I had a Serpentine belt come off in February 2017 and went to them for the issue. They replaced the belt. 8 Months later the belt popped off again. Belt was still brand new. Nothing wrong with it. I took it back because they have a “12month warranty” on their repairs. Ended up charging me for another belt( no reason for it) and because they didn’t fix the issue the first time they charged me labor again and added on a replacement tensioner charge. The actual reason it came off to begin with. Buyer beware
