I love Tribe. It is a very welcome and fun place to workout. Everyone is super nice and the workouts are hard and make you stronger. Tribe has helped me lose weight and help me with my goals of getting stronger. At tribe it’s like a family it’s a good way to start off the morning and getting in a workout. It’s a fast 30 minutes but you will for sure be dripping in sweat snd sore the next day! I am so glad I found tribe.

TRIBE has been a life changer for me. Until now I have struggled with various workouts and weightloss programs with little success. I attend class 5 days per week and have steadily watched my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I love the 30 minute workouts because they are different each day, there are modifications for every fitness level, the team is always encouraging and supportive, and it is a great way to get motivated first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking to improve thier mental and physical health while surrounded by people who will push you to be your best self. I urge you to come check it out and I bet you will come back for more. 😁

Perfect for the business professional. Early morning, quick (only 30 minutes) and effective daily workouts designed to start your day out on the right foot. Damien is very knowledgeable and is a great motivator! I highly recommend Tribe Fitness!

I have NEVER been able to stick to a workout routine/gym (and I’ve tried them all). I absolutely love Tribe! My daily workouts are now part of my regular routine, and I have rarely missed a day in the last year. Damien is an incredible trainer, and he takes a very personalized approach with everyone. I love the 30-minute workouts that are different each day. I’m stronger, leaner and feel amazing thanks to Tribe! Also - they’ve done such a great job throughout the pandemic. Whether you attend in person or virtually, I can’t recommend Tribe enough!

I absolutely love the workouts at Tribe.Damien is a very motivating trainer who helps his clients reach their goals and truly cares. I love the variety of the workouts as they change all the time. This is by far the best training experience I’ve ever had! My favorite thing of all is that the are only 30 minutes! You can’t beat a quick and effective workout! I love Tribe!

Hands down, best fitness program in Cincinnati! Coach Damien is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer providing significant level of advice on weight loss, muscle toning and overall fitness. Im a huge fan of the daily workouts - they are fresh everyday, we never do the same workout twice. Can not say enough good things about the overall experience and the results!

Tribe has been amazing! I love that the workout is 30 minutes and the class times work for my schedule. I feel stronger and healthier. Damien is super helpful and commitment to getting you where you want to be. He takes extra time to help with injuries and teaching you how to properly do exercises. The community approach has really helped me with motivation. I want to workout again! Thanks Tribe!!!!

Damien takes fitness to the next level. He is an amazing coach and motivator. He is knowledgeable and works with you based on your strengths to make them stronger and on your weaknesses to improve on them. I highly recommend joining the TRIBE and be part of Damien’s team. You will feel great from the first workout....TOTALLY WORTH IT!

This place is awesome for a variation of workouts that are never the same! Damien focuses on each individual in the group to make sure form is correct and he pushes you along the way! Highly recommended. I’ve belonged to other fitness groups and nothing compares to this one!!!

My husband and I did our first Tribe workout this morning and WOW! I’m an avid runner who’s trying to get back in shape after baby #3 and the class totally kicked my butt! It was a great full body workout and Damien is a fantastic coach. He clearly explains the workout, demonstrates proper form and gives great feedback and gives individualized helpful encouragement and attention throughout the workout. If you need any modifications, he’s right there on top of it to help you out and tailor the exercise to you and your skill level. It’s a great intense workout to start your day with!

TRIBE Fitness has literally been a lifesaver. With three kids, I dont have a lot of extra time to exercise or take care of myself. Over the past year, weve moved, added another kiddo to our family through adoption and had a host of other stressors. Enter TRIBE...in just 30 minutes, I get an incredible workout, but Im also part of an amazing community. When I walk in the door, everyone is excited to see me and encourage me through the entire session. Ive lost 5lbs and have gained/toned muscle over the past four weeks. I feel stronger than I have in YEARS and my pants are starting to droop a bit. I have energy to actually keep up with my kiddos and Im also motivated to be more careful about what I put in my body. Damien helps me with my fitness AND nutritional goals and I have accountability to keep going! TRIBE is a program I can stick with for the long haul, and I cant WAIT to see whats in store for the future!

This has been so good for me. I’ve struggled to find something that fits in with my kiddos schedules while not having to sacrifice our time together as a family. Damien has been fantastic & you really get that personal training experience within the context of a small group work out. I’ve had several injuries in the past, but Damien is great on explaining proper technique & modifications.

When I leave every day, I hate it :) but I keep coming back because it’s working. I’ve never been able to stick with this kind of workout before.Damien is great. Very positive and accommodating and he’s willing to put in extra time to answer questions, come up with modifications, additional targeted stretches, or review your diet. He takes personal interest in each person’s success.

Tribe is a terrific program! Im stronger, more flexible and have more energy. Coach Damien Hannah is always encouraging, positive and professional. We have a great group of people who participate. The workouts are fun, always different and keep you motivated. Highly recommend.

TRIBE is a fantastic program. Each class is easily adjusted to meet the needs of each individual, so someone like me (who rarely exercised before, and hates the gym) isnt left struggling to keep up, but the more active tribe members are not held back. Every one of us works to our limits, all at the same time. With the very small class sizes you get personal attention to what you need, and a close group of friends to bond with. Its the perfect balance of personal trainer and workout group. Not to mention the 30 minute workouts fit a busy schedule. If youre looking for a new type of exercise experience, with a personal feel, I highly recommend giving TRIBE a try.

Tribe with Damien is awesome! I love that we never do the same workout twice. He pushes you just the right amount, and is great about modifying the workout if you have an injury. I definitely feel stronger and would highly recommend trying Tribe with Damien!

Had my first workout at tribe this morning and boy it was a tough one but with the help of leader Damien I made it through. He knew when to challenge me and when to modify exercises. Excellent class! I would highly recommend Tribe Kenwood!

Damien sets up a great workout and it has enough variety to never be boring. I really enjoy when I workout with Tribe...I’d probably be as strong as my wife if I went on a more consistent basis.
