Great facility, great atmosphere, great people!

I love what theyre doing here and the enthusiasm behind it! I had a business to business exchange with them and they were nothing but friendly and helpful and you could tell that they dearly love what theyre doing there. It takes a business person to make a business work...but it takes someone with a passion to get the right results for their clients. I have 100% faith in the success of this business.

Very friendly atmosphere and very personal. Definitely a place for anyone from athletes to people just trying to get back into it. The supportive staff really helped me design a workout for my every need. With such an educated staff it was very easy to trust that what they were telling me was helpful and was going to push me closer to my personal goals. Definitely recommend ASP and with most of my family going here now from all ages it is a great place for everyone.

Ive been working out with ASP for about 6 months now, and a few months ago I also started bringing my 10 year old daughter along (they are great with young athletes!). Our experience has been fantastic. Getting stronger and faster, but with an emphasis on injury prevention. Ive never felt better. If you are an athlete, or just want to increase your general awesomeness, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

If you are an athlete looking to take your training and performance to the next level, this is where you need to be in Cincinnati. They train athletes individually from junior high through college, along with groups, and open memberships. Jensen (the owner) along with Chuck an Rachel work hard to design workouts to push you and make you better. I have been training at the Academy for Sports Performance for over 4 years and continue to see increases in overall size, strength, and set new personal bests. I have played rugby locally for 10 years and contribute my longevity to the workouts designed by the staff specifically with rugby in mind. When it comes to gyms memberships and training, you get what you pay for. The equipment here is second to none and you will never have to fight for time on a piece of equipment.

Ive had lower back issues since high school. A few months ago I re-injured my lower back and it was bad enough that I thought I might need surgery and I might not be able to participate in sports (soccer) any longer. I started working with Jensen Brent at The Academy of Sports Performance (ASP) and within 3 months he had me back on the field and feeling stronger and more confident than ever. Jensen and his staff are fun to work with and I look forward to each session. There are lots of trainers out there, but no one understands and applies scientific research and principles to this type of training like ASP. I highly recommend them!

Great gym great people! They helped me get up to 525 in my lift and be in shape to play rugby.

Training at the Academy of Sports Performance, specifically with Jensen Brent, has been an irreplaceable part of preparing me to play on a Division 1 soccer team and every time I come home from school, I make sure to get in to ASP. Ive seen so many improvements over the years from training at ASP and have generally just had a great time while working out with them.

Great way to stay in shape and learn self defense!
