We arrived at our scheduled time and the person working the desk informed us that our truck wasnt available and pick-up had been moved to another location. We were not informed of this ahead of time, and the person helping us couldnt even tell us where the new pick-up location was and didnt try to help at all, just sort of shrugged his shoulders. Im not a person who leaves negative reviews for no good reason. This was unprofessional.

I have had a storage unit here for more than 10 years. I have a ton of stuff that I havent seen in years. Furniture, clothes, 8 boxes of my skinny clothes, gym equipment, an Egyptian mummy, and other valuables. Actually, I really dont remember. But I digress. I have had numerous interactions with the staff and management of this place. They are absolutely top notch. They are always nice and respectful to my needs. The units are clean bug free and have lights with a timer. I have had storage units at other locations even the one two blocks away. None can hold a candle to this place. I feel confident my stuff is safe and secure. The staff is incredible from Carlos in the office to Debbie the manager who in my opinion is the greatest asset to this business.

After shopping all of the storage facilities within a 2 mile radius, I chose the Eastlake Self Storage for a couple of reasons: they had an answer for every question that I asked, and some that I hadnt even thought of. The facility itself is very well kept, and every single person on staff was professional and friendly. Poor gate hours and extremely ironically so. I was attracted her because they supposedly offer 24/7 access, but then I got here with my stuff and I was told, well thats only for businesses. I was like, thats too bad, but at least I have a business I can put it under, right? Wrong again, they didnt have any vacant units, and rarely ever do. Being tight on time for the day and needing to return my rental truck I stored here anyway, just to realize the m-f GATE HOURS are from 8-5:50...meaning you have to be done with your stuff and out of there by 5:50 or guess What? They try and charge you a $150 CASH FEE for late exit. Can they even force you to pay cash for such a fee when they can accept card??? Not to mention there are a dozen other fees that you can have for would be ridiculous instances...and theyre not simply $5 or $10 fees either. Clean facility, but you never have access to your stuff.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Place is clean and well maintained. This place works great for me in many ways. I never had a problem with door codes. They have great special and make it much easier for people who need to use it, and they remove the stress.I cannot express my gratitude enough. Such an amazing experience and would definitely recommend!!

I rented a space for about 6 months and had absolutely no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are very clean and easy access. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and safe place to store their belongings!

The facility is closed during the times you need it most. Self storage that limits its access to your things was a big mistake to go with. You want 24 hr access here? Pay extra. Beware of this place. Choose another facility that lets you access your things on your terms.

Water stations would be nice!

The management is very unfriendly and the rules are very strict. Theres fees for every mistake you make. Not checking in or checking out, not returning the cart back to its original place just to name a few. . Also the trash is always locked if you want to throw anything away you have to call them and wait for them to come open the gate for you . They will also inspect what your throwing away. My job requires me to have a storage unit and the previous ones Iv had compare nothing to the strict rules they have here..
