Communications through and through information on the car was amazingly helpful. He also helped with the financing quick and easy painless process everyone was a delight at the dealership. I HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE..I HAD TO SPEAK TO MANAGERS AND GM BEFORE I GOT AN ANSWER OR DELIVERY WHICH WAS PROMISED IN TEN DAYS AND TOOK A MONTH..EXPLANATIONS WERE RANGING FROM WEIRD TO RUDE AND AT ONE POINT UNPROFESSIONAL. Marcus was very nice..At the end of the ordeal Marcus was assigned to close the deal and did a good job although the original salesperson would not provide all the trade in paperwork. My daughter warned me, she did not get good service when she tried to trade her car in and purchase a year prior. SHE WENT ELSWHERE AND I WILL.NEVER GO BACK EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

I can say that for now my experience was less than stellar for almost spending $100K for a new Corvette. Sole issue was the lack of communication and transparency in the waiting process. Yes, I understand the manufacturing constraints in acquiring this vehicle but not getting an answer after numerous request about where I stood in line at the dealership was not Ok. I wasnt requesting information on when I would get my car but how was my name moving in line vs the dealership released allocation. Just a game to keep me in line vs going to another dealer. Not appreciated and doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. Not likely to automatically place my next Vette order at this dealership. As a result I feel Zero allegiance to this dealership. I will give them an opportunity to service my car, but one missed step I will eliminate them all together from my list. Needless to tell, when folks ask me about the car and where I purchased it, I simply share my personal experience. Great car! but go find a dealership you can count on to give you the straight story regardless of how bad it might me.

I was in the market for a 3rd row SUV, mainly the Chevy Traverse. Columbia Chevrolet had two of these vehicles listed on their website as in stock. I arrived at the dealership after making 3 failed attempts before this stop. The previous dealerships that I visited did a poor job of updating their inventory to show dealership accuracy, while one dealership didnt even take time to talk to me. I even walked their entire lot without any help or question asked to me, so they lost me as a customer for good.I was greeted by a great salesman by the name of Patrick Jamison. I stated I was here to see the Chevy Traverse if they actually had it in stock. Patrick informed me they did have two models, as the website indicated, which was refreshing to hear. Patrick was knowledgeable about the two models and we test-drove the Traverse we preferred. We started the buying process, which went as smoothly as one could ask for, especially considering we started the process after 7:30 and were not as prepared with our information as we should have been. All the team members at the dealership were great and I could sense no frustrations of having to work past 9 pm. I traded in my vehicle and Columbia offered me more than a fair deal for my vehicle while having the vehicle I purchased marked at a good value.I took my vehicle in for the valugard on a Tuesday morning and the days previously had an issue with the vehicle that I read before buying was a common issue. Patrick was great in supporting getting the valugard service completed as well, the issue resolved by the next day. (Patrick, on his day off, still supported service completion and questions I had regarding the service performed)I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used Chevrolet vehicle. I can honestly say I do not enjoy buying a new vehicle, as I have always felt uneasy or annoyed by the reviewing and buying process, but at Columbia Chevrolet, the atmosphere and team made it a great experience.The next time I am looking for a vehicle, Columbia Chevrolet will be my 1st stop with Patrick Jamison as my go-to salesman.

We recently purchased a used Chevrolet Equinox in great condition with low mileage. Patrick was our product specialist and was a pleasure to work with. Great service and sales! I have been looking for a white 2021 Tahoe LT and I found it at Columbia Chevrolet. I emailed Columbia Chevrolet and Grant Pilman contacted me. The vehicle was in transit and Grant stayed in contact with me. It took about a week to arrive and once it was in it was an easy purchase process. I went to Columbia Chevrolet for service on my 2016 Suburban. James Hensley in service made sure all my concerns were addressed, he even found a couple I didnt know about. He had a loaner waiting for me when I arrived and he kept me informed the whole time about the progress of the repairs. The next time I need service on my Suburban I will be taking it to James.

