The mechanics are very nice and helpful. Went to have my exhaust worked on. They showed me what need to be done and did the work well in a decent time. This is my second time going to this location and I will definitely come back.

I made an appointment for an oil change. My appointment time was for noon. When I arrived the next day at my designated time I was told it would be about an hour because there were only two mechanics there. I was okay with that. I did tell him I had a 1:30 appointment at my home. At 1:10 p.m. I was told that as soon as someone delivered my filter for my car it would be finished. I left meineke at 1:40 p.m.. I think they are good mechanics but just dont have organizational and planning skills.

They did the original work in 2019. And there was an issue with the same work in 2021. The car had some miles on it after almost two years. But we were able to “meet” each other on the problem and the remedy after a few phone calls. They fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. I am pleased with their work. I would used them again. I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

Took my car in for some work that stated would be completed. Had to return car two different days. Nothing was done but attempted. Wrong part order etc was advised to bring car in the next day to work on car. Car sat there basically all day for nothing to be corrected. They seem like good people but I’m very upset after two days of nothing done. Call me to come get my car then when I I stated if something happen Cedric stated to leave the car and the right part will be here on Wednesday. If you had the car for two day and nothing happen you want me to keep it there for another 3 day. I had work there before it it was fine but this is very unprofessional and not satisfied. Car still not fix. Also was told they attempted to remove a part but it was risky and it would cost more due to the risk etc. Again very aggravated and unhappy at this point. You are a car place correct smh...

I brought my vehicle in to have my a.c checked out and was told that it would be done same day and that i would get a call when they finished. I never received a call so i called them the next morning to see what was going on. They told me they were unable to get to my vehicle the day before but that it would be one of the first ones seen that day. Still i never heard from them. I went and picked up my vehicle without it being diagnosed on the third day. Very poor communication and very poor customer service😞

This Meineke performed a Used Car Inspection for us. We travelled from out of town to see a car and they were able to schedule an appointment and get us in and out with a good, complete report. They helped us have peace of mind that the things we can’t see easily were performing as they should.

Cedric can be a little gruff over the phone but not disrespectful. He gives it to you straight. When other issues were found on my vehicle they take the time to show and explain exactly whats wrong. Definitely going back for future work!

Made appt online but not sure they even ultilize the online appts.. paid for full syntheic oil change which should have included a tire rotation and an inspection of brakes.. none of that was completed..

It was costly. I got my front 2 rotors replaced, my brake lines repaired and a synthetic blend oil change. They wanted over $600 at first but we agreed on $500 which I still feel is too much. They completed the work in 3 hours and my vehicle operates better so I cant complain about the workmanship. They did a good job.

I would not go to this place at all they I went to get a tune up and my vibes were already bad about them because the older black man kept asking me how I know these the right parts and just asking unnecessary questions so it was weird. They took sooo long over the time I was supposed to get my car back & when I Came back my car was doing the same thing.. I am convinced my parts were stolen and nothing was done to my car

This is probably one of the best repair shops around. I had the pleasure of meeting Mac, one of the technicians and he did a terrific job of finding out what was causing front end noise. I had previously taken it to another shop prior to this visit and they couldnt locate the problem. I had an appointment at 9:00 and Mac called me back an hour later letting me know that the cause of the noise was a worn control arm bushing. He also mentioned that I needed drive axles because the boots were worn and would eventually lead to additional problems later on. They had me back on the road within a couple of hours!!! I just want to say thank you for your professionalism and service. I will be doing business with them again.

The work was excellent but the price was was double everyone else. Thats why I stop going 15 years price gouging not chris but the owner customer service excellent did come through when i needed them. Part was 73 labor for 45 minutes of work was 261. Every place else price was 164 with part.

Service only took a day and the guys are super nice. My car is running so smooth right now! Will definitely be coming back for tune ups.

Found the problem and fixed it. Overall good experience. Little downfall they dont look for other problems just what you tell them. Also they dont give change if you pay cash. Not talking cents whole dollar amounts.

I took my car for brakes and rotors. They may have put the wrong size on my car. It doesnt drive smoothly as it should. Now needs an alignment. I have to take it back. One of the mechanics kept complaining about him being over worked. It took over two hours for the repairs. They worked on my car a total of 30 minutes. You cant beat the price. You get what you pay for.

Very satisfied with Meineke in Forest Park. I needed a small repair and they took care of it and didn’t charge an arm and a leg.

Arrived to pick up my car- but did not go in because person working at the desk in the very small stuffy office was not wearing a face mask. Two other people hanging out in the same space and chatting with him were also not masked. When I eventually had to go in- the employee laughed about not wearing a mask- and belligerently put one on after I requested. So- Meineke is a definite No Go for me in the future. Dismissing mask mandates and endangering my life as well as others in the community- not appreciated.

It was an AWESOME Visit. The Men were VERY Kind. Patient and Worked On My Car Like they Cared. I will Definitely return there for my car to be service.

