I love this office. Everyone here is so kind, friendly and makes you feel right at ease. From doing Invisalign, to cleaning my teeth, the whole team is so professional and thorough. They go above and beyond to accommodate your requests, and whenever I have questions they provide detailed answers (and they never forget to get back to you). Although I dont live close anymore, I still come here because even though Im going to the dentist, having a visit scheduled here makes it so much more pleasant!

The two front desk workers, Anahi and Dulce were very sweet and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They helped create a comfortable and peaceful environment while I waited. My hygienist was Teresa and she helped make my experience extremely good. She made sure that everything was fine and that I was comfortable while I was getting my teeth cleaned. In addition, she made small talk, which allowed me to feel important and engaged. Dr. Scott was really amazing. He got straight the the point and finished me off. Great place !

Lakeview Dental Arts always takes such good care of me! I moved to Chicago 10 years ago and Im so glad I found this office. It literally changed my life, for the better!I see my favorite hygienist Teresa whenever I can. She is so patient with me (flossing is not my favorite), and she is so gentle and kind. Great first experience here! Everyone was super welcoming from the front desk staff to the dental assistant, and dentist. I saw Dr. Dalia Marouf and she was very friendly and professional. I found it to be a good cleaning and really relaxing environment. Will be happy to come back in 6 months :)

From the first greeting while checking in to the last goodbye when checking out, Lakeview Dental Arts does it right! Friendly, kind, and responsive staff. I only waited a few minutes after arriving early to my appointment. Christal, Emily, and Dr. Dalia were all wonderful, as was the staff at the front desk. I highly recommend the practice and am happy to have found them close to my new home in Lakeview.

There’s not much I can say about Lakeview Dental Arts other than I used to despise going to the dentist because dentists scared me. Now, I’m so comfortable going to my dentist appointments because I know I’m receiving the best care. Everyone at LDA is awesome, especially Dr. Dalia and Teresa. Keep up the great work!

My favorite dental office I’ve ever been to. Very professional, pleasant staff, the location is convenient, and all the different appointments I’ve had have been painless. Felt no anxiety at all and certainly felt I was in very competent hands. Highly recommended.

Ive been going to Lakeview Dental for a few years and I have been seen by everyone in this office for my regular cleaning. HANDS DOWN IRINA Is my favorite hygienist ! Emily is super nice & quick with her hands in a good way! The office is always clean and staff always greet you with a smile. They also have text reminders that make keeping up with my appointments so much easier.

I’ve been coming here for years, and everyone is always so friendly. I have never had any issues scheduling appointments or issues with insurance. Both Doctors are nice and never rough when they exam me. Best part is always Teresa the dental hygienist! She is always so pleasant, quick & comfortable. I look forward to my routine cleaning because of her.

You probably hate going to the dentist. You probably dress up as a dentist on Halloween because it’s terrifying. I feel like I always heard the Law and order svu intro play when I went into my previous dentist. But no, not here. Lakeview Dental Arts was AWESOME. From the moment I booked, it was incredibly easy. The front desk staff, (Jacklyn I think) was ultra kind and helped me clear up some questions on coverage and such. Those cards might as well be written in all 4,000 languages combined but she was the Rosetta Stone and got me sorted!My hygienist was hilarious and we cracked jokes the entire time. I had so much fun I forgot your name. Sorry if u read this :(Dr. Dalia was also amazing! She performed my cleaning to make sure that she knew my teeth (thank god none had run off while I wasn’t looking) and was super non-judgmental about my record setting championship season of collecting cavities.Would highly recommend to all teeth having people (and even non teeth having people tbh. They are a good time!)

I havent been to the dentist in over two years, having only had one dentist prior from childhood, and I am amazed by the difference. I honestly feel so better informed about how to care for my teeth, and I was shown pictures of my teeth and given great advice on how to care for them better. I am grateful that I found this dentist, and Im happy to keep coming back.

I felt like the office was very friendly and I loved the reminders prior to appointment. My cleaning/checkup was great- very thorough and very gentle. My hygienist was very knowledgeable about questions I had too! The rooms were clean and calming (watching TV while you get your teeth cleaned is an added bonus). The dentist was so great and did not rush with checking my teeth. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend.

Went in for my biannual dental cleaning and was paired with the most wonderful dental hygienist, Irina. She was so warm and friendly and made the experience actually enjoyable. She was extremely thorough yet gentle at the same time - dental hygienists like her are hard to come by. They have been great with scheduling my visits promptly and a treatment plan emailed as well so I know what to expect to pay day of. Always a warm welcome at the front desk, everything is super clean, state of the art technology and the TVs in the rooms are great distractions. Dr Dalia and her team are wonderful!!

