Shes amazing! best place for a wax or facial and the prices more than reasonable for a downtown location. Ive been getting waxed with her for a while now and I have zero complaints I would never change this place. My facial experience was also great she took her time to explain what she was doing and what it was for. She also recommended new skin care products all very affordable and no not products that she sells but items that can be found in your local drugstore. I can go on and on but I think I made my point shes absolutely amazing and very well worth it give her a try you wont regret it! :)

This place is by appointment only so book quickly as slots start to fill up early! Thats how awesome this esthetician is. She works with you to give you what you want and provide you with results. Today would make it a year I have been coming to this place and I wouldnt want to go any place else for my skin care needs.

Very good place for all your skincare needs. The office is small but cozy and everything is done as painlessly as possible and youre in and out in around 20 minutes for a wax.

Alichia was friendly and made my experience a pleasant one. She educated me on pre and post wax care, including discussing my concerns regarding pain or discomfort (which was suprisingly minimal) and contributing factors to ingrown hairs. I felt comfortable and she seems very knowledgeable and caring, answering any questions I had.