The basic attitude consideration was better. I ask about a certificate I was suppose to get from Chevrovet from last survey I took but they said they know anything about it. I said . okay.. Question I mentioned my seat again because I told them about it when I set up appt. Seat on Drivers side does not move back and forth. Told they would have to do a diagnostic, to do seat and it would have to be removed and it would take 2- 3 hours. I asked about cost and they said $100. Question is a diagnostic something needed to check a seat.? I thought that was for motor or electronical issues, basic functions. I can understand paying for time to check seat. He did use a small coupon for service with oil change. Basic attitude improved from past but different persons. Even said have a good day. Thank you

Work completed was good. People were responsive & professional. Didnt like unwillingness to troubleshoot warranty claim because unrelated body damage might be related. Additionally, no record exists regarding the 3 prior times I scheduled to have this issue addressed (I canceled or did not come in on those occasions.)

Buyer beware. Bought a cruze diesel from here. Was told they had bought it off the customer and got them to buy new because of demand for the cruze diesel. After a couple years and thousands of repairs it was a manufacture lemon that was required to be bought back with a branded title that was not disclosed to me. Not only bad business but illegal.

My attendant was so helpful. I’d recommend Columbia’s service department anytime.

Gary Grever and Team are the best!! Gary has been our GM salesman for over 40 years. (We only left because we moved and wanted a closer dealership) It took about 1 and 1/2 hrs. to pick out model and best deal for us. When our car was ready, spent about 10 minutes with Finance. Very disappointed my 2016 Suburban required a replacement transmission at only 100,000 miles. The 2004 Toyota Sequoia I traded in had 335,000 miles with no major issues. Lesson learned. A Google search revealed other Suburban owners with similar transmission problems, yet GM would not participate. It took 2 weeks and $5k to get my car back. Columbia Chevrolet provided good service but I will never buy another GM product.

After purchasing a brand new vehicle, Chevrolet sent the payoff check for my trade in to the wrong address causing the previous lender to deduct from my bank account. Now I have to pay two car payments in one month for a car I don’t even own. When I spoke to Chevrolet about it they didn’t even offer to make it right. Buyer beware!

I came in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation for 15K miles service. The guys were very quick and during the rotation, they found a nail in the tread section of the tire. I was very impressed because I forgot to tell them that I have to put air in the tire the previous week. You have to be looking to find that, as oppose to blindly just doing the work. Very Impressed & a car wash too boot!

A great place to buy a car. Joe was good to work with on price and all the things we wanted on the car. Car was ready when we arrived. I took my car into Columbia Chevrolet because my tire alert light had come on late Friday night. My left rear tire registered 24 lbs. of air. On Saturday morning, knowing the Service Dept. closed at noon, I called Columbia Chevrolet and spoke with James, an advisor, about my low tire. He told me I could bring my car in right away and his technicians could check the tire. I brought it in and James technicians found a razor blade in the tire, not the sidewall. He then said without a replacement tire available today (Saturday) he could not try to repair my tire since if it was found not reparable he had nothing to replace my damaged tire with. He told me that the tires I had on the car were discontinued and so they couldnt replace it with the same tire, but could replace it with a similar tire on Monday if that was what needed to happen. Without a replacement being available on Saturday he said he didnt want to try to check if it could be repaired because he had nothing available to replace it with until Monday. I told James I was disappointed in not being able to replace my tire with the same tire and asked if other places might have it. He said I could call around and see what I could find. James technicians put extra air in my low tire so I could drive it for awhile as I was making a decision on what I could do. I called a few places and found no matching tire available. I then called James back and told him Id decided to come back to Columbia Chevrolet and get my tire checked, repaired and or replaced. James then scheduled me for Monday, August 10, 2020 with my usual advisor, Carmen Feltz. So at 10:30 on Monday I brought my car in and Carmen told me hed have the tire checked. Carmens technicians found the tire not to be reparable. As is our familys usual direction, Carmen called my husband and told him of the findings and suggested a new tire similar to those already on the car be used to replace my damaged tire. The tire was the same one James suggested on Saturday. In a very reasonable time my Impalas tire was checked, then a new one ordered and replaced and I was ready to be on my way. Carmen had my car washed, he gave me a $10 discount and I paid a fair price. Thank you to Carmen, James and the technicians at Columbia Chevrolet for their outstanding service and care for their customers!
