This is a safe, quiet, and beautiful townhouse community that is well-run and a joy to live in, especially since the remodeling of ALL the units (new appliances, flooring, sinks, etc.) Great community swimming pool! We have lived here almost 6 years. My work base is a half hour away but it is worth driving that far to continue living here.We have looked elsewhere but cant find anything that is quite comparable in value and cost.- From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Ive been in 6 different apartments and VOC has been by far the most pleasant. Its only improved since I moved in 2 years ago. Nowhere else in Cincinnati will you find a complex surrounded by woods with the comfort that Anderson township provides. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff really cares about connecting with their residents.
Beautiful place! We are so pleased with our townhome. Extremely comfortable place to live and the staff is always ready and available to help with any issues you may have.
I had previously posted on here about serious problems we were having with our next-door neighbors, but I am pleased to say the problems have been resolved. My neighbors were evicted, and management and maintenance are now going out of their way to help fix our place up and make us happy to live here again.
This place is so nice the people are so nice and nighboor hood is so clean. The people who work in office they are really nice. And the apartment rooms are really big and clean. I really like this place.
I have only lived here a week and I love it. All the units have been remodeled and have brand new windows, granite countertops, and new GE appliances including a new washer and dryer in one
Wow!! we were really disappointed with this place. I had high hopes because the landscaping was nice and the rent was less expensive than our last unit. We had mice in our walls though. We could hear them at night and would find droppings in our cabinets. Management just told us that thats what comes with living in a wooded area and never did anything except put some sticky traps in our cabinets. Management also tried to raise our rent by 30 percent after our lease was up.The area is very dimly lit at night and kids from the surrounding area come to play basketball on the courts here at night so its actually a little scary walking to your unit at night. A few people have even had their car broken into. My son was getting bullied so much in the pool area we had to just give up and move. This community is a good example of dont judge a book by its cover.
I was resident in this community. Excellent community and Awesome management (Susan,Beth). Love this place.
My family moved into a 2BR flat temporarily while waiting on our house to be ready. We were excited to move into a freshly remodeled unit. Once we spent several weeks there, we became very disappointed in just about everything. From the front office (not including Ben, the maintenance guy), to the landscaping around our unit, to the quality of the remodel, to the communication of the property. It was all very disappointing, especially when you are paying a premium rent. After living in Stonegate Apartments for several years, we would have much rather gone back there. The one star is for Ben, and the entrance drive, which was always beautiful and inviting, and our awesome neighbors. Otherwise, we would not recommend this property.
