Great service! I have been taking my vehicles here for a couple years now. The service they provide is the best. I always seem to be in a rush whenever my vehicle has a major problem. A few times they have stayed late to take care of me. They are always upfront and call me with the price once they have it. They will tell me what needs to be done and what can wait a little. They never complain about giving me a ride to pick me up or drop be off.Ill end with this, when I had a compression leak I didnt want to spend the time or money to find it and it wasnt time to smog so I just let it be. During the 100k maintenance they found the leak and fixed it. They didnt even charge me for it.They arent going to be the cheapest place but they are fair, honestly, very quick, with top notch service.

I cannot say enough about the customer service I receive at the Chino Hills Service Center. I got their referral from my previous Honda mechanic and was referred to to them for my newMazda. They are so friendly and helpful and do not try to sell me something I dont need. They are very accommodating and wait time isvery minimal with an appointment. I dont live in Chino Hills anymore but will continue to use them. I feel very comfortable with them.

My God. This shop is beyond amazing. Came here because my air conditioning wasnt working. They were so quick to serve. They did not even blink when I told them I was Deaf. They told me that they will charge for inspection. Not a problem there. They found the issues and told me itd take a day to do repairs. I could not do that today. The sweet people told me to go to my home area and have it fixed there. They literally ripped up the bill. They deserve five stars because they are so warm, so hospitable, so respectful. Great work and great staff. Great shop to take my Subaru to. Sonja at the front desk is super friendly. Henry Sr and Henry Jr definitely know their stuff. Ill ask if its worth using certain products on my car and theyll give me their honest opinion if its worth it or not for me. I make the commute from Hesperia just for them to service my car because theyre definitely worth it.

Every time we call for an appointment they will get us in as soon as possible. Always making sure our car is safe and ready to drive when we leave their service center. The whole family welcomes us with a smile and very professional at the same time.

I have taken my car to Chino Hills Service Center over 1.5 years. I was very impressed when Henry found my cars start up problem was because of Idle Control Valve getting old because a few Honda dealer ships service centers were unable to pinpoint the cause of the start up problem through multiple check ups and fixes. Until I found Chino Hills Service Center, I had spent so much money for replacements of batteries and other parts hoping that would solve the problem. Nope! Nothing worked and the same thing happened again to restart my car after a short drive. Over the years I have enjoyed excellent services, honesty, and kindness from Sonja and Henrys family. It would be hard to find an auto shop that has qualities like theirs. They truly treat their customers like their family.

I came here for an oil change due to the good reviews, only to have the business owner (tall man maybe in his seventies) yell at me and ask who let me in through the back (not over exaggerating.. full blown yelling at me). The front door is in the front of the building, right next to another door that reads please enter the complex through rear so I tried to tell him that I mustve read their next door neighbors sign thinking it was their sign, but he continued to berate me and ask where this so called sign is and demanded that I walk with him to the front and show him. At this point, I felt attacked and got upset and no longer wanted to give them business. To make matters worse, another younger tall dude (maybe his son) came into the shop and they both started teaming up on me when I told them they lost a customer and at that point we all just got into one big screaming match with each other. Side note, when I first got there, this same younger tall guy saw me outside the shop looking for the entrance and did not bother to ask if I needed help.. Also, if he saw me walking into the shop, that wouldve been a perfect time to tell me to go through the front. Anyway, this place needs to work on their customer service. And also, please dont yell and attack young girls in your shop.. its a bad look.

Here is my deal,I am an amateur mechanic I do my own oil changes, breaks, filter changes, etc. But when my wife doesnt let me do some work (no matter how many DIY YouTube videos I watch), I take our cars to Henry. He does the job, I go under and check the work and its always done right. His guarantee is real: I used it once. His price is more than fair for the labor. I hope this guy hangs around as long as I live in the area.

I have been a customer of Chino Hills SC since 1994. Henry has worked on seven cars of mine during this time. The service work has been outstanding and I have never had to bring a car back to repair an issue a second time. Recently I brought in my VW Passat, with an engine light indicator. Henry indicated that issue was part of the emissions system and suggested that I check with dealer as it may be covered under the emissions warranty. I checked and it was. The repair by Henry would have been approximately $425.00. The dealer repaired the car and billed $536.00 back to VW. I highly recommend Chino Hills SC for all your auto needs. BTW, the location is 60 miles from my home and worth the drive!
