Same as the comment below, I rarely leave feedback on contractors work but I have to brag on Doug and how amazing our bathroom tile looks. He is extremely professional and his work is unmatched. We are thrilled with the results. We had reached out to several other companies to reglaze our tile, only to be stood up. Dont waste your time calling anyone other than Cincinnati Bathtub & Tile Reglazing. You wont be disappointed.

Very happy with the re-glazing job that Doug did on my bath tub and surrounding tile. He showed up on time and went above and beyond. My tub was very worn and my tile also needed to be re-grouted. They look new now. It was also important to me that he did all the work himself so I benefited from his many years of experience.

The owner, Doug Masraum reglazed our 1953 tub in 1997. Theres an excellent reason why hes still in business today. You should check his reputation out on Angies List, and verify that hes been a member of BBB since 1989, but Id like to share our experience of how our tub has held up for the past 20+ years, and still has several years of life before itll be necessary to call Cincinnati Bathtub and Tile Reglazing to return! He actually verified that when I scheduled a visit after all of these years, thinking that maybe it was showing a bit of wear. We showed him the original receipt where he did the work decades ago. He inspected the tub and confidently told us we could easily get another 4-5 years use! Who does that? He put our doubts at ease. We can only hope that he doesnt retire before it needs to be reglazed after a quarter of a century! Recently, he reglazed the tub at my brothers home, and once again we witnessed an old worn tub revived to a glossy white new looking bathtub. You may consider others offering cheaper prices, but I challenge you to ask how long theyve been in business, if they can guarantee that THEY will be doing the actual work, and be sure to take the time to check on their references. Many companies use inferior products. That wasnt good enough for us. I rarely leave feedback on contractors work, but this guy is the real McCoy. His work ethics are the best. In our case, if we would have settled for less, our reglaze would have never lasted this long. Good, honest, long-term contractors are hard to find. Our opinion? Hes one of the best.
