Classical music in the background, the buzzing on the back of my neck (that tickles just right), the gentleness of Jasmine taking her time to do it right. Being able to walk in and say I want the usual amd sit down and relax .... This is the awesome experience that I get here and this is why I return ... If Jasmine moves then Ill follow or ask her for recommendation.

Whoever answered the phone had no clue of the concept of customer service. They were busy chewing into the phone, there was no greeting to show someone was there and they couldnt even answer my questions. Unprofessional
