This place is AWFUL. Absolutely awful. Went there after they did an insanely bad job on my nails- they were bumpy and NOT what I wanted AT ALL. I went in and asked if they could fix it the next day and they said yes, and seemed very understanding. I called and made an appointment, and I went in to get them fixed. I explained it was bumpy, you can see through them, and the lines are not precise as a French manicure tips should be. I even asked her to redo my nail when she was doing it bc I noticed it had black all in the pink part of my nail- I asked if they could just do a solid color for me instead. They then started to talk to eachother in a language I couldn’t understand- then told me it wasn’t bad and that I needed to pay. They messed up my nails, and they couldn’t do the design I wanted- I was so upset I just left. Do not come here, the only person who can KIND OF do a halfway good job is the one who messed up my nails. I was always kind, respectful, and tipped. They lost two people because they’re childish and immature and unprofessional. I don’t think this is what a $50 service should look like. If this is the “best” salon around here, ive lost hope

I’ve been getting my nails done for years ... moved here from Vegas a while ago and could not find a nail salon for the life of me. I finally decided to give these guys a try and it has been the best decision yet!! I am absolutely pleased with my nails. First time getting SNS thanks to QUAL (spell check). My eyebrows are a little uneven but the service was fast, professional and friendly so I’ll just touch them up at home!! Thank you

I get SNS and pedicures regularly, & this salon is hands-down the best Ive ever been to! The color choices are beautiful & plentiful, the staff was friendly & fun, & they took their time and did such a fabulous job. They made sure the shape was smooth, even, and not too thick or too thin. I was passing through town with a friend yesterday & we came across Pro SNS, & Im so thankful we did. They were able to get us in quickly, and we couldnt have been any more pleased with our experience. Im so impressed. 10/10 service!

It was my first time here and they did such an amazing job! Everything was clean, staff was friendly and patient... I am proud to say I have found my new nail place! I was most shocked by the prices 20$ for a fill in compared to the $45 I usually pay at my old place for the same quality... bravo pro sns!!!

BEST NAIL SALON IN THE CITY FOR SNS!! I have been a regular customer for 2 years. I’ve tried so many other places and I promise you these gals are the best!!! I drive all the way from Ft. Thomas to get my nails done at Pro SNS. They also have regular polish and gel... but seriously SNS is the better way to go!!

Khoh is the man, I hope I spelled his name right. This was my first time doing SNS ever and he convinced me to try tips which is out of my comfort zone but I am so glad he did . Love the shape and color and great conversations. Will be returning and hopefully my friends too ! Thank you so much my pedicure was just as relaxing and color matches perfectly.

Khoh did it again! I have been coming to this salon for 3 months now and he never tells me no when I ask him the most ridiculous ideas. He truly enjoys the challenge, and makes sure they are perfect. This was my choice for Christmas and I cant decide which is my favorite the gold dusted ombre or the green candy cane pin stripe! Will never go anywhere else.

This place is unprofessional and does not back their work. Had a regular manicure on a Thursday and by Saturday the polish had chipped and two for the nails the polish came off. Went back on Monday and they would not honor their work. Didnt want the same manicure and upgraded to their SNS nails. No credit was given to me for the poor regular manicure. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Also will now have to fight a credit card charge that they made which is not correct.

Excellent service and prices. I wish they were closer to the city proper but it’s so worth the drive.

New, clean salon in Cincy that knows how to do SNS...finally! They do not over charge you by having you pay for removal and their SNS is priced right (like I’m used to paying back in Texas). Lots of colors, clean environment, and very friendly and accommodating staff! Will definitely be coming back here time & time again😁

First time customer here, Amy did WONDERFUL! My coworkers recommended this salon to me for their great prices. I tend to be chatty while getting my nails done and Amy was so friendly and answered my questions about prices/type of polish. She explained the whole process to me, she shares with me that she has 25 years experience and it’s true - very high quality work (ask for her!)Tips during COVID: best to make appointment, they do close at 7 (for now), I did not know this and I made a longer appointment at 6:15 (full set tips and sns). I quickly apologized for keeping them later but the employees were so nice about it and did not hesitate to continue with my appointment! I appreciate the hard work and kindness.They also have a bonus card that you stamp each time you go to earn a discount!

