The service department is always quick, efficient, and thorough with their inspections. The staff are THE BEST. They even offered to help put our shopping items into my car from the loaner car. I always get a loaner if I have to wait for more than 2 hours. I had the 30,000 mile service, so it took awhile. I have never had such friendly service anywhere.

Before Beechmont we went to another dealership. We had found the car we wanted on the web and went there. They wouldn’t talk to us because we didn’t have an appointment. In short, they were rude.We drove to Beechmont. It was the exact opposite. Connor Patton greeted us when we entered the showroom. He had a casual and friendly style. He asked us what we were looking for in a car and had one brought around for us to drive. He answered all of our questions and got the exact car we wanted delivered. The entire experience was pleasant and pressure free. We are really enjoying the new car.

We would rate our buying experience at Beechmont SUBARU a 10 if they would give us that many stars. We bought a 2021 Legacy and Jason was our salesman. The guy is a wizard with numbers and deals. Then we had Tim in Finance who was a master at his job. Then we dealt with the excellent service department in getting a small defect in the glass fixed. Dylan was my salesman. I had a list of four cars in my price range. One of the cars he would not recommend to me due to the carfax report. I test drove two cars and he took the time to see what was in my price range at Kings Auto Mall Subaru in case the two dealerships could work out a car swap. After explaining my options he recommended the Hyundai Sonata which I finalized the sale on yesterday. Also the dealership as a whole was fantastic. They was a mess up in my schedule at work and they were able to move my appointment three hours ahead of what it was supposed to be. Our last five cars have all been Subarus, and all five were purchased at Beechmont Subaru. Our salesperson could not have been more helpful. Dylan Royer was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Moreover, he facilitated the purchase at a time when depleted inventory meant selecting a car not yet on the lot. So a tip of the cap to him.I was disappointed that lifetime oil changes no longer come with the purchase. As someone who drives a car until the wheels fall off--our first three Subarus averaged 220,000 miles when we sold them--the lifetime oil changes were a real savings over the course of the life of the vehicle. While that means cost to Subaru for providing them, those visits to the dealership were often occasions for other maintenance that we did pay for. That is less likely to happen as I shop around for the best price for an oil change.
This was our first service on our new 2021 Ascent. It was a simple oil and filter change and it went very well. Caleb Ervick explained what was going to be done and how long it would take. Since I was waiting for the car, I was shown into the waiting area. It was clean and had plenty of coffee for free. My first time experience was excellent.
I have to give Beechmont Subaru 5 stars***. My service advisor, John Kirker, immediately handled my service needs which included a recall for a module replacement and inspection of rear stabilizer, in addition to regular scheduled service. I drive about 65 miles round trip and pass 2 other Subaru dealers much closer. I expected a long wait with the recall and other service. It was not long at all and everyone at the dealership was very professional and courteous! This is why I go out of my wat to get my Forester serviced at Beechmont!

I took my car in for routine service and was greeted by Rob Harley who treated me like we were good friends. He performed the walk around inspection and was very clear in letting me know what he found. He also communicated what would be completed in the inspection and the cost. I knew I was leaving my car in good hands. Rob also called me with the results of what was needed in a timely fashion. I was surprised how fast they were. Turned out my rear breaks needed some work. Rob was great explaining what they would do and the extra cost. When I went to pick up the car there was a short wait. Andrew Tsai from the Express Service saw me and came in and asked if he could help me. His check out and explanation of what was completed was efficient and clear. I really had the best experience one can have with car service with Rob and Andrew. The bill was large because of what I needed done but the service was well worth it! I will definitely be back and when it is time for a new car, they will get my business. Thank you Rob and Andrew!!

I live in Lexington, KY and, due to the car shortages, was not able the exact model/configuration I wanted locally. Via the web I found that Beechmont had the exact car/options I wanted. I spoke with a number of people, probably more than normal as I was from out of town, and they were all great and very helpful. The main sales person I worked with was Dylan Royer but I also spoke with Abby Feldkamp, Kevin Mollaun, Marianne, and Cole. I am very happy with my new 2022 Subaru Outback limited and my interactions with Beechmont Subaru.
Bought my first brand new car. Tom was my sales person. I had totaled my VW, and told him that I was worried about needing a rental car while my car was being ordered. No issues, they set me up with a loaner until mine arrived. The finance process was quick and easy. I think I was there about one hour total for the loan closing. I love my Subaru, I have been wanting one, and so happy I have one now!

