Ive had very pleasant experiences at other Avis locations but this location is just pathetic. They dont even wash the cars that they give you. Plus, the rep makes you feel like he is doing you a big favor by giving you a rental car. Not sure its him or Avis just doesnt allocate cars for this centerAvoid this center al all costs. If no option is working out, please call the center once before going there ( chances of they honoring the reservation are always
I drove to this location spoke with a representative his initials was CJ or AJ ask the representative for estimate on how much it will be to rent a vehicle for 7 days if I can have it on a printout with a the letterhead from the company .The representative told me no he did give me a verbal quote I asked if he could write it down on a piece of paper with their letterhead. He then wrote it on a sticky note and hand it to me.I thought that was so unprofessional and I went to two other rental places that had no problem printing me out a quote with their letterhead on it Im not sure what the problem was with this particular representative but I use to do business with this company and location. I will no longer do business with this company especially that particular location.
Showed up did not have my car I reserved 6months ago, sent me to Dayton airport to pick up my car. They didnt have one upon arrival. Customer service hung up on me 3 times. Save yourself the hastle, call enterprise.
Zero stars. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with rude representatives, Lisa, and unprofessionalism and go to Enterprise on the corner.
This place should not be in service. You will past the place a few times before you realize where its at. Poor selection choices among cars. The employee was very rude and matter of fact, not welcoming at all. The employee was more interested in getting us the hell out of her face. Just all around disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.

I love going to avis on glenway I been going there for 3 years now and the owner is always warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall my best rental company to do business with. Will not go anywhere else.
Car had a tire light and oil light on. Told everything was ok. Nope had to replace a tire on my trip oil light never came off. This car had 17000 miles on it and lights on it. Lady and guy at the counter are rude and clueless. I like Avis but never again will I go to the Glenway Ave one. Guy in front of me had a donut on his tire bc his tire blew as well.
CJ is awesome! He found us a car when it looked like he didnt have anything and another staff member was wonderful when the cars engine light came on. She helped me with how to get a replacement right away. Awesome!
The place was super dirty. There were old, open food containers everywhere and there was a random baby in the reception chairs, unsupervised, when we showed up. The employees were less than professional and their selection was quite small. The vehicle that was rented to us was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke.
Had a business trip in the area. I asked for a car with a GPS . They upgraded my car from a sub compact to a Ford mustang rather then pay for the gps, for free. Everyone I spoke with was helpful from getting picked up at the airport the counter persons the car dropoff.
Their service is always great.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Picking up the car was a huge mess and then when we went to drop off the vehicle we had just put gas in it and they still charged us 5.00 for a fuel charge! They clearly hate their job so maybe they should look for a new one.
Understaffed along with poor communication regarding cleaning out the car. They do not have proper signage for the exact instructions as to how they want the car cleaned. I had hoped for better treatment.
Rented a car on a Sunday, returned it Monday, we were charged for 2 days so 155$, bc we had the car for 25 hours and not 24. They are only open until 2 on Sunday. No one told us it has to be back before 24 hour or we will be double charged. 75$ more for an hour extra use. What a scam.

The CSR named CJ was very helpful and courteous. I had numerous questions and never lost his patience with me. He aim to satisfy each and every customer. If you give CJ enough time, he will try to find the specific vehicle class you are looking for. I wholeheartedly recommended this location for all Avid Preferred members.
My car broke down unexpectedly and they helped me out of a tight spot. I think both the owner and his wife are awesome caring people who go the extra mile to help you out!

Said one price call the next day after I drop the car off to make sure what I was charged if was tolaty different charged me sixteen dollars for gas and the gas was full.
The employees were polite for the nost part, however, they stayed on their phones a lot, despite customers being in office. This location is also in very rough shape.
Worst place in town...Jacked me credit card last time, by charging it twice ..And now come back and did not have my reservation.. And the smart ass Brit behind the counter thought it was funny... Do not use them!

Terrible, car was car was not cleaned..Attendant didnt seem to have any interest in helping out. Drove car off the lot dirty.VARY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Great no bs
This location attempted to charge an extra $160 to clean sand out of the rental. There is a family working for this location and I believe they tried to get over on me to pay for their family. It took me 20 minutes to get the sand out. I wouldnt recommend this place.