I recently got a full set of SNS nails done from here and they did an amazing job. I’ve been getting compliments on my nails since then. Will definitely revisit.

Asked for a manicure with SNS and was told that I didnt need a manicure. I stated that I needed my cuticles cleaned up and moisturized, I was given oil and lotion. None of my cuticles were worked on.

Friday was my first time coming to this salon. I absolutely loved my experience. Everyone was nice. It was super clean and Porsche did an amazing job with my nails. I can’t wait to go back.

Ive been here multiple times and had my nails done by multiple techs here. Every time I come I have such a good experience, from the very quick pace to the customer service to the sns selection. I dont know why I ever go anywhere else because Im always disappointed unless Im here. Brought in a picture today from Instagram and my tech made my nail dreams come true. I didnt catch his name unfortunately, but he did such an incredible job!!!

I highly recommend this salon. I have been getting SNS with them regularly for 10 months now. I typically schedule with the owner, Qua, but have also had at least 3 of the other techs and have always had a very positive experience. They are very clean, professional, and considerate of each clients time. I do recommend making an appointment as they do get very busy.

I went today with some messed up nails from another salon. I made an appointment. The place was clean and classy. I was seated immediately. My nails are absolutely gorgeous. My tech took extra time making sure each nail was perfect. The owner stopped by to ask me if I was happy. This will be my new nail salon. Highly recommend.

I have tried this salon multiple times for SNS nails and regular pedicures. Although the polish lasts, I have tiny hairline cracks on every nail starting at week one. They should not do this. The SNS is very thick. DO not use the young guy. He is so rough with the dremel. I always have bleeding or sore nails when I leave there. Pedicures are very average there. It is very hard to communicate with anyone there.

Does anyone else have a problem where they nick/cut the side of fingers? I got mine done yesterday and 3 fingers got cut buy the grinder they use. I think he might have just been in a hurry. But now I have 2 fingers with bandage on it and they hurt. I went to get nails done and end up with bandage on my fingers. I have been here 4 times and only 1 time they didnt cut me. Just wondering why? And if I am the only one?

Great prices and high quality manicures! Also if a nail breaks, you can go back and they will fix it for free. They have a reward card to get discounts. This is the only place I get my nails done!

I enjoyed my experience I love my nails. They are bright green how I like just for my vacation. I love sns with the tips it doesnt even feel like I have nails on at all. I will never go back to regular polish ever again. Everyone was nice and professional I highly recommend.

I never give a review, Pro SNS Nails located on Montgomery new clean Salon. Everyone here are really nice. They explain all services to me very clearly. My nails originally short and thin, Shellac peels off on me .They recommend I should try SNS for my nails. SNS is the deeping powder, its dry instantly without an UV light. My nails turn out perfectly .And the manager here told me, if I have any problem with my nails come back they be happy to fix it. I feel like I don’t waist my money, like I been to the other Nails Salons. Highly recommended .😁

This Salon is absolutely the best nail salon I have been to in Cincy! They have hundreds of SNS Colors! My nails never lift. The service, friendliness and cleanliness is superior!

I feel bad for leaving a review that is negative because Qua the owner took his time and was charming. The first nail tec was a night mare and couldnt even do a toe polish change and when she realized I wanted tips and coffin shape, I think she wanted to run. So at that point Qua took over. I was there for 2 hrs and was left with weird, thick and lumpy press on looking nails. You can look for yourself if you scroll through the pictures. You cant miss the bright pink super thick nail.... Not normal looking right? Ugh depressing I spent $80 for a polish change and these nails. :(

Just left my second visit to SNS. Both times were wonderful. Very clean and professional and my SNS lasted 3 weeks, which is amazing as I am rough on my nails. Definitely recommend.

I left this salon BLEEDING! The rotary tool they used to remove my old SNS powder in order to apply my new SNS powder is what caused the bleeding. But, what concerns me most is, the man doing my nails didn’t clean this tool from the manicure before me. He sat me down and started using the same tool and green towel on me that he used on the prior client! So if he made her bleed, I’ve now been exposed to it through him making me bleed. I don’t expect to get a blood born illness from a nail salon, and I’m sure anyone else using this salon doesn’t want to be exposed to one either! If you’ve had this experience here, please write a review to let others know of the risk they’re taking and then report it!