Went in for just a simple oil change, manager Chris at the front desk was extremely rude for no reason and I had a coupon and he charged me more than it would have been without the coupon! I was livid but needed my car serviced that day. Oil change was quick but I will never return, the customer service is terrible! I went as far as asking him are you ok today? I know everyone has bad days but he was ridiculously rude to me for no reason

I needed a pivot bolt tightened on my right lower control arm of my front suspension and the work was done in less than a hour and I got a good price for the repair and a oil change

After several days with no estimate or phone call, I paid the check out fee of $50 and took it to another shop for repairs to be completed. Very dissapointed.

If you need exhaust work give them an opportunity to earn your business. Im happy I did.

I am so distraught at Meineke #791, first I was greeted by the I guess boss and he started talking to me about they offer financing, First RED flag, I was thinking you dont need financing for breaks due to them not being expensive, unless they are going to try and get over on me ! Second, I was the first person there and they had my car up for 45 minutes before they told me that I needed pads and rotors, I knew that already, I also knew that I have taken breaks off way faster than 45 minutes without their tools and expertise!? I then was charged $310. for front break pads and rotors. I looked them up and the Duralast MKD 1058 brake pads are not $60.00 not even the ceramic gold by Duralast, then I saw the basic Rotors they put on my car and they are not $130.00, which I was charged by Meineke, the entire brake pad and rotor kit by Duralast if thats what they even used was rangining from $56.18-$124.00, Yes, and they get a discount, so, they truly are a rip off on top of that my breaks are slipping and I am so disappointed with them I really dont trust them to work on my car again. They also, have a sign in their office that says they are not responsible for something stolen, WOW, so while working on my car I had to worry if I was being robbed physically too, I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning, Oh, I forgot the owner was fussing at the store manager in front of me, very unprofessional. With everything thats going on today I will not be going back unless Meineke corporate says I have to in order for them to correct this expensive brake job. No coffee, No tea, just money hungry, inconsiderate people, I pray for this place of business and the people that work there. They are a bunch of crooks I am so angry at how they would do their patrons. Its a horrible a waste of money, time, and energy. Be very cautious I pray that I dont have to go back to that Meineke for them to correct this break job that they did, yes, my brakes are slipping and they werent doing that before the brake job. They are not honest and trustworthy people nor is this Meineke, I wonder if all of the Meinekes are this terrible and on top of that the seating area was very dirty. The one star that I gave was for the nice greeting at the door, but that was probably part of their scam.

Have been giving them my business for the past year. I have a slow leak in my tire and had been getting air here for two weeks or so. Each time they did it for free, but tried to charge me for it. I had the leak fixed but it was really low, almost flat today,so, I went to get air. He actually said we have to charge you $3. Now, I wouldnt mind paying, but $3 when the average is $1.50 is rediculous, and he had an attitude like it was a problem. I went to Firestone instead. Not only did the put air in the tire for FREE, THEY TOLD WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND SCHEDULED A TIME FOR ME TO GET IT FIXED.I had asked the manager at Mineke (Chris) to find out how much it would cost but he never got back with an estimate. But now they want to charge $3 for air.Im disappointed because I always try to do business with Black owned companies and will never go back here. If youre in Forest Park, do yourself a favor and go to Firestone,(Black operated), and get better, less rude service.

My car was making a noise.Two other car repair shops hadtold me a repair would probablycost around $800 to $1,500. Cannot say enough good things! I came to them with an emergency at two in the afternoon and they had me done AND waited for me, after closing. As far as the cost, they really treated me right. It would have cost more elsewhere.

They are never open!! Ive gone there three different days/times. Once on Wednesday afternoon, second on Saturday morning and last a Friday morning. Google and the flier they sent to my house says they open at 7:30 so thats when I showed up but their sign days 8am. I parked my car and waited until 8:15 and still no one. Never again will I come here. So frustrating!!

Took my car in to get new brakes and rotors got that done. They called on Tuesday evening that I could pick the car up. I informed them I would pick the car up Wednesday afternoon.My wife picked the car up and drove it home which is less than 10 minutes away. No real time to test drive it until I got home in the evening. After driving to and back from Colerain Ave. I heard Ch Ch Ch noise from the tires and when turning right the passenger tire makes a loud noise.I found upon parking a bolt on each tire loose enough to turn with my fingers. Ive tightened the bolts and the Ch Ch Ch noise is gone but the loud noise when turning right still exists. I will be calling them during business hours to have them look at their work and to complain they let my car off their lot with a safety issue like that.If they fix the issue without hassle I will update my review to reflect so. Until then they get a poor rating.

Called them at 300pm, they closed at 500pm, they checked my car fixed it and gave me a great price!! Thank Chris and crew for your service will always come back now

So I came into this shop, and asked for an estimate for brakes & rotors on my car. They took two hours to give me an estimate which by the way was $800. The man told me it would be ready that same day, 2 hours later he calls me and says it won’t be ready. I don’t recommend going here at all.
