These guys were great! I just moved into a new apartment and had a plan to make shelves for my dvd collection and mount them high to save space. Got them fully done and ready to hang, but me and my boyfriend had trouble getting screws through the plaster and brick. But the handy man got them mounted and very very secure and they look great and level!! I am very pleased and will use them again! Ben was awesome and arrived early!

Scott was extremely professional, friendly and creative! The work he performed was done timely and with the highest level of quality. He replaced deck planks and created a cage with and easy to remove top and swinging gate opening for maintenance access. We love it!

Dalton Hilliard did an excellent job and needed only an afternoon to do the significant drywall repair and replace multiple light bulbs in high ceiling canlight, fan light and laundry room.He painted his completed work and cleaned up the work site. Mr. Handyman power washed, replaced damaged boards and stained my deck. Technician Scott Cousteau was efficient and thorough in his work. He also took the time to inform and explain about what he would do, and how he would accomplish the task.In addition, he offered suggestions about how best to maintain my newly cleaned and stained deck. Tech arrived said hourly rate is $120/hr. Arrived without ladder to reach 20’ ceiling to fix light that was previously made aware to scheduling agent. Tech said would charge 30-40 minutes to come out next time to fix and would send a quote. Quote never arrived reached out was told it would cost $120 to fix 10 min issue that could’ve been resolved on first day. Total charge for actual work from 9-12pm ( 1 hr spent buying supplies) $530. Won’t honor their word or work. Please avoid.

Newly a installed wall lights created a need for drywall repair. Some quotes suggested muddying the wall but Dalton noted replacing a section of the multiple holes with one piece of drywall. Do NOT use this company unless its your last resort. Dont bother losing your $75 for the estimate. I had Chris give me an estimate to pull out and replace a dining room ceiling and to patch a small room upstairs. He wanted to charge me over $13,000. I understand this is not a restoration company, but the next contractor I had out estimated the job at ~$3,000. I was told that everyone charges differently, but a $10,000 difference? Seriously? They wouldnt give me my money back (surprise!). As a first time homebuyer, I surely learned a lesson to never pay for an estimate. Especially when a company will charge you so much that you cant accept it and then lose out. Dont make the same mistake I did wasting your time on these guys, please.

Had critters getting into soffit. Ryan homes, who built my home 14 years ago, had the entire top of the front wood facade open to the elements and critters. We found all kinds of old nests. He cleaned it out, added insulation, and sealed it up. He did all that two stories off the ground. Great service experience. I requested bids from 5 places. Handyman responded in one hour and scheduled in one week and completed same day.

New plug outlet in the dining room he when out to his service van said I can do it to today. He gave me the cost for everything and now Im A HAPPY MAN.

I will definitely be using this service again! My technician, Scott, was on time and worked quickly yet efficiently. He put together a desk, hung 2 mirrors and put up my house numbers in less than 2 hours. He wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time and was pandemic minded.

Scott was Extremely knowledgeable. I had him install safety bars in a shower and he knew the ADA standards, as well as whether the tile was ceramic or porcelain so he could use the proper tools.

Greg K. came to help with assembly an indoor sauna. He arrived on time and was very professional. As we assembled the sauna, he made many helpful suggestions that my original plan did not account for. He even helped to breakdown cardboard boxes and used his saw to cut apart a large oversized plywood so we can dispose of them easily.We will definitely use Mr. Handyman again.

We hired Mr. Handyman to install a replacement water heater in our condo. We also had another, separate company beginning an LVT floor install the same day. This required coordination between Mr. Handyman and the LVT installers (they were working in the same space - the laundry room). Not only was our technician, Charlie, punctual, polite, knowledgable and flexible - he worked together, seamlessly, with the flooring contractor. Requiring an extra hand because of some unforeseen heavy-lifting, Mr. Handyman immediately dispatched a second technician, Dalton, who was equally punctual, polite, knowledgeable and flexible. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend and WILL hire Mr. Handyman again - very soon!

I was very impressed with Chris and Gary, two finish carpenters, who did an amazing job matching the profile of the exterior woodwork on my mid-century home. They actually did better work than the Amish carpenter Id hired previously! George, a finish carpenter himself, spent a half day on the first day of the job going over the details with Chris and Gary and the work was performed for the estimated time and price. Im so taken with the work they did I plan to have them back for future projects. The company is responsive, emails and texts that the crew is on the way and even sends pictures of their workers so you know whos coming. Im thrilled with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone!

I was pleased with the services I received: hard-to-reach gutters were cleaned, seams were sealed, and gutter guards were installed. The technician was knowledgable and recommended several improvements. I asked for help with a couple extra jobs that werent a part of my original appointment, and everything I requested was able to be completed. I will use Mr. Handyman again in the future when I need help with projects.

Had them install a wall-mount adjustable basketball hoop. Technicians were prompt, professional, courteous, and even did the work despite some rain. Not the cheapest service, but you get what you pay for, and we are very happy with the end result. (Note: We knew exactly what and how we wanted it done, and had all the materials ready for them upon arrival, so I cant speak for any consultation if you have an undiagnosed problem; however our technicians were very experienced, and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about home repairs in general.) Customer service was excellent, including communication from initial request through post-service follow up. For a job where we dont have the tools or manpower to do it ourselves, I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Handyman again.

Very happy with the work Greg from Handyman Of Greater Cincinnati did for us. Everything he did was exactly as I asked and pretty much perfect. I was told when booking I would need two techs or I wouod need to help him out so I opted to help. But, he didn’t need any help. The only con is this place is a little pricey. You should know that going in. But, I knew I wanted this done right in my home. Didn’t want to mess with it more than once.

Dan went above and beyond to help with the giving me an estimate on the larger repairs to helping identify and work through various plumbing jobs I needed done! Excellent hardworking caring I will be calling him again for repairs!

Used Mr. Handyman for several small projects just this week. The tech was on time and polite (Greg) and very efficient with the work that needed to be done. The last project was giving him issues, but they sent a supervisor (George) out to assist with the issue and they were done in no time. I am very pleased with the work done from the company and will be using them in the future. If you think they are a little pricey you definitely get your money’s worth.

Jeff @MrHandyman did a great job fixing my sliding door. He replaced the rollers and saved me from having to replace the entire sliding door.

Used them many times. They were good but expensive. Last time outside painting which faded. When I called to get corrected got the run around. Apparently they dont know what painting trim means. Service representative Chris lied to us. Beware

Ive used Mr. Handyman for a number of household projects, most recently replacing two faucets in my master bathroom. The repairman was professional, efficient, timely and the faucets look and work great. Plus the job was overall less expensive than what another plumbing company was going to charge me. I recommend Mr. Handyman to everyone.

They always do a great job. My handyman, Dan, is very courteous and professional and has done great work both times he has been out to our home. Great company to work with if you need anything done at your house!

This is not your cheapest alternative. In this case you get what you pay for. I had Mr Handyman folks in for a solid week of deck and home repairs including building a new set of steps down a steep hill to our back yard. Other people had walked off the job on those steps and Jeff got them done in 2 days. He brought in 3 other handy folks over the course of the week to help him with specific tasks and all of them were polite, friendly, and professional. They show up and work hard and we love the results. You can probably find cheaper but you wont find better. Ill call them again when I need stuff done and dont want to mess around.
