I have had problems diarrhea vomiting all started when I had food a sandwich at this U-Haul / convenience store the service was it was actually an industry leader I have never seen anybody that horrible in customer service so that definitely would be an industry leader for me the vehicle was excellent but I just really would suggest you go to a different location for this

Ive used this location several times due to they are in my area and they close at 11pm. They have lots of parking have no problem with you leaving your car there. Theres an assortment of vehicles, and since they are a gas station, its even more convient. They are right next the highway, which is great for quick hop on to anywhere.

This is a gas station who also does certain U-haul things. If you want somewhere to do all your U-haul needs you may want to go to a actually place. They took care of our problem though, we were just dropping off.

Uhaul has the absolute WORST customer service on the planet. Gross incompetence and rudeness must be a prerequisite for their low paying, low intelligence jobs. Can’t WAIT to get out of this state.I asked a simple question, and the rude clerk got lippy and basically called me an idiot. No wonder he works in a convenience store. He’s a perfect example of why $15 minimum wage is a TERRIBLE idea.

The lady on the phone put me on hold for quite a while no big deal but was very rude and unhelpful when she spoke to me. too many other dealers near by to deal with attitude.

Most convenient location! Was able to drop off my truck at midnight on a Saturday. The rental center was closed but the attendant still took the truck. Awesome & fast customer service!! I would definitely come back!

Did not honor our reservation and the Person in charge did not show any care for our situation after taking day off from work and all arrangements in our part. Worst Arab man I ever deal with.

First time I went they charged me fees that were not on the contract, and they tried to charge me for moving pads, that I never received or signed for. 2nd visit was to rent a trailer, and they couldnt find my account or create a new one. The gentleman working the laptop was clueless on the procedure, and asked for numerous credit cards and IDs. The whole situation and people at this location seemed very sketchy.

I called to rent two U boxes. The Gentlemen did not have what I was looking for. He took my information and called be back with some definite answers like he said he would.Karen

Was charged 70$ for renting a pickup truck only for 2 hours guy at the counter said it was just a deposit but was never refunded my 20$.Expensive and do not fall for 19.99$ there is a charge per mile depending on the size of the vehicle.
