The pasta was actually amazing. It can be a bit hard to find since it is off the main road and behind some buildings. The staff was very helpful. The space was basic but you could dress it up. It did have low ceilings which makes it difficult for the bride to throw her bouquet. It does have an outdoor patio if you need some fresh air.

Friends daughters wedding very nice setting plenty of seating small dance floor food was mediocre didnt like the parking either you drive up hill to be closer to entrance or you park at bottom and walk up hill.

Receptions Western Hills is a great place for a celebration. For the last several years, my husband and I have celebrated New Years Eve with friends. Great memories with no effort! Food and entertainment made the evening enjoyable! The staff are friendly and on the ball with cleaning off tables. We would highly recommend!!

Had our wedding and reception there on good Friday, it was awesome! The food was top shelf, and the staff, particularly, the bartenders Dave and Lisa were out of this world! I highly recommend this place for a wedding, or any event really! From price to food to service it cant be beat! I also wanted to give a special thanks to Kerri! Our family has held our annual Christmas party at Western Hills Receptions and its been above and beyond what we would expect for a venue! Great food! Great staff! Great decor! We dont imagine having our reunions anywhere else after our great experience!

After attending quite a few social events I’ve decided to use western hills receptions for our company holiday party and quarterly meetings. Kerri and the team are exceptional. They know exactly what we need and make planning simple. All I have to do it show up! Highly recommend this venue.

Receptions Western Hills made my wedding reception a dream come true! They have amazing staff and the location is always in pristine condition. And the food is AMAZING! I can’t count the compliments that we received from our guests. I would recommend this location to everyone!

So pleased with everything! My fiancé (now wife, love the sound of that) and I had our reception here and it was fantastic. Our party of about 260 people fit very well in the room and our DJ and photo booth from Cincinnati Wedding Services were so well in sync with the staff. Along with that, the young, energetic, yet experienced employees did wonderful. The room remained clean (or as clean as my groomsmen would let it get) throughout the event, and the transition from dinner to cake to dancing the night away was very clearly an art for this team. Our food was also spectacular! Thank you to receptions for helping my wife and I make our special day as perfect as we had always hoped it would be!

This venue is nice for a small to medium reception. The bad part is there is no extra room to get ready, aside from a coat room that is very small. If you’re a bride needing to change your dress or fix something, your best bet is to go to the bathroom.Other than that it is a cute little space.

Receptions was everything I could’ve asked for and more! The staff was awesome, the food was great, and the venue was absolutely beautiful!! My brother had his wedding here in October. It was difficult to get to at first because Google maps took me to the plaza above it. Not being from the area i called my sister who was able to direct me to the venue entrance. The interior was nice though, spacious and good for a larger indoor event.

Our Oak Hills High School PTA has hosted our Ladies Night Out Fashion Show/Fundraiser here for the last few years. Receptions was great to work with. Their staff was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing; an overall great experience!

They provided such a welcoming, stress free experience for the reception following my mothers death last August, that we returned there again after losing my dad this month. Food was delicious, with many varied choices, staff was attentive and they alleviated the need to host such an event at our own home during an emotional time for our family.

Kerri is nothing but first class in all she did. Great lady yo work with and very professional. Great place to celebrate.

The bartenders were super fast and the facility was very clean. The staff was very good at keeping the tables clean. Very great experience.

I had my wedding there 6/18/18. I am not please with the place. They didnt give us enough time to decorate the place. Carrie took pictures of my decorations so she could use them. The staff was young and unprofessional. They through away my food and my guess food when we was still eating. They started packing my decorations up when we was on the dance floor. I was schedule to have the place till 11pm we left early due to the unprofessionalism.

This place is quite out dated and feels it. I dont know the cost for having an event here, so maybe the price reflects the value received. I attended a company Christmas party here in 2004. It was fine for the time, but I still remember it just felt out of date. Lately, I go almost monthly, for the Reptile Show.

Love the venue and loved the staff, especially Kerri. I called Kerri at 9 at night and was still able to get ahold of her. She was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. Highly recommend.