Went in to take a look at a 2014 Ford Edge Sport with my fiancé about two weeks ago, was fully prepared to trade in my current car for it as I felt much more comfortable with the Edge. Cant remember the name of the guy we worked with but he came across really condescending, didn’t make much of an effort to help us, and mostly seemed like he just wanted to leave. It was closer to the end of the day but regardless it was unprofessional. Talked down to us when we were talking numbers, low balled the trade in value of my car and said to go to Carmax but didn’t think we’d get much more of an offer there. Did check carmax who offered $3000 more for my car. Ended up going through a Ford Dealership who pulled the car for us and bought it through them, they gave us a much better deal and bumped the trade in price up a good bit too. Was a really disappointing experience with Subaru, but luckily I was able to get the car I wanted in my budget anyways.

On 11/17/20 I came in for my first oil change/tire rotation on my 2020 Subaru Forester. I used the Express service without an appointment. I’d like to commend my Service Adviser, Robert Harley, for the outstanding customer service I received. Check-in was quick and waiting area was quiet and comfortable. Within a very short period of time the service was complete and my car was ready to go! Robert even took the time to explain how the climate control knobs work because I wasn’t getting heat from the center vents. Operator error, of course! I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I still love my Forester after 6 months and Subaru service department is awesome! It’s hard to find exceptional customer service in this day and age. Keep it up!

I recently had service done at the Beechmont Subaru on Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati. I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the expertise of the mechanics and everyone that works at the site. My service advisor, Korydon Alexander, was especially pleasant, professional, and easy to communicate with. The service to my car was excellent! I had my brake rotors replaced on my back brakes and they always pick up on the little extra things that need attention that I would not have known about, like dirty air filters. Overall, I’ve always been very pleased with the service at Beechmont Subaru. It’s always a pleasant experience and they do their best to get my car in and out as quickly as possible.

I scheduled a 60,000 mile service recently for my Outback. Rob Harley was personable and efficient and provided excellent communication throughout the process. I appreciated having access to a loaner car as this visit required an extended period. Rob saved me some anxiety by explaining the engine shut off feature present on idling with my loaner car and was proactive in anticipating and communicating features which differed from my current vehicle but which he knew I would need to access during the day. Thanks, Rob, for going the extra mile to make my visit go smoothly! I rely on Beechmont to keep my car in top condition and, although I dont know who my technician was, appreciate the quality of work done and the test drive to assure all was well.
Poor customer service and sky high prices. DO NOT RECOMMEND.I went to buy a new car and the salesman had me sign a paper agreeing to the price for a certain car and said he would get it from a different dealership. 4 days later after no call, I find out that nobody around has what I agreed to. He literally didnt even check the computer before grabbing the form. Meanwhile I found out in 30 minutes by using the normal Subaru website, yet somehow it took them 4 days.I called several times, and finally had to physically show up at his desk to get a response. After that he tried to get me to upgrade trim level, and wouldnt budge on price. After waiting an entire day, he offered 400 off the price that was 3 grand higher than what I initially agreed to, and 10% over MSRP. What an insult after wasting a week of my time.
We recently had body shop work done on our 2020 Subaru Outback aftera collision. The service, as always is the case, was excellent. Jessica worked with us personally and we were very happy with how she handled our concerns. She was kind and very efficient. We have owned SubaruOutbacks for more than 20 years and have always returned to Beechmont Subaru in Cincinnati, both for purchasing and for service. Weve lost count of how many Subarus we have owned, probably 6 or 7. We willcontinue to use Beechmont Subaru for all of our transportation by carneeds.

This is the best place to go if you drive a Subaru. All of the employees with whom I have interacted here, both in service and sales, are extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and kind. Especially if you own a less common car such as a WRX, an official Subaru location is the place to go. They really know what theyre doing here; they did a fantastic job when I owned a WRX and have also done a fantastic job with my Legacy. Robert Harley is the service advisor who has done work on my car most recently; I have always had very positive experiences with him and with every other service advisor at this location.The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Theyve also always been accommodating with providing a loaner car when necessary. The employees and the service at Beechmont Subaru are of the highest quality, and they have certainly earned all five of the stars Im giving them.

I have been a loyal customer for 6-7 years, and while I have in the past had exceptional service, my last 2 appointments have been terrible. Twice now I have been sent home with unaddressed problems, and have had great difficulty even getting in contact with the service department once my car is there. Im not sure if they are understaffed or what exactly is going on, but the thought that they judged that it was ok to send me home in a car with issues that could have resulted in an accident despite my specifc requests, has eroded my trust in the quality of their work. This is exceptionally frustrating, and has led me to take my business to Kings Subaru instead. I used to walk home from Beechmont Subaru after dropping my car off - now I will take the 30+ minute drive to Kings so I can be sure my concerns are being listened to. How sad.
