This was my second time and they did an amazing job again! I went for the gel this time and I am in love with the shine on my nails 💜

Lady was very sweet when I called on the phone made really good conversation and made me feel very welcomed. I am visiting from Florida and services are better then what I get where I live. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

This place is fine for a Pedi but I would not recommended a Mani. She didnt paint down far enough so when she was done my nails already looked they they had two weeks growth on them. she also did no cuticle work. Worst Mani Ive ever had. Big disappointment.

I have been a client for over 2 years. I was tired of the typical nail places, and tired of people being unfriendly. Anna is my “nail girl”... she does an amazing job every time!!

The person Jenny acted like she didnt want to do my nails, she didnt listen when I told her they werent dry so she had to do one hand over..seemed put out her fault ..wont go there again..

Over priced for the work I had done..... $56.65 for French tips I was expecting around $40.....

I come here twice a month to get my acrylics filled in and some times a pedicure. the girls here could not be nicer!! they get a lot of return clients so the atmosphere is always fun. everyone laughs and talks to each other which keeps me entertained as im getting my nails done. always happy with the outcome.

When I go here I try to get melissa as she was the first person to do my nails. The ladies here are friendly and they do great work. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

This place has gone completely DOWN HILL. Horrible, rude service. Dirty, disgusting shop. I could not understand half of what was being said to me, & because I kept saying “I don’t understand,” the tech started screaming everything at me as though it was my hearing. It was not. Then, she started to vent, in her own language, to her coworker. It was actually comical. What a joke. I am surprised they’re still open.

LOVE this place. Love BeBe, Melisa, Jenny, and the entire gang. They always make you feel right at home, and have such an awesome sense of humor. You never feel like they talk about you either. I must mention that they do top notch work on your nails and feet!!! You get A1 work on your nails, and an inviting environment. I suggest you check this place out, you will be a repeat offender here!I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!! My only concern is the road work going on with Rt. 32, and if it gets too bad, I will have to figure out another plan to get there when traffic isnt bad...but I WILL FIND A WAY!!!

Overall Horrible experience! When I walked in I showed the lady a picture and a video and explained what I was wanting done. (Btw nothing spectacular, just powder glitter and a certain shape) She said she could do it so I sat down. She was very rude and snappy towards me when I asked a question. She was also very rough. She really seemed as though she didnt want to be there.But the main problem was when it came time for color. She asked what color. I said, can you show me your powder glitters. She then told me it was too late for that. She cant do it at this point. I was unclear of what she meant due to the fact this was what I came in asking for. She then said shes too far and tried to flip it on me and said I didnt tell her I wanted powder. I litterally showed this woman a video and specifically said not polish, powder before sitting down in her chair! I said so youre refusing to fix your mistake and do what I asked for. She said, I could get that next time! I ended up with only a clear coat on my nails! Then she had nerve enough to ask for a tip!! I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to get done what I asked for in the first place paying double for my nails within 24 hours!

These folks always do a fantastic job. Ive never had a bad experience. I have to be extra careful because I have a compromised immune system due to cancer, so a cut with a dremel could set up a bad infection. When I explain that, the ladies are extra careful to avoid hitting my skin/cuticles.

The worst nail salon ever!!! Not clean and the customer service was the absolute worst. So rude and mean and they are rough and hurt your cuticles. Do not go here!

I have been going to ANOTHER PLACE for 3 years !!!! I went on 8/8/19 and I met Anna & Melissa, O M G, what an AMAZING job !!! I already made my next appointment !!!!! This is my new home for BEAUTIFUL NAILS !!!!

I came in to get my pedicure and a fill in. I just want a regular fill in and the lady who did my nails keep pushing to do the gel. I keep telling her I just want a regular fill and she got an attitude with me. Also this place is filthy the owner needs to clean it up and upgrade the whole place. It’s disgusting I’ll never go back there again. Everything is outdated.

I got a pedicure and a fill in/ polish the pedicure was fine but the rest is crap. She cut me with the grinder twice, she shortened them way past where I wanted them, they are uneven and the Polish looks like a 6 year old did it. I spent $50 when I could have done it better at home Im furious! I will never go back.

Left here with horrible nails. Color was uneven, and it looked like I would need fill-ins within 3 days. When my mom brought me back and confronted the lady about it, (politely) the lady freaked out and was going on and on and when my mom nor I understood she began looking at my mom and speaking whatever language she speaks, aggressively and was being honestly psychotic about the whole situation. We did NOT ask for a refund, just them to be fixed. I went here for years and this is the only time I’ve had a problem, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and personally will not be going back. Sad.

Lady I had was very rude and seemed like she didnt want to be there. She kept getting on her phone and she just made me feel like a nuisance to her. Not a very smart way to get people to come back. Although, the other people who worked there seemed friendly.

I used to come here regularly a year or so ago, I moved to the other side of town but now Im back to eastgate and this place had gone way down hill. The man who did my mani and pedi actually hurt and while he massaged me. Then he started filling my nails for acrylics, I told him I wanted a mani and he was very rude stood up and walked away from me. The prices on here say that a mani/pedi is 35 and he charged 45!!!! The decor is super dated and it is not clean, lots of dist and grim. While I was there a bride called to complain that after 3 days her shellac was already cracked and the owner, Melissa told the bride it wasnt her problem basically and hung up. The phone starting ringing instantly when she hung up and Melissa looked at the caller ID and said something in Vietnamese and let the phone ring, the bride called back 3 times and no one answered the phone! Horrible!!!

A little expensive. But Melissa is great.

Horrible experience! Salon is filthy & needs serious cleaning & updating. Nails look AWFUL! Paid $53 for flat square nails that are too wide for my hand. Will NEVER be back!

Got my nails done on a Thursday and by Tuesday my nail had fallen off. And I even showed them that it was my full nail and they made pay them four dollar to fix one little nail.

Nails were sloppy and came off within a few days.