As someone with Severe Anxiety and Chronic Pain Dr. Daliah and her office have been extremely paitent and kind especially duirng the panedmicI had my cleaning today with Emily and it was the most painfree, easy cleaning I have had.They listen, explain everything procedure and dental health is actually improving.

Friendliest service I’ve ever received at a dentist office. They’re diligent with reminders of your appointment up to the day of, and sent the new patient forms ahead of time which saved me 15 minutes of office paperwork for the day of my appointment. During these COVID times they have taken extra precautions by asking all guests to complete health screen forms, taking temperatures at the door, and requiring all guests wear a mask.

My dentist and the other staff working here were so helpful, informative, and patient. Very happy with the results.

Dr. Scott has been my dentist for years. I really think the absolute most of him. Highly skilled, with a chairside manner to match. In office one time, there was some confusion in our conversation and he asked me if I had some work done at another dental office. He wouldnt care if I had. However, I felt like he just asked me if I cheated on him! Haha. The dude is awesome and hell be my dentist until he retires. I go nowhere else!The staff is also super friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and skilled. Dr. Dalia is also great and helps me when Dr. Scott is too busy being awesome with someone else. Clean, updated office. And sweet TVs on the ceiling to watch while youve got people in your mouf. 😜

I had gone to my previous dentist for more than 20 years and when he suddenly left the practice I was at a loss as to where to go. I asked a co-worker & she recommended her husband’s dentist Dr. Scott and he is wonderful.

Excellent experience. Not once did I feel pain or discomfort. Rather, Dr. Scott and his team provided a gentle, calm cleaning that left me with a big smile on my face.

Lakeview Dental Arts is the best dentist I have ever been to. My first appointment with Lakeview Dental Arts was after a horrendous experience at a different dentist. They squeezed me in immediately for an appointment and a consultation. The consultation quickly revealed my gut was correct. I received proper X-rays and it was determined with a thorough explanation nothing else needed to be done.In the past few years, I have gone to Lakeview Dental Arts for my two cleanings a year and did the teeth whitening. It amazes me that in my cleanings with Teresa, are painless and fly by! The teeth whitening was very well done and I immediately received compliments on my teeth.I dont live in Chicago anymore, but I still insist on coming back here for my two cleanings. :)

My teeth were cleaned by Emily who did a great job making my experience great! Everyone here has always been AMAZING to me! I go here regularly now because of the high quality service I always receive. Both Dr.s here are knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with no matter how big or small the issue. Regardless of moving to a different part of the city I will continue to go to Lakeview Dental Arts because I feel they truly have my best interest at heart and are honest, hardworking people.They were also phenomenal at helping out my partner during a crisis in the midst of the COVID-19 breakout. He had a horribly painful infection in his tooth and the on call staff were able to take care of him and remotely send prescriptions to care for his needs even though he is not even a patient of his (but he is now!)These are kind genuine people who love what they do and it shows!

I have been going there for a number of years and have actually had some nasty dental accidents. They went above and beyond what I could’ve asked for in my treatment. It is such a warm and caring environment, and I feel like the people who work there are just truly good people. I am so lucky to live down the street and have them for my local dentist.

I love this Dentist! First of all, my husband and I searched high and low for Dr. Scott, since he was our dentist at another practice and we loved his knowledge and bedside manner. Nothing was the same when we lost him...so we searched until we found him again. SO HAPPY WE DID!!! The new office is great, clean and modern. The staff are so friendly and professional starting with the front desk person, Ashley to the Hygienist, Stevie and then of course Dr. Scott! Highly recommended.

Worst place ever! They were rude! Front desk was rude, assistants were rude! Barbara was not a nice person. Ive been going to this place for almost two years and have received outstanding dental work. What prompted me to write a review though is how well they run their business. There was a slight miscommunication on both ends regarding a transaction but they went out of their way to make it right. This is the high standard that dental clinics in Chicago should be held to and they should be proud of the way they run their company.

The Staff at Lakeview Dental Arts were magnificent. They went above and beyond expectations while delivering world class service.Big shout out to STEVIE DEE for taking superb care of me while in the chair and making me feel immediately like family.The facility is clean, neat and a very professional environment. Nervous is an understatement since my previous dental experience. This staff is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable. AND my teeth feel amazing!

