We ended up going to a different Golden corral in Fairfield. We waited at the front by the cash register for 20 minutes😡 no one came. We went to seat ourselves and asked a waitress about our wait & being seated and she said the guy was up front 😕,when we told her no, he wasnt there we just left from the front. She rudely said he is right there. We went up front no one🤬 almost there waited another 10 minutes 😠and then walked out.👎🏾👎🏽

Better than I remember. Family group in the party room was well served by friendly waitress.Food was safely served by staff. I felt protected from Covid exposure possibility.

The food was great I really enjoy myself with my family only problem that I had, too many kids running around while guest are trying serving themselves. Restroom just need a little more attention. The manager ask us about our day and service. It was good that manager kept checking on us an having a little conversation. The parents their let their children run around. I dont like that.

They made it safe to eat, by wearing masks and gloves. Also, they serve you the food opposed to you getting it yourself. It was safe.

I went with a large party and we used the party room. The service was top notch! They managed our various needs exceedingly well! There was enough variety that everyone was satisfied. However, I had a cut of beef that was so dry I could not eat it, and there was an upcharge for prime rib on Sunday that we were not made aware of at the time of reservation.

There is a lot to eat here but very little value for the money. Food is only as good as its ingredients and this place obviously goes out of its way to find the cheapest of them. The dishes are plastic with the cuts and scrapes of thousands of uses, and all surfaces are just a little greasy. I went here a few times for meetings and always made the best of it, sticking with salad, which was pretty decent.

This spot is the one I always prefer. I go to many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The stuff is very affectionate and the cooking they offer is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal here. I highly recommend this place.

From the first moment you come to that place the waiters give you an enjoyable feeling. Very comfortable hosts, it is a lovely place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. heavenly meals, experienced chef, competitive pay and excellent service. Highly recommended.

The price of a the weekend buffet - with it being a Friday- definitely did not compare to the quality of food. The food was mediocre with a lot of film on food from sitting out A LONG TIME. Nothing was fresh & to get the meat carved was like pulling teeth. The wait staff needs more training - our waitress kept telling EVERY customer that she is a good waitress & she cant believe people are leaving her only $2.00 in tip or no tip at all - every time she came to our table, we had to hear about this & it was awkward.

I’m sure I’ve been here before, but it’s been years. My mom and Mr. M invited us to join them for breakfast this past Saturday. After paying, we were able to seat ourselves which was extra awesome because when we have the kids and we get picky about where we like to sit. We picked a booth tucked away at the back so we wouldn’t be a bother to anyone.My favorite thing about the breakfast buffet was the bacon. I’m a big bacon fan. And in my experience the bacon at most breakfast buffets are thin, overly crisp and amazingly flavorless (how does that even happen??). But his bacon was LEGIT. Perfect thickness, not too chewy and not burnt. Between myself, my husband and my son I think we shared three plates of just bacon.Other items on offer during breakfast include the salad bar, hash browns, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fried chicken, biscuits, a full dessert bar and more. My toddler particularly enjoyed the mellow cubes topped with whipped cream.

We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we came to this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with high-qulity food and a nice stuff and a talented chief cook. We added this place in our list and we will no doubt go again soon. Highly recommended.

One the best restaurants I ever have.

Good dining value for the most part. Food is usually fresh and plentiful. We are regulars and also went for Thanksgiving this year, which was very good. Turkey and ham on the buffet and both were delicious. Just dont go close to closing time, because they wont be refilling items. The fried chicken is outstanding and I always get the seafood salad. The steaks are hit or miss. They are seasoned very well, but the grill cooks dont always know what medium is. Overall, a good bang for your buck.

The food they have is good. But not exceptional. Their prime rib Is laughable it best? Loads of fat Was way over cooked. The server was very efficient and friendly. The bathroom was dirty. The place was really crowded. And many tables needed to be bused and werent.

Always excited about going to Golden Corral. So many wonderful food and dessert selections. Tastefully seasoned dishes and ample selections of salads and condiments. The cashiers and servers were very courteous and were absolutely wonderful in finding my party seating on a crowded day. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. I must commend the management. Appreciate the attention, as I am a veteran and the generous discount as I am also a senior citizen.

