I was told I was rude when ITS MY HAIR.!! And I had a XV to go to this Saturday, Im a busy person with nail appointments and that was my only time for me!!!So I asked for a simple bolayage I knew the color wasnt gonna be exact but the concept of the style was what I wanted, and I got this high root, highlights in my Betty bangs and the color to my hair was a mustard yellow with blotches of orange !!! She didnt even tone my hair !!! She charged me $100 and when I told her I was unhappy she told me she was sorry but that she would fix it next time at an extra charge of $27 ( and she said that was fixed price not an original price but because I didnt like it she would color correct it for me at that price 😒😒😒 ) & to let my hair rest and the reason for doing a high root was because she thought I would like it, without telling me anything she just did it assuming !! And the highlights in my bangs ??? Idk why she thought that was cute.? I didnt ask for that !!! Please dont go here !!! She doesnt dedicate her time to her clients !! Shes always running after her dogs that are always there, she grabs there food with the same gloves shes doing your hair with and doesnt switch them out !!! And her mom even said she wasnt gonna give my money back, and shes the owner !!! Like what !!! Are you serious ???? Pls pls pls dont come to this shop !!! These women are MONEY HUNGRY women who dont care about your hair !! My hair is literally DAMAGED !! To the point where I brush it and my hair is breaking off 😤😒😒 it took me 3 yrs to grow my hair out after shaving it off and now Im back to the miserable hair I had 3 yrs ago !!! THANK A LOT ERICA !!!!!!
