Their service is really good. But this is very bad. They should be open 24 hours! Their closing hours have greatly affected our customers time! Why cant they be open 24 hours? I am willing to pay more for the nearby gym where I live is 24 hours. Their service is really good. But here I hope they are open 24 hours which also facilitates our lives. Please cherish the time. Please give me a reply. Since you closed here, it has affected our work very much. Because it is too early to go to work. There can not be a bath time after fitness. This has greatly affected the work of customers!

Visited 24 fitness Chino Hills since its reopening and found it to be not any cleaner than pre COVID-19.Check in is a hassle. Majority of members are neither wearing masks once inside or social distancing. Observed guests shouting across machines to each other. Majority of members neither wiping down equipment before or after use. Nothing has changed, still one of the “filthiest” gyms around. After 15 year membership including family members, I will be terminating my membership.

I wish I can give them -0 Start. Don’t waste your money and your time. Very bad customer service.

A lot of equipment here and it doesn’t get too crowded. The weights are usually in their proper spots and the machines are clean. This gym has a nice pool and basketball court. Trainers are always willing to help out with anything and they always greet you when you are entering or exiting.

Recently joined.... now I am beginning to regret it. It seems all they want is your money... they push paying extra for personal training and forget about good customer service and cleanliness of the center. I see members walking from the sauna or steam room and enter into the pool or jacuzzi. I have pointed out cleanliness issues to the staff and it only irritates them. My suggestion to 24 Hour Fitness... when you have some of your employees just sitting around or chit chatting with each other... take 15 minutes to do a walk around the pool, jacuzzi, and main floor to greet and meet the members.... all the members not just your favorite pals. Sometimes good customer service can take away the small complaints when a customer sees the staff really cares.

Dont let the nice exterior fool you. Today we stopped in to hit the Jacuzzi and sauna, big mistake! The chemicals were so bad, my silver ring came out tarnished and even after showering our skin is itchy and dry. I know its a gym hot tub and higher level of chemicals are to be expected than in a personal pool or hot tub, but never had that problem at other 24 Hr Fitness locations. I saw people go straight from the crowded sauna to the hot tub without a shower. We left shortly after that.The staff can typically barely be bothered to look up from their phone to muster a halfway decent greetings. Its not very big and feels very crowded, partially due to how it is set up. Oh one time i even saw a man enter the ladies locker room and didnt notice any staff chase him down to correct him, super weird. I would rather just get outdoors to workout when in Chino Hills than visit this gym. I much prefer to the 2 locations near my work or my parents neighborhood.

Ive been coming to this gym pretty frequently for the last four to five years. Last year I would always run into one of The Ball Brothers I think the youngest one. He would drive a black Lamborghini.

I’m really so disappointed about 24hr fitness after been a member at 24 hr fitness for years. My uncle and aunty were visiting me and I wanted to take them to the gym with me, so I requested two passes just for today from Bernardo, manager in charge and he said I have to pay $20 per person for it. I got one to three day passes before and taken my family and friends when they were visiting. Also, 24 fitness has given day passes online before. I would not renew my membership from here. Will call Sara the area manager on Monday to complain personally.

Worst 24hr. Take months for anything to get fixed and everything keeps breaking. People that go there are the best, but the staff and managers need to go.

I love this gym, my favorite class is bodypump..Karen is my favorite instructor, her classes are always filled. I tried the Friday bodypump evening class @ 5:30pm the instructor Gilda was mean, she uses negative and hostile tactics to get you to do what she wants. i do not respond to negativity. I felt that she was singling me out. i looked around the room and i saw a lot of other members that needed her mean advise more than i did for sure, but for some reason she was focused on me. She poked fun of the way i was exercising in front of the class, looking straight at me.. seriously she mocked me! Not even knowing that i had a bad ankle and did not want to squat down too low. besides it was none of her business anyway. Karen would never do that to someone. What Gilda fails to realize is that this is my body, my workout... not hers! She is there for me not the other way around!

Took amazing care of me whilst I was in third term. Even when my water broke. Top Tier.

Terrible experience. Played a few games of basketball and got thirsty for some water, saw that the drinking water fountain was filled with water mixed with spit and mucus. I looked for another drinking water fountain and couldn’t find one. I asked the person at the counter where they were at and he responded with “I don’t workout at this gym so I don’t know”, then I asked for a water since I left my wallet in my car and he wasn’t very helpful and he said no, spoke with his manager and finally assisted me with locating a drinking water fountain. I then later noticed that they didn’t do anything about the flooded dirty drinking water fountain and also that there were machines that were out of service without any caution tape or even a notice explaining that the machines were out of service. Very poor service, a lot of outdated and broken equipment.

I felt it neat and clean. I had good experience. Like to go again.

Got in through Costco (worth it.) Better than the local, small chain gyms nearby. Only gripe is the lack of curtains or doors in the showers. The employees are okay, rude clients are, well, annoying l, but thats not 24hrs fault.

The Yoga Class with Marsha is one of the best classes but the room is too cold! you can not have a pleasant yoga class, muscles start cramping instead of having a good stretching and muscle warm up.

Wow, I am so surprised to see comments from 4 years ago that still true today. The air circulation in the group classroom is terrible! The speakers are broken and never repaired. Dirty is the only word to describe the ladys locker room and restroom. My friends and I now only go to Chino location, where its maintained a lot better!

