Worst experience all they want is money. Went for Invisalign free consultation immediately asked down payment of 1k just to make the scan, it’s full scam avoid this place!

**AVOID THIS CLINIC IF YOU CAN**I went in for a dental cleaning/checkup in 06/2021. The experience was the worst i have ever had.1.The dental hygienist was extremely careless, i had several gum bleeding after her work, the whole process seems very rushed and it seems that she is trying to as fast as she can so she can be done with me. during the process, I had cleaning residue and water and splashing all over my face and dripping down into my clothes and she did not even bother to stop it.The hygienist started doing sale pitch of Invisalign even before the doctor has examined my teeth. The doctor himself is also very much like a sales person, using various sales techniques to sell me Invisalign product that i probably do not need. None of my previous dentists ever suggested that i would need it.the whole experience make me feel they are utterly unprofessional and very much like going through an sales appointment. they do not come across as genuinely care about my dental health at all.I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THIS PLACE!

They just want to sell Invisalign🙄 I went for whitening and dental bonding to close a side gap. The whitening was great. The dental assistant was awesome but she mentioned that the dentist will probably want to do Invisalign before the dentist even looked. Of course the dentist told me dental bonding wouldn’t work on the tooth that I wanted it on like I hadn’t researched it beforehand and told me only Invisalign would work. I’ve seen this same issue be fixed on multiple dental office pages including their Instagram! So unless you won’t to help keep them with their Platinum Invisalign selling status (they have a Platinum plaque on the wall) I would go elsewhere.

The team at Smiles On Michigan went above and beyond for me! The quality of their work is outstanding and the staff are absolutely wonderful! They ensured I received the perfect crown, going as far as to bringing the third party lab staff to their office in order to apply the perfect final touches! I have to start by saying how amazing this place is!! I WAS terrified of the dentist, which has caused me to not make an appointment for years. After noticing the wear on my teeth I decided it was finally time. Once I found Smiles on Michigan’s office I instantly knew I didn’t need to look any further. Norma the coordinator is phenomenal and so sweet. She got me in right away and made sure everything was perfect for me! Not to mention the level on comfortability with her! The dental hygienists there I also can’t say enough good things about!! I worked with Gabby for my whitening and she was the absolute best. She walked me through every step and her number one priority was always my comfort and well being. She is the reason the process was 100/10! Not to mention my teeth look amazing! I also did a cleaning with another hygienist who’s name unfortunately I do not remember (itsa) she is blonde with amazing lashes! My cleaning with her was the bestI’ve ever received. She really made sure everything was perfect and spotless and took her time, there was never any rush until she thought everything was perfect! And no pain! She walked me through everything and was so kind! And the office is beautiful, clean, and has a great view if you get a window chair, and in the heart of down town! The knowledge and care everyone has at Smiles is outstanding and I am truly so impressed! No more fear of the dentist! I will be returning for veneers and wouldn’t trust anyone else! Great first visit to Smiles on Michigan! Busy office-but the office was able to get me in a week earlier when they had a cancelation. Front desk was friendly and efficient getting me checked in. The dental hygienist was very professional, thorough and informative. Dr. Ehab examined my teeth and discussed treatment options in a straightforward and clear manner. I will be heading back for my second visit in a few days. Overall great experience!

This is the best dentistry I’ve ever been to, very professional and also very quick. Had two fillings done in 30 minutes I couldn’t believe it. The cleanings are also very quick and well done.

During COVID quarantine, I fell and cracked one of my teeth on a weekend. I have only been to Smiles once before, but they immediately responded to their emergency line, got me a prescription for antibiotics and booked me an appointment on Monday morning. It was a huge relief to feel taken care of, and the staff was patient, friendly, and took precautions like measuring temperatures that made me feel much safer going in to the office. Smiles on Michigan is by far the best dental office I have visited in my adult life! Everyone there is so nice, so knowledgeable, and caring. There has never been a time I left there feeling like things could have been better! I walked in today in total pain I mean crying tears! And I left out feeling 90% better and dr. Yousef is the absolute best! I like dr. Batar as well! Trust me you will not be disappointed no matter what your going in for be it a major issue to a small one! He was able to replace a chipped crown on an implant that I had done in New York. The assistant that did my temporary crown did a great job matching the shade of my teeth. Absolutely amazing service! It was my first visit and I went for a cleaning and consultation. Dr. Al Yousef and his staff completed the service plus recognized additional issues and worked on those as well. What was supposed to be a 1 hour appointment lasted for 3 hours, but to get everything done in one visit was worth it and I appreciated them making the time. The reception and office manager were also great and I was able to get upfront the expenses for what was needed to get my mouth healthy again- so no surprises! Great office. I would highly recommend

