The guy that works here was really super nice he stayed after hours so that I can come down there same daywday in the evening..heghe the part for me and I didnt know that it was just a snap in part that held my switches to try to fix my Saab 9-3 convertible top so he went ahead and tried the part for me and then we realized it didnt work so he saved me $75 on a part that it turns out I didnt need. Im getting my parts from him from now on it was it was an awesome experience down there and I was having a really bad day. Thank you so much

Very disappointed. Went out here looking for some parts for my saab as he has quite a few. wanted $50 for one sun visor (theyre $7-$15 at most places) $200 for a bumper (a new one is $170) and refused to sell you actual parts for the car, only entire pieces at ridiculous prices. Like others have said, service wasnt great, the two guys that work there arent super helpful and after the sheer ridiculous prices alone Id discourage anyone visiting here. Go to Jacks used parts, two lights up the road, amazing friendly service, and wont rob you blind. Also, this guy has like maybe 30 cars total, vs Jacks having an entire field of vehicles both foreign and domestic.

Kevin was the guy i dealt with. He had an attitude the moment i walked in but i figured id try to hang in there to get my part. Wow was i very disappointed i drove over an hour to find the exact part i needed but he couldnt get to it so he simply said he didnt feel like it. And then he tried to charge me 20$ for one mustang hub cap. Wnen they are that off eBay. Dude is a joke. Try Jacks down the road much better and great deals cost me 10$ altogether for both of the parts i needed. And 10x better customer service

Really bad service. Rude and will try to charge retail price on used parts. Guy is a joke rude wouldnt help me because he didnt feel like getting into it right now even though i had cash in hand dont waste your money here. This guyalso sold my friend a blown up motor that he said he pulled hisself and it was good. BAD BUSINESS.

Went there with one of my friends for a few parts and the guy working was very rude, didnt want to help us at all. His attitude was awful, he has a very small selection of vehicles to get parts from and he charges OUTRAGEOUS prices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE. Dont waste your time because hes going to be rude and most likely isnt going to have anything youre looking for! If I could rate him less than 1 star I would!

I have been selling car parts online since January. I go to junkyards, find what I want, then clean it up and resell it on eBay. A friend and I went to Bob’s when we were out yarding to see what they had. It was a week or 2 after the flooding down there. We walked in and the man working was on the phone. He asked whoever he was talking to to hold on and then he greeted us. We said we were there to look around. When he asked what we were looking for, we said anything and everything. The conversation was going well until that point. “Come on, Man! Just tell me what you’re looking for and quit wasting my time! There was flooding here a week ago and everything’s a mess.” He had the worst attitude when he said all of that. We politely said we don’t want to buy anything specific and we just want to look around to see what he had. Then he threw his arm up in the air and waved it towards the cars and said “Just go look around”. At that point, we started to walk towards the cars and my friend said to him “Thanks. What’s your name?”. The man responded “Uhh... Oink”. My friend said “Thanks, Oink” and we looked at the cars for 5 minutes, decided we didn’t want to buy anything from him since he’d probably be rude again and also jack up the prices, then we left. This man deserves no one’s business. I understand that there was flooding and he may have been stressed about the outcome of it, but no customer undeservingly should be treated that way. If you need to buy car parts at a yard, please avoid this place and shop elsewhere.

Called Kevin, said he had the part I needed for my late model Ford. Made the drive to get it and he didnt disappoint. This is a great group of guys!

Terrible service whoever works the phone obviously has no clue what the prices of parts are and has a short temper. Overall I would suggest going somewhere else youll save money and not lose any brain cells by listening to these idiots!