LDA is great.. Dentist offices can be scary, it can be like having to sit for your picture being taken, but not at LDA, at least not with Hygienist Stevie!She is booked a lot, but worth the wait. Patient, caring and gentle, and she uses a lot of water, flushing out those nasty bits!She recently moved out of town, so she is only there one day a week, (as she likes it there as well) but if you cant schedule her, anyone of the hygienist are equally as good.If youre not there for a cleaning, both Dr Scott and Dr Dalia are equal in the perfection department. If you have a last minute concern, they will get you in as soon as they can. I had a really bad tooth, and they got me in the next day on a Saturday morning! Service for sure with of course a great SMILE!!

I was an employee of the practice, HOWEVER, I was also a patient! I took impressions for a night guard and was just informed by my previous office manager Ashley that she is refunding me my money instead of going through with delivery of the guard. I was unaware of this decision as it happened behind my back. Ive been waiting for this night guard since end of June when my original impressions where taken. Since they had to be taken twice due to the night guard not fitting the first time, Im left without a night guard, my grinding and discomfort is through the roof and Im basically unable to sleep at night after waiting for so long for my night guard Im now finding out I wont be receiving one at all for reasons that are still unknown! Im very upset! I also have emailed correspondence as proof that this was done without my knowledge. Dismissing a patient without good reason is illegal! Plus I never received a dismissal letter from the practice. Now they are illegally dismissing my patient care for no reason at all!

Dr. Scott Overholser is amazing! He has been taking care of my children and I for many years. Overholser is a gentle, kind man who is not looking for bonus work while examining your mouth. I have recommended him to countless friends and families. The only problem is he is busy, so you must plan ahead to get an appointment with him. Awhile ago we had a question about some orthodontic work (proposed to be done by an oral surgeon) for one of my children, he went to great lengths to research and find an well constructed answer. Then he recommended us to the perfect oral surgeon to have the work done. We have lived in Chicago for 20+ years, have had various dentists - Dr. Scott Overholser is truly the very best! We are grateful for him and his teams work!

Living in the neighborhood, I had seen them on various strolls along Broadway and just now was able to give them a shot. Everyone is so friendly, through and easy to talk with. That said, I noticed the office is new and very clean as well. Never being much for this kind of thing, it helped that the rooms are mostly separated; which to my surprise tv’s on the wall and ceiling if you need a distraction. I felt at ease right away... Looking forward to my next visit!Thank you all.

Thank goodness I was recommended to this dental practice. Dr Dalia Marouf is great in diagnosing and solving dental problems. There is no age barrier when it comes to my teeth being restored. Her staff.....awesome and very knowledgeable. Having worked in the dental field for many years, I can truthfully say this practice is the best of the best of the best.

When the receptionist explained me the charges she said the cost would around $350. ( i had my insurance and had to pay a certain co pay and i agreed)Later when i was done with cleaning left side, she said “oh sorry I forgot to tell you, that was the charge for left side cleaning only, not right side. Right side cleaning charges would be another $350 ish”This was misleading and disappointment. When new patients walk in, they should do due diligence of explaining all charges properly.

After years of trying to find a good dentist in the city I can confidently say that this place is one of the best. The staff here are outstanding. They were able to see me quickly when I had some bad pain. I was so pleased with them that I ended up going to them for all my dental needs.

While going to the dentist office is not the most pleasant experience for many of us. Lakeview Dental made the experience a 5-STAR. Amazing experience from the time I set my appointment on the phone to coming into the dental office for my exam. The receptionist the hygienist and the dentist were exceptional. COMPASSION is a definite trait seen in these individuals and in the dental clinic. In my humble opinion I would highly recommend Lakeview Dental for your next visit to the dentist.

I recently moved to Chicago and was looking for a dentist for my annual check-up. I was referred by a friend and am happy that I made an appointment at Lakeview Dental Arts. The staff was so friendly and carried conversation. They explaining billing properly and the dentist thoroughly explained the cleaning process. Learning I was new to the city, they even gave me neighborhood tips on my way out. Happy to go back!

This place is wonderful. My younger son had orthodontics work done by Dr. Overholser. Amazing doctor!! Wish I would have found them when my older son had braces. What a better experience. Truly good people here, along with quality work and care. This office has the entire package.

Lakeview Dental Arts has the best staff of ANY doctors office I have ever visited. The dentists and hygienists are educated, talented, and friendly, and Melinda (at the front desk) is incredible. If I have questions about my insurance, a prescription, or transferring records from a different office, Melinda handles it. I highly recommend Lakeview Dental Arts to anyone in Chicago. My husband would like to add, They have a tv on the ceiling so you can watch it while youre getting your teeth cleaned! Thats all you need to know!