Great experience at Smiles on Michigan since switching to them 2 years ago. I’ve had an array of procedures performed on me by Dr. Yousef & Drina with no failures of any kind! As far as routine cleanings Ashley the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had and she implements the most modern instruments of any hygienist I’ve had prior to her which I like. She also has a great whiting system that was quick, painless and effective. This is the best my teeth have ever looked and felt in my adult life

Moved to the city and woke up with a severe toothache one morning. Didnt have a dentist yet, so requested an appointment here before office hours that day, and before they even opened received a call saying theyd try to squeeze me in as soon as I made it in. Booked it into the loop, receptionist and hygienist were incredibly friendly and helped me feel instantly comfortable. Took x-rays on the sore tooth and the doctor realized I needed a root canal, which they managed to get started right away to alleviate some of the discomfort. Most positive dental experience to date, and really appreciated them being able to see me for an emergency procedure on such short notice.

This place was excellent! I came in during my lunch break and the staff made it a point to make sure I was out of the office on time. I found Smiles On Michigan on Zocdoc and man-o-man Im so happy I did! I will be honest, its been awhile since Ive been to the dentist as mine moved out of town! I was nervous but Dr. Yousef put me at total ease.The whole staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly! I went in and got a cleaning, root canal and crown (gulp) and it was truly painless and easy. Not only is the whole staff great but they also have an endodontist specialist (rare to have on staff).Special shoutout to Drina (dental assistant), Vivi and team (reception!), my endodontist (cant remember her name though :(:( so sorry), Valentina (endo assistant), and Sammy (teeth cleaning)!!! Smiles on Michigan, not only fit me in right away, they stayed late in order to make sure I was completely taken care. I appreciate all of their accommodations. If I did not live far away, I would make this my regular dentist.

Im a new patient and came in today for a cleaning. Filled out some quick paper work, was seen by the hygienist right after I was done with my documents. X-rays were easy and my cleaning felt really thorough. Dentist Yousef was very nice and asked if I had any questions. The whole experience was nice and easy and fit in my lunch break! Ohh and I was given a tooth brush and toothpaste :)

By far the greatest dental office I have ever been to. Ive been to other offices where they have ruined my teeth or never took out all my cavities. But smiles on Michigan took care of me. They have fixed my cavities, root canals, crown, whitening and just had started Invisilign and I was never more pleased with a group of doctors and assistants that made me feel like i am at home. I recommend Smiles on Michigan to everyone. If youre looking for a brighter more beautiful smile. Smiles on Michigan is the place to go to!

Haven’t been to the dentist in some years and was really nervous to go but the entire staff at Smiles of Michigan really made me feel calm and welcomed. They were very professional from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. This will be the primary dentist office going forward for now on.

Most of the reviews on here are...a bit too positive, if you get my drift. I guess you can get whatever rating you want if you pay the right PR company. Their staff is nice but not the brightest. I had to argue back and forth with a receptionist about 10% of a bill. It got real ugly when I broke out the calculator. Some of them dont speak english well and dont understand the medical terminology. ts good for standard stuff but anything more and thats when you see a huge breakdown and see that this office does not compare to most within Chicago.

They explained the work I will need in detail, with no rush, and always making sure that I was comfortable and that I understood all that was being discussed. Dr. Al Yousef was conscious and caring about my financial responsibility in relation to my insurance benefits and that gives me a nice feeling. Smiles on Michigan has an overall wonderful staff. Sandra and Marisa, at the front desk, were very informative, helpful and knowledgeable in terms of insurance, but mostly warm, welcoming and friendly. The X-ray technician Trina was so attentive, knowledgeable, caring and warm as well.