Colerain location was clean and food was good. A bunch of us met there for a birthday gathering, everyone enjoyed their food and we visited for a good while. Servers kept our drinks flowing and kept our area clean. Servers were helpful. Thanks

Just awful and dirty. The manager is even a filthy mess and walks around with his phone not doing a thing. The place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. You dont want to eat here especially now with covid. Awful!

Sigh. This particular location leaves a lot to be desired. Not all GC are equal of course. I have been to some great ones along the way. When the big wheels are making their regional rounds, food is hot and fresh. I am appalled by some of the management and how staffing is handled. I have gone in with one, sometimes 2 servers are initially on hand for the first few hours and instead of the manager maybe handling the register, the server is at the register and running back and forth taking care of the customers and tables. This is not an isolated situation. Unfortunately, I am a regular due to meeting others there and its close. Back to the food, people are ALWAYS waiting for the fried chicken, old food mixed with fresh that was not appetizing, GREY! mashed potatoes. This location has good mashed potatoes, when fresh, chicken and a few other things. They were not always this lax. I hope they will return to the quality place they used to be. They have unexpectedly lost one of the managers that did care, young man who passed away suddenly. John is another manager who used to care, dont know if he is still there. I cant speak on what happens late night, maybe its better then. Kudos to the server Cheryl.

Went in and there was no line. Got my containers to carry out okra was kinda empty oh, so I took most of it that was left. Got catfish and pot roast and it was awesome. Atmosphere was awesome it was quiet for that time of day. It was one girl at the cash register and she was an willing to take our money.

About standard for a buffet place. They were out of a few popular things but didnt bother to refill them. They still had eggs and pancakes in the buffet on a Monday at 3pm so Im guessing a lot of things were about 3 hours old (there were supposed to stop brunch at noon).

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized regularly. Pricing is fair and they serve large portions.

It was near closing time, yet there was still please plenty of choices available.I had to approach the manager as I was leaving to ask him about something that I found really strange.I noticed him stop at every table in the section next to me and ask the customers if every thing was okay. He, then, came to the section where I was seated and he approached every table asking if everything was okay... except my table. I was kind of offended.When I asked him why, he acted as if he didnt even see me. I am the only white customer in the restaurant and I am just about as big as a house.I always feel invisible...hmm. Oh well, I got plenty to eat.

The food was excellent! Very fresh tasted great, they kept the buffet full. Waitress was nice and did a good job. Only thing gets really packed at dinner time so we end up leaving early.

They have very good food. Services are really on. There are times that you have to wait to get in, due to lot of people who are there for a great value, and food . The buffet has a wide selection of food. Salad bar usually has fresh lettuce, and their fried chicken is good. One of the steam tables needs to be hotter because sometimes the food isnt hot as it should be. They now have smaller plates which is ok but might mean more trips to the buffet.

Food was cold, bathrooms was not clean. Service was good she was very attentive. Just wish that the cakes was moist and not hard and crumbly.

My family and I ate there yesterday March 10. I made a meatloaf plate for my son and he refused to eat it. I tried it and it tasted it like mush. No flavor. Mac and Cheese was watery. Had a steak and grill cook gave me a small piece that was burnt. For the amount of money you pay, you think you would get a regular size steak instead of a teaser. Pizza crust was burnt. My wife couldnt eat her steak because it was so far burnt. Never had this problem before. They need to step their game up or we will be going to another buffet bar in the area.

The new spot for birthday parties since chuck e cheese closed down. Staff and food was good. If you are with a large group remind them they are not the only ones in the resturant.

It was evening time, so a little less crowded. The food just didnt taste as fresh as it shouldve. The bourbon chicken had a burnt taste to it... Nothing like the commercials.

They were able to accommodate my large party. Lost a star because i requested fresh bourbon chicken, what was on the bar was burnt though when putting the fresh chicken out they dumped the burnt chicken on top... Still not edible. They also ran out of cotton candy which is a family favorite... Our waiter kept our glasses full and plates cleared. The manager came twice to see if everything was okay though he was obviously checking to see if anyone was stuffing food into a bag... Thank you for the birthday song for my son even though he was embarrassed...

The food was bland & nasty no seasoning in none of the food even the soda was bland. Dessert was nasty too! Only thing that was good was the chocolate covered strawberries! Very disappointed 25 dollars waisted I will never waist my money again on this bland no season having restaurant again!

