Grays towing absolutely SAVED THE DAY. My car broke down on the side of a very busy road, and I proceeded to first call AAA. They ended up taking 6 hours and then needed me to bring the key, which I had already dropped off at the mechanic. I called Grays, and in the time it took me to start and end my call at AAA earlier in the day, the very kind and friendly Angela already had my car picked up. It was a VERY reasonable price and without a doubt saved me from further headache and a potential impound! I will always use them from here on out.

He got to me quickly, loaded my car quickly, was pleasant, had good conversation on the ride back to my house and checked my battery charge on my car. Was great with writing out my receipt.

Called Gray’s on a Sunday, hoping to get my boyfriend’s car towed about 3 miles down the street, from my parents house to ours. Angela was the dispatcher and she was extremely polite and eager to help out. She was able to get the tow scheduled right away, which was way quicker then I thought it would of been. Very impressed. The tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and friendly also. He called when he arrived and completed the tow job flawlessly. They even texted me my receipt after all was said and done. Ive used them on several occasions for various reasons. Dispatch as well as drivers always polite and respectful. Most recently my wifes starter went out and bc of location of starter was tough to tap. Driver came out and rather than charging a tow fee he was able to use a long bar and hammer, got me going and saved me about 50 bucks, cant beat that

I do alot of auction and adam the man that runs them will help in any way he can... All the vehicles I have bid on and won 80 percent of them.

Service was fine and friendly; lots of people willing to help. Only issue was car was parked very close to only accessible side of vehicle, making it difficult for removing personal items.

Had a tow done cross town on a Saturday morning. Driver showed up on time knew what he was doing and was very friendly. Other places I called said they couldnt make the run even on Friday because its out of zone. I dont think Ill even bothering calling anywhere else next time I need a tow I know now these guys back up their claims and are professional about it.

After waiting all day for a roadside assistance company that kept saying they’d be there in 15 more minutes, I called Gray’s. They gave me a timeframe of 20-30 minutes. They arrived in 20. The technician was courteous and prepared. My spare was almost flat. He had an air compressor and quickly refilled it. He had the tires switched out in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely recommend them to others.

The guys here are very helpful will go out of their way to help you in any way they can whether its moving cars around to help you get loaded easier or waiting a little bit for you if youre running late they definitely deserve a five star rating and all the business that can get good bunch of guys daley in the office will help you as much as he can they got some really good drivers on the road very professional give Grays towing a call anytime you need a towing you will not be disappointed

We called early in the morning because one of our vans broke down. They answer the right away. They sent someone out in 30 minutes and picked up the van. Highly recommended.

They hocked truck and tow it to they yard because i was late to get to auction place before closing and they did it free of charge. They get me loaded and cab of truck was leaning on one side and i was oversize they cut everything under the cab and put cab on its plac (they did it after hours) and again free of charge! Big respect! I would strongly recomend them for any towing needs!

Ok, they didnt actually tow anything for me however I called to request a tow to my Chrysler dealer as I was unable to start my car nor pull the keys out of the ignition. The gentleman said Let me ask you a few questions ..... Is your car in park? Its easy to leave it in gear. Ive done that myself. And yes, this knucklehead, for some unknown reason, put it in drive. So I put it in park and it started as it should. I somehow managed to laugh even tho I was beyond embarrassed. This company could have come out and towed me to The dealership, and charged meWhatever their rate is. But instead he helped me out and saved me time and money. So for this reason I feel Im allowed to comment here and to give them 5⭐️. I will make sure to tell neighbors and friends to use Grays whenever a tow is needed. Used these guys for probably 20 years at this point. Just used them recently and they did a great job. They have always towed to any mechanic I have wanted so dont understand the review where they were forced to tow to their yard. They have always been upfront on their towing estimates for me, and the final charge has always been spot on or less than estimated.

Jimmy went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a terrible situation. I would highly recommend Grays Towing.Recieved great service....I would give 10 stars if I could.. .!

If you would like to be a woman abandoned on the side of the road, thinking help is coming and it never does this is the service for you. Called for service waited 40 min and when no one showed up I called back and they said “oh I thought you said no thanks and hung up” ... Sure because “sounds good, can pay in credit” sounds just like that. I was willing to pay their exorbitant fee and they still didn’t come. On the second call said it would be an additional 40 min, it’s winter I could freeze to death before they bother to show up.

The wrecker driver was awesome. He was courteous and empathetic.

Had my truck taken in 2 weeks ago when it wouldnt start all of a sudden and used them. Guy was very nice and they were quick. Competitive prices.

My car broke down and so I had called a few other places but when I called these guys they gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than other places number one number two he knew exactly where I was talking about and it’s not on a main road. They had just been called out to help clean up a bad multi car accident that required all of their available trucks and still made it to us within a few hours. When the gentleman dropped our car off he even tried to help us figure out what was wrong with our car and was very nice. To top all that off the bill was actually a little bit less than what I had been quoted over the phone. Would definitely use their services in the future.

What kind of dumb towing company wont let you get your phone out of a car the day after an accident all because we dont staff the office on weekends. When I brought up the tow drivers having a key he acted like I would be waiting 10 hours for someone to let me in. Dont they have to drop the cars off after each tow!?

Terrible service, Calls for a tow gentleman takes down all the information, was informed that the vehicle that was broke down and is a handicap van with a wheel chair lift with 2 special needs patients and 2 elderly all bound to wheel chairs, that were already loaded into the vehicle and cant get them back out because the battery died and needs to be jumped on an 90 degree day. Van has no air conditioning because of the battery. They know all this information and was told I needed them there in less than a half hour because if they dont I will need a ambulance there as well. Gentleman said that was fine and was able to provide the service. 45 minutes goes by I check with my coworker thats waiting with the van and shes in crying because the tow truck driver took the credit card, charged it and then told her that the street name was mispronounced and he cant go there because hes closing in 20 minutes. This guy is negligent and legal action will be researched considering all the phone calls with this man were recorded.

DONT LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR TO THEIR LOT!They convinced me to let them tow my car to their lot after someone hit me running a stop sign (I wanted to tow it to my mechanic). Big mistake. 1. They didnt inform me of the daily charge for keeping it there. 2. They are only open m-f 8-5, which is my exact work schedule, and were completely inflexible or understanding about arranging to get my personal items from my own car. They made an already frustrating experience of someone totalling my car much worse. Luckily my insurance company helped me by towing it to another facility so I can clean it out before it gets salvaged.

We had a car accident in March and after 6 MONTHS the woman in charge of salvaging titles still hasnt done her job and salvaged our car title. I called multiple times and was met with a bullsh*t excuse each time. I wish we hadnt been stuck with using this business to tow away our car.

These people are crooks they charged me $200 for having my car for one day then they turned around and did the same thing to my sister charged her $155 they dont have to be so expensive but like I said theyre crooks ... It was my 2006 silver Kia Rio it was brought there by Union township they shouldnt have even had it towed I had somebody there willing to drive it for me and you told me over the phone it was going to be $155 and ended up being $200 cash that I did not have and then my sisters car got towed from Willowbrook 2 weeks after that and you guys charged her $155 it wasnt even there a whole day that is just ridiculous

250 dollar tow fee to tow a car a few miles after a bad crash. After crash not aloud to get anything out of my car even work belongings do not mess with a company like this unless you like getting embezzled when things go wrong.
