I have been coming to this Chevron since 2004 and I always had the best customer service given to me. From purchasing gas, buying lotto tickets and propane exchanges. Not, until last month, I came to purchase gas and propane and this elderly latina lady was attending the counter. from the get go she was rude. I asked for propane and her response was we do not have any. Welli was not going to have her check because she seemed sure of herself they were out. I came in today and same rudeness, i understand people are frustrated but an attitude like hers can hurt the business. So, I decided to test her to make sure if she was out of propane. I asked her I called in earlier and was told there was propane ans she hesitated to respond to me that she was actually out. She then walked towards the back storage and not even a sorry of not having any. I like Chevron but this is not the only one nearby....with better customer service...thank you and be safe out there.

First time coming here and the older lady working the counter was very disrespectful several times in just one visit and that was only to me. I decided to stop since its on my way to work and I had already past the 76, after I paid I had to wait and go back inside along with another gentleman who couldnt pump because she had not entered the amt even though I waited for her to count the cash and begin entering it. well since I also needed the ATM I got two scratchers, I never play these things and I won on one of them and thought on another, well since I didnt scratch the bar code he rudely tossed them back and said You need to scratch all of it, I need the bar code then she left to sweep, when she came back she said this isnt a winner, I told her nicely that it said ticket, she began replying as if I had asked an inappropriate question. You see the screen right, you see that, not a winner, I got by what it says I told her, ok ok, you dont have to be rude or disrespectful about it, to which she replied well your telling me its a winner, and you see its not! I told her to just give me my money and I walked away. Even if I were to run out of gas I wouldnt stop here or go here ever again and would recommend the same to anyone I know at work.

At around 3 in the morning the lady that works there gave me a bad attitude because I didnt have anything smaller than a $20.00 bill.

Only that one uses my car quality lasts longer