The food is ok...sometimes...You never want to go after 4pm on any day...And after 11am on the weekends all left over breakfast is thrown together in one heated pan. Look in the back to see whos cooking. Not to be racist, but Caucasians usually dont cut it.

We hadnt been to a Golden Corral in a few years because we felt the quality had dropped significantly. Decided to give it another try because of the ribs special. We were not disappointed. The salads, hot vegetables and meats were all really good. We will probably go back soon.

Went to this location on a Sunday, big mistake! Now this has nothing to do with the staff or management, it was the patrons. Dropping food all over, being extremely loud and ghetto, they were not enjoyable to be around. The food was fresh and good though.

They have amazing food, I am a picky eater and usually I dont like the mashed potatoes or mac & cheese but it was amazing. They had a large selection of different food and desserts. The waiter was extremely kind and had great hospitality. I will definitely go again.

Wow! Paul & staff (GM & hostess), were great! Me and my father (Vietnam Vet/ Bronze recipient/ military family) visiting from California, asked for assistance and he went beyond his duties to accommodate us! Really done well!

I havent been to a buffet in a long time and the food was very good. I was with a large group and our waitress was excellent! It was a great experience.

One of the best buffets Ive been to. The salad bar has fresh produce, not like its been sitting out all day. Love their tuna and seafood salads. American, Mexican and Chinese food bars or pizza. Senior discount and reduced price for kids. Steak, prime rib, ham, smoked turkey, fried shrimp and fish, ribs what more could you ask for. Well I do miss the chicken livers. The servers are always friendly while Im there. I believe they still have a veterans policy on Veterans Day.

The staff didnt seem very friendly or welcoming. It was our first time at this particular restaurant. Our server Jennifer disappeared on us and as we were leaving the restaurant she was outside having a conversation with another employee. We usually tip 20 dollars but decided on 7 dollars. As for the food...the well-done steak was overdone and I mean charred and dry. Everything there did not look or taste fresh. Will not be going back there.

IHOP was surprisingly good. I hadnt been there in years. I took my Mom and her sister there. We ordered from the Seniors menu. It was perfect portions.

The food was decent but the service not so much!Me and my mother went here on Sunday and was excited to get a good meal and service!The meal wasn’t the problem the service was!Our server Stephanie didn’t greet me or my mother,she sat our receipt on the table and walked away!We had to flag her down like we were in the middle of traffic to get a refill!She came over to our section five times and never asked how we were doing could she pre buss our table,absolutely nothing!We had to pile dishes on top of one another to make room because she never came to clean off our table!My mother was asking her for a coffee refill and she walked away!If that wasn’t bad enough she started sweeping underneath my feet while I was still eating!After being ignored for 20 minutes I asked to speak to a manager,we waited for over ten minutes before one came!I had to call the location to get a manager to finally come over to the table!She seemed apologetic and cleared our table for us!We also spoke to the gm Paul who was very dismissive and consistently made excuses for the server!He kept saying I’m sorry but...I’ve never got a complaint on her I’m sorry...but she sweeps at this time, I’m sorry but your table doesn’t have dishes on it now!He never said I’m sorry how can I correct this!It seemed like we were imposing on him!Out of the three black families that sat in our section Stephanie ignored every single one of them!!I wasn’t surprised by her behavior because of how the gm was acting!She acted this way because of how management acted!!I never talked to a gm who made so many excuses and couldn’t say sorry without an excuse behind it!I definitely won’t be back!!

Who doesnt love an all you can eat buffet. Golden corral has fresh hot and tasty food. You can never go wrong eating there and the fact that its refilled makes it a good place to go with your family or friends, you aint scared that the large appetites cant be satisfied. Lol. I like the staff, friendly and helpful, they clear up your dishes immediately you are done. There is food for everyone whether you are a vegetarian or not. I love love the coral

So Im not typically a big fan of buffets ... However I took my 1.6 and 3.5 year olds and it couldnt have gone better. They loved picking out what they ate and they ate all of it. Also, it ended up being one of the cheapest lunches out. It really worked out perfect. The food was okay.

