Had a new Samsung galaxy phone looked out..went to Verizon to help..store where I bought it..wouldnt help me..lock-out and factory reset..talked with Verizon, 2days..their final answer,,take to our tech experts,,expect to pay cost of phone to unlock..I freaked..called cellutionzs Cell and Laptop repair...20 minutes,75 dollars later just like the new phone I had purchased,,that Verizon was going to charge,400$ to unlock.i was amazed..dont do your carrier,tech,I saved hundreds of dollars..Im a very satisfied customer..Cellutionzs,,MY ANSWER..THANKS

Excellent place to get the cell phones fixed. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Friendly and great customer service. I had a pretty difficult problem with my phone. I had insurance on my phone, but based on my experiences dealing with Verizon, i went with Cellutionz since I know i will have peace of mind as opposed to going thru painful process and dealing with Verizons insurance process. Even though i spent bit of extra money, i got my work done the proper way in the right time. Cant ask for anything else.

I had my iPhone 5c screen replaced here today and was blown away by the amazing customer service. I have had my screen replaced before by another business and it was not nearly as helpful as Cellutionz. Their prices were better than two other similar businesses in the area and they had reduced pricing for the holidays. The owner even gave me a case for my phone. Would highly recommend and will recommend to my friends in the future
