 tips. I will not go back. No apology and no discount

Only been here twice the first time was Great thanks to kevin. The second time I had arm drill my nails nails down to take off gel polish on one hand Then was sent to the lady in the wheel chair who rushed on my nails, didn’t buff the damage nails and told me that the man didn’t drill then acted like she couldn’t understand me so I just paid but I would never recommend.

It was pretty good. My daughter got a manicure with SNS and loved it! I got a pedicure and I loved it too. My daughter got a pretty pale pink color and I got magenta. Will be going back soon!!

I went here not even a week ago. i called in an appointment for 245 and didn’t get helped til 330. a lady walked in probably 10 minutes after me and even said out loud that she did not make an appointment, but yet was sat right away and helped as soon as she was sat. i sat there waiting and waiting and once i finally did get helped the SNS color i picked wasn’t available. the lady who did my nails said she picked a gray that was similar to what i picked, but yet it was so dark it looks almost black. i asked for them short and they were not short. my fingers were in pain the whole appointment and after. and now one broke in half and fell off leaving me with no nail on my pinky, my thumb nail cracked off, and my middle finger on my left hand cracked. i always have my nails done and they aren’t cracked even after a month! i’m very disappointed and don’t plan on ever going back. now i have to pay to have my nails done again when i don’t have the money for it. i do not recommend.

They do a nice job on my nails. Sometimes difficult to understand.

I went here just about 3 days ago. I normally go somewhere else but it was New Years Eve and I was in a huge hurry and went on my lunch break considering this place is right by my work. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back. I went in and it seemed pretty clean for the most part, I sat down l, and the guy Didnt say one word to me. I got SNS done and added tips to my nails. He repeated the SNS sipping process at least 10 times (no exaggeration). I like my nails super short so I asked him to cut the tips very short. They weren’t short enough, so I politely asked him to cut them even shorter, and he laughed in my face and ignored what I said and left them how they were. He began again repeating the SNS process one more time and at that point I said to him I really have to go, I’m late for work so he got mad and said “OK GO BYE, YOU’RE DONE.” And also they charged me an extra $7 just to pay with my card. I left there with very crooked nails and had to go home and fix them myself. Now not even 3 days later and 3 of the whole tips along with the SNS has fallen off......

It was ok. I think it was kind of dirty I took my niece to get pedicures together and they did an ok job. However when they were filing my nails the person doing my nails blew on my feet to get the dust shavings off and kept doing it it made me feel really weird thats super unprofessional. I also didnt see them open any new package for myself or my niece, they used the same file and cuticle cutters without cleaning them. I would rather go somewhere else thats nicer for the same price.. and a weird atmosphere. dont really recommend.

This place did a great job on my nails until they let a trainee work on me. They kept saying the manager, for whom I usually asked and who usually did my nails, would take over for the young man any minute. But she never did, and he injured the nail bed of the little finger of my left hand, which got red and swollen for a couple of weeks, and since then has grown in in two parts. Its been 5-10 years, the nail is still ruined, and I havent gone back there... even to tell them. Im not good at confrontation, which is why I let that happen in the first place, I guess.

I went there on a Saturday because the hours on the door said they opened up at 9:30, I sat there for 30mins and they never showed up! Not a worker was in sight or nothing. I’ve tried going there three other times and the lady in the wheelchair always tells me to come back. They’re very unprofessional!

I can’t say enough great things about Tammy! I’ve been going to her for two years for mani/pedi’s. I’ve received gift certificates as gifts to other establishments and I’m either not happy with the results or choose to give the certificate to someone else because Tammy is by far THE BEST!She’s extremely professional, kind, personable and she makes my nails absolutely beautiful. I’m constantly getting compliments on how great my nails look and have sent many people to Tammy. We all keep going back to her! 💕
