Bonnie was unprofessional, rushed us out, took a deposit, was late for her appt., came completely unprofessional and unprepared. She never asked for a budget, never gave any timing on design and then when we asked for our deposit back refused and was SUPER unprofessional in a scathing email to us.. She did nothing and strung our project out 2 more weeks than necessary. We took our business elsewhere and had our cabinets within 10 days.

I met with Mike Towns at Nisbet Brower to select new countertop to replace my 22 year old Formica. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products available. From selecting the countertop material to measuring my kitchen for my new countertop to the installation everyone was very professional and provided excellent service. I would recommend Nisbet Brower to my friends and family.

The team at Nisbet has done several kitchens and baths for us. They are timely and affordable, and offer a huge range of products for any budget. Creativity is evident on design appointments, and the final product is sure not to disappoint!

The receptionist is not very friendly. The staff seems tobe helpful only if you have a preset appointment. Clearly walk in isnt welcome.

Didnt have an appointment. We went in and the place was empty. I...greeted the front desk lady. She called a sales person and she pretty much acted like she had better things to do than assist us. In comparison, we went to Menards and Home Depot and both places offered us more help and gave us ideas for the kitchen island we are purchasing.

Dealing with Nisbet Brower to get my countertops replaced was THE WORST experience i have ever had with a contractor. First they measured the countertops incorrectly. They missed the whole back piece behind the sink. I got my kitchen ready for the countertops and they informed me of the missing piece. Then I had to wait another week for them to recut it and install it. They installed it and they removed my gas cooktop as they said they would. The next day their contracted plumber came reconnected the sink and was supposed to reconnect the gas cooktop, however, he could not put the gas cooktop in the cut out as Nisbet brower measured the cut out wrong for the cooktop. So again I had to call them and they had to come and fix the cut out. Then the plumber reconnected the gas and I find out a day later that their are gas leaks and had to call the plumber again and it was finally fixed. DO NOT GO WITH NISBET BROWER for any remodeling needs. I called them about it and complained and they said too bad. I talked to the general manager and he said he would send $500 refund for my troubles and never did. THEY ARE THE WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I bought my countertops from this place. The countertop material is okay but the customer service and the treatment were completely dissappointing for me. I will definitely go elsewhere for future needs.

Wide, huge variety of cabinets and countertops. They have a very helpful staff. I was an early walk in and Katie stayed to help me risking being late for appointment. Definitely stop here before buying cabinets or countertops. Great place to research your options.

Nisbet brower does not care about their customers. They installed countertops in my house and what should have taken 2 days took over 3 weeks, countless phone calls and finally they were installed. They measured the countertops wrong, measured the cutout wrong for our cooktop and were very rude on the phone. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Very professional company with a lovely showroom. Betsy Lewis does a great job making sure my order is right. I have worked with them for years. They will also do what it takes to make your job right if there is a problem. What you may not know is the hassle that other places will put you through. .

Never, never, never. I ordered the kitchen countertop. I checked underneath of the countertop. There is a space between boards. It is already deforming, and they dont want to take any responsibilities.
