I hate to do this really I do but here are the deets. If I can help someone else avoid the stress, anger, disappointment here you go ... so I scheduled an event for next week in advance right? First red flag I should have noticed was when I was told I couldn’t sell alcohol ... like ok no prob I have free drinks anyway... so fast forward I received another email by the way you can’t serve alcohol PERIODT! Like umm really? So I’m like um ok let me start looking with the short amount of time I have..... so now I receive email number 3.... by the way.... we have to cancel the event Per the alderman due to having “improper Licensing” keep in mind my event is in a week now...it’s so sad that business is done this way but there is sunshine at the end of the rainbow I found another space for the same day and time. I put two stars for the simple fact of Rachel trying to find me a alternative. But other than that this whole situation was trash.. you were warned!
