Holy cow, the photo booth was one of the most fun parts of our entire reception. It was SUCH a hit with out crazy guests! The first thing we did the next morning was go through the album Picture Perfect provided us and we spent a half hour just laughing at all the hilarious pictures. I cant imagine our reception without it!

The selection of props was great, our attendant was very helpful and friendly, and the photo quality was wonderful. Our submitted personalized logo at the bottom of the strip was a nice touch, it looked very good. Our employees had a great time taking their own photos and our scrapbook keepsake is a wonderful way to remember our event. We have nothing but great things to say and I will definitely be keeping Picture Perfect in mind for future company events.

I am sure you hear this often, but this was the life of the reception. From my first contact in reserving the booth, to the booth attendant, all was perfect. I just got the link to the pictures and am so impressed.

Loved the fact that we received an album with copies of every picture taken. The online gallery is also great and the turnaround time was second to none. Lots of fun props. No waiting time for strip printing.

Our attendant was awesome. Didnt even know he was setting up. So quite and professional not to disturb the event. Loved the experience would recommend highly.

Our attendant was so sweet. My grandma is in a wheel chair, she moved the bench in and out for us so that my grandma could participate. It may seem small but for me that was so nice. I am close with my grandma and seeing her get to have fun despite the wheel chair was really nice

We recently had them at our wedding and they did such a great job! Many of our guests said their props were the best theyd seen and the attendant even made a point to make sure we got in the booth at the end of the night since wed not made it in the booth yet!

Was very excited to have a unique photo booth at our wedding on October 19th. After the photo booth started, we were told they were out of film and someone was coming with more film. That person arrived at 10:30pm, the photo booth ended at 9:30pm, and bride and groom send off was at 10:15pm. No guests received any photos that day. My husband called that following Monday regarding the issues and asked for a follow up call Tuesday and did not receive one. I’ve sent at least 10 emails in regards to receiving the service. We eventually received one email response that they were accepting the dispute we put on our credit card for the charge and we would receive photo book, guests copies of photos, and online link in 7-10 days I believe (it was 5 business days and 3 day shipping I believe). Might I add there was no apology in that single email or ownership for what happened. Two weeks later we receive a book with maybe half of the photos taken from photo booth. No guest copies, no online link. Multiple emails have been sent since with no response. My husband posts a review and quite quickly gets a response including blaming us for the event shutting down early due to conflict. I apologized on the venue coordinators behalf because she was less than pleasant to the photo booth attendant. We did not shut down early as we were still there at 10:30 (in the getaway bus) when the help arrived for photo booth (that ended at 9:30) and were rapidly printing photos that we did not receive. Like I said previously, the venue coordinator having issues with vendors in no way had anything to do with the service of the photo booth, or lack thereof. Nor did it affect the timeline of the evening as almost all guests had left by then as the send off was at 10:15pm. We simply wanted the guests copies (that we would be responsible for postage to send to 175 guests) and online link. I’ve emailed so many times that it clearly is going nowhere because they did refund us I guess they aren’t worried about fulfilling the rest of services. And if the online link often goes to junk mail, maybe respond to my numerous emails asking for it and mention to check there? Very disappointed in services or lack thereof. I work in customer service and have given them over 6 weeks to make this right.

I had a great experience from beginning to end working with Picture Perfect for Miami Universitys Charter Day Ball. Before the event, they were so helpful through email, and even designed a custom logo for our photo strips. During Charter Day Ball, our four Event Heroes were all so wonderful, helpful, and professional, making sure the night ran smoothly! I really loved that we got photo books filled with photos and messages from all of the attendees who used the booths. Everyone seemed to love them! I truly cant recommend Picture Perfect enough and would definitely use them again in the future.

It was all around a great experience. A total pleasure to do business with and a huge hit with all of the kids at the carnival!

DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY READ BELOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! We hired this company to set up at our wedding to start they were late! Next they didn’t have paper for the printer so the people that attended our wedding didn’t get a copy to take home! Keep in mind this was $650 paid in full over a month before the wedding. After speaking to the company they said they would refund us our money and send us the book with 1 pic of every pic taken in it an a pic to send to everyone and a link to download them ourselves as well. We had to dispute the charge on our credit card to get the money back weeks later. We got the book with half of the photos in it and no pics for our guest and no online link! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

Its difficult to decide on one favorite part. The props were so much fun, and the fact that everyone received a photo printout and that we received a memory book and CD of all the photos is a great momento to have to look back on our event.

Saw the business at a friends wedding,. They had a wide variety of props and were very professional, so I took a business card to use for my wedding as well. Flash forward a year later, I was having my wedding outside and a few weeks before the big day they called to make sure I would want the booth outdoors and a discussed a plan incase it needed to be moved inside due to rain. The staff was very helpful with pressing buttons and giving guests copies of their photos (great for elderly guests) and the best part at end of my wedding I got a pretty album with all the photos insides placed next to notes written by guests. They were reasonably priced and affordable. Would highly recommend!!