Good food. Downside is that they dont have enough vegetables for people who dont eat pork. Green foods are seasoned with pork.

Its always clean and the food looks great. The service is spectacular but I do miss the days they used to walk you to your tables and give you hot fresh rolls. Theyd probably get bigger tip if they did it that way in my opinion.

Great selection of food and tons of deserts. I wish the salad section was a bit bigger but its adequate. They have cooked ham sliced just for you at lunch, classic comfort food such as chicken and potroast. Lots of great sides to pick from, and oh yeah, lots of deserts including a chocolate fondue fountain. Everything tasted really great for buffet food. I will go back, I love the variety.

My daughter loves this place. Im not a huge fan. It isnt so much the restaurants place but the people that come here more so. It always has the rudest customers. The servers never have been an issue. The food overall is okay when they keep up with it. Overall not a bad place. I personally just dont enjoy the crowd.

I like the buffet here. The steaks are a little tough and sometimes old but i cant imagine trying to have fresh steaks on hand when its buffet style. One thing i really like there is their clam chowder but the last two times i visited the chowder was very watery.

Many tables were not occupied full of dishes causing a long wait to get in..Food and debris scattered on the floor..yes I literally stepped on steak pieces and other unidentified food droppings... I then heard a loud crash and noticed an elderly lady on the ground crying in pain from her fall? The buffet line was out of items and not being stirred/ rotated.. A very bad dining experience overall...

The past two times Ive come here we come for dinner at 8 p. M. Because I work late. The initial greeting is whatever is on the bar is all thats left we close in a half an hour. The door clearly says 9 p. M.. as we were dining, we noticed that they were replenishing the bar however the employees had Styrofoam boxes and were taking home what was being replenished. Our server was high and never bothered to stop at our table after picking up our receipts. The food, however was really good! Everything else about the experience was not great

Service was excellent--very attentive. Food was average--ribs were dry, and presentation was messy. Catfish was good, and I like the variety of choices. Drinks are NOT included in the price, but should be in my opinion.

Me and my family love it food stay fresh when you see it and when a certain foods is gone they make fresh foods by bringing it it out. The restaurant is clean and bathrooms. Staff is polite.

Wish they offer vegetarian options other than salad. People always says salad is vegetarian. Veggie burgers when yall do burgers is a great option, and vegetarian crumbles for like meat substitutes. No napkins on the table (apparently they dont do that anymore), we had a large party with kids and had to keep asking for napkins. I felt bad for our server, she was really nice and had quite a few big tables.

Imagine my surprise when I walked in and this location was so clean. Very clean. 6 months ago I would have given it one star. Maybe new management? Either way, what an improvement. The mashed potatoes are awesome. Make sure you try the banana pudding. Its my favorite thing.

I dont like Golden Corral. For me it is a nasty place to dine. The bathrooms are always dirty, the plates and spoons are dirty and list goes on. I stopped eating here a long time ago. I have had so many bad experiences.

The only reason I gave this place two stars was because we had a big party and the waiter was great!...Holden corral has definitely gone way down hill in the last 10 years.

Waitress was awesome. Young white girl with a short blonde french braid down the back (maranda). But seeing kids throw fruit back in the original container unnoticed is not the best... Need somebody to watch the bar specificly !

Thanksgiving Day! Marian Askins and I went for dinner. Were both Widows, she was going to be by herself. I chose to be with her. We ran into about 10 other people from our Church. It was a Special Day, two widows being with Good Christians .

I like the food and the variety of food.What I dont like is long lines, they need to put more servers on the line so you step up a server follows you down all the way around putting what you want on your plate having only 3 servers for a long line of people does not work but I will be back

TERRIBLE. Baked Chicken half cooked. Fried chicken has noticeable hair and feathers on it. Food overpriced for piss poor quality!!

We arrived at 6:30 there where only 2 servers and almost every table was dirty the servers didn’t even come collect are plates..Not to mention it was food on the floor from the past costomers and the mess still haven’t been cleaned...it’s horrible and I don’t recommend going to this Golden Corral! (THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EATHIR)

Went there for Anthem seminar and all other seminars I have ever been too we have been served food. not at this seminar! they were rather upset that we ate. we were told we had to pay. didnt bring money as well as several other people. OH well!!!!! food was good.