We went in today with my wife to check out the place and perhaps join . But all agents were on there desk, one big black guys was with another one just laughing it up, one white guy came and told us we weren’t done with the computer, it felt as though I was doing an interview to get hired and he didn’t care wether I stayed or not. Very poorly managed and he offered to send me to a cheaper facility. And it looked as though he didn’t do any sit ups himself.

Pins are always missing which means hunting for them..and by the time you find one, somebody is on the machine you were going to use. The staff if apathetic and rude. The ladies locker room is always disgusting and manager doesnt seem to care.Edit: One Star because it is in fact, a gym. Weights are missing, nothing is re-racked ever. I spent have the time I was there putting back weights. Are the employees supposed to do literally anything?? I’m going to a different one from now on.

Decent gym. Missing few essential liek lower weight to increase gradually. Big bonus for them is the basketball court.

I dont think I should be paying full price on this 24 hour fitness, I should be getting a lower price on my monthly gym membership, since this gym closes at midnight, and its not 24hours and its always crowded in the morning so annoying.

I changed from LA Fitness to 24 Hour Fitness. Big Mistake. The ladies locker room is always dirty. There is mold in the shower stalls and hair everywhere. Some shower heads are broken. The vanities are always dirty. You would think with so many complaints the staff would check the locker room at least 3 to 4 times a day. I am surprised the health department has not been called. The equipment is old and beat up. Most of the headphone plug in are not working. Some of the staff could care less!!! Honestly how does this gym stay open?? In order to join a class you need to pay $1.00 to hold a spot. You would think our dues would be all inclusive. Very disappointed!

Filthy and junky. Hard to even call a gym. The treadmills are terrible and havent been replaced in years. The employees are rude and unhelpful, all complaints about hazardous equipment or dirty areas fall on deaf ears. The ab machines are both broken but they will lie to you and tell you their equipment is all in good standing just to get you to sign up. Even going as far as refusing to put machine broken signs on broken machines. Thats an injury waiting to happen. Stay away from 24 hour Fitness on Chino Hills Parkway. There are other gyms that cost less and have much better service, equipment, and clean facilities.

Great gym. Its clean, plenty of space and it has an Indoor Football Field and its just a Sport Level Gym. All in all its pretty cool.

Friendly service, opens 247. Keeps equipments up. Dont update equipment very often but they do keep them up very well

What can I say? Used to like this gym, up until they point were they locked the doors to the class room. Dont quiet understand why they would do that. If there are no classes and the room is vacant for people to just go in and utilize it why lock it up? So because of that being a major inconvenience i am cancelling my membership.

Customer service is gone with the wind anymore. I called in because I was double charged and clearly without looking at my account the childlike receptionist told me I must come in with a bank statement to prove it. Well I came in and waited a not too long but felt like forever 20 minutes as I was told the manager was busy. I finally got up and went over to where the manager was and said yes im waiting for a manager and was snootily told well theres 3 of us on confirming the child receptionist never let anyone know I was here. So manager has me sign in and I tell her my concern, again without looking at my account she says I need to go home and print a bank statement and that my phone app would not suffice. I say this is ridiculous and I want another manager. Guess what?! .that manager actually looked at my account to let me know it wasnt an over charge just a back pay. Soooooo I dont need to print a statement.. jeeeez I didnt even need to come down to the store if people learn thier job correctly, pay attention and actually try HELPING a customer of over 25 years. Crazy to even suggest that, just figure a way to get rid of them and let someone else deal with it. And you want how much an hour? Ridiculous.

This place is a joke! I came here to work out and brough my kids to the kids club. I have the super sport in chino but the kids club was full so I Googled another 24 hour fitness and this one came up. I have a monthly membership that I pay for my son and cash for my daughter. Well this gym said they couldnt find it in the system to I suggested they contact the other gym in chino to confirm. The light skinned girl in the kids club said no, youll just have to pay the 5 dollars for him to stay here. I said oh no thats ok and left. This place sucks!! I dont recommend a sport at all especially this one. All young kids were at the front desk. Plus the girl in the kids club doesnt seem old enough to work with kids anyways.

This is a good gym has alot of good sport equipment and also has a 36 kg kettlebell!!!!

For a gym, it is ok. Usually a machine or two down, and even the steam room has been out of order. But at least it is not usually too crowded

Great example of an okay gym. Small and cramped with an awkward layout, but the equipment is decent enough and it mostly has everything you should need.

Old equipment generally maintained. Two cleaners usually cleaning equipment and restroom. Front desk just stares at you. Missing pins means hunting pins. 105 lb dumb bell been missing for years, probably holding a management door open.

I would give it a 1 star for their kids club attendants and the operation manager.

The gym is too crowed from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. I wouldnt waste my time by going to there during this period.

This gym is not very good. the basketball court is never maintained. the nets are usually broken, the court is slippery, and the a.c. never works properly. for the price i pay, 24 hour fitness is robbing people.

As of December 20, 2018, the swimming pool heater at this location has been down for several days. At least as a courtesy to customers, some sort of notices should have been posted at the front entrance to indicate the equipment malfunction.In addition, the faucets and hangers in the men shower room need to be inspected and repaired as required.

Horrible Service Ever.I have a GUEST PASS,I went in with my boyfriend who has the membership in 24 hours.The receptionist said that I can’t go in for the first time,she will charge me $20 for a day,are you serious, the first time is FREE FREE FREE.She is very rude to customers,she is super unprofessional and ignorant.This gym will lost a lot of customers,because of her.I try to like this gym, but I can’t.My boyfriend is canceling the membership now,this rude girl ruins my experience,she needs more training for customer service.This receptionist is working at9:30 Sunday night.
